The pharmacy, accidently gave me too many pills for my prescription. Mark called later that day and asked me to return the rest and they would give me a gift card for the hassle.I returned the pills and Mark immediately accused me of stealing them! Saying the bottle should have had more in it. I told him that was all that was in there and he kept accusing me and said, hold on I'm going to check my cameras to see....The nerve! Not only did I take the time to return what you messed up on, you then accuse me of stealing! After looking at his cameras, Mark of course couldn't see that I stole anything but still had the balls to ask, are you suuuure you don't know where the extra pills are?I will never give my money to this pharmacy again considering they lose pills and then accuse the customer of stealing them.Oh and did I ever get the gift cards, absolutely not.A bunch of rude, lying, individuals work here.

MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR MEDICINE! I called and they did confirmed that they did miscounted. I came back the following day and collected them, but when I was there the Pharmacist MARK asked me what was going on, like it was my fault. I tried to talk to him so they can avoid this situation in the future, but he just shunned me and said " you got your meds right? " and turned around while I was still talking to him. He did not apologize or even acknowledge their mistake. They made me feel like I did something wrong. Miscounting medicine is something that should be brought up to attention. That little mistake could lead to something serious. Count your meds!

Rudest pharmacists ever. Like if you can’t do something, fine cool we get it. But don’t go yelling at chronically sick patients who are simply doing their best to fill and take their medications that they rely on for any quality of life and well being.Not cool.Extremely rude and very disrespectful choices of words when speaking to good and innocent human beings. Some of us have it bad enough living with the diseases itself. We don’t need to be yelled at by ruthless angry misjudging “professionals”Next time a simple “oh no I’m sorry we can’t policy says this” And that’s it -would be good.

Truly one of the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. They lost my mothers prescription then told me I’d have to get out of line so they could help other customers. I understand they have to help other customers but that doesn’t mean they should be rude and say “get out of line so we can help other people while we go through hundreds of other bags trying to find it.” Then I was told I could speak to the manager if I was unsatisfied but he won’t be in until tomorrow and probably would be too busy to talk to me. Overall just a rude and unprofessional experience.

Worst pharmacy I've ever attempted to use.New dosage prescription sent in on September 18; called on September 22nd to confirm that it was ready and was told it would be ready for pickup the next day.Tried to pick it up on the morning of September 25th and was told they couldn't fill it until the 27th and I would have to call and ask them to fill it.Called and submitted my refill request via the automated system and was given a new pickup date of Tuesday, October 4th.It is now Friday, October 6th and I stopped to pick it up and was told they could fill it in 30 minutes... as I was about to drive away, they stopped me and said they're actually out of stock and could maybe get it in by Monday, October 9th.They've had my prescription order for 3 weeks now and are now blaming the supply chain. (I know there are issues with supply chain, but why on earth wouldn't you say that 3 weeks ago?!)Getting a prescribed medication should not be this difficult!

There are 2 staff there that are very rude. The pharmacist that was standing there was very rude. He never gave me no consultant on my medication. Didn't ask me if I needed any consultant. If they're gonna be rude like that I don't even know why they're working that professiand yes I did go to contact the head manager and told them. What was going on in the pharmacy and tell him what kind of people he Has working. For him in the pharmacy. So if you guys ever have any questions and you need to ask the pharmacist about Medication. don't cause. They will tell you they're working that's what they told me. Won't even answer you

STOP PUTTTING PHOTO ID's IN THE RX BAG. Yes, you tell people about it. Yes, you have a sign. But A LOT of people have had issues with this. Especially in the drive through, it isn't always possible to get the ID immediately out of the bag.Whoever answers the phone has been VERY rude about this when even passively mentioned... as if it is unreasonable people forget their card/ID is in the bag when NO WHERE ELSE DOES THIS BUT YOU.SFVKGBJDJOJSHF Stop it

I have had about a dozen prescriptions filled here, most are ready before expected, one was an hour late, but overall very prompt service. The staff have been friendly and helpful.I will add, the Smiths grocery side is my least favorite grocery stores I've ever been to. All other Smith's are magnitudes better than this.

Awful customer service and terrible organization. More then a handful of times after calling in my sons medication days in advance, I'm told they won't have the medication for weeks, to top it off the customer service is awful, I regularly pull up to the window with a great approachable demeanor and in return I'm met with a condescending rude abrupt personality type. Training is needed for this location. Maybe they can observe the smith's marketplace for guidance on how to work with customers.

This staff is rude and always acts like your inconveniencing them by picking up a prescription. Twice I had another pharmacy send over a script and they can't find it, I'm sorry but I need to breathe, just do your job and if your don't like it then find a new one! So tired of the way customer service people are now days!

Mostly they are pretty quick but they are all friendly and seem to do a very good job. Hard to give a pharmacy five stars just because. But if you live in the area and need one they're pretty good

Love this place. Cashiers are so nice, pharmacy always helps me pick the best medicine, and the managers are always so helpful and happy. I even want to work here♡ very nice people. The bakery rocks too♡ and meat department. All so nice and happy.

Most of the time they are fast and accurate. One time they gave me two different doses of the same pain medicine in the same container another time filled the prescription with a lower dose than what was ordered! You always need to check every RX they give you for filling errors, refill errors etc.

Just for reference:Smith's Pharmacy #706069 - Easier to tell the doctor the pharmacy number. :]I have never had a problem here, all the pharmacists are kind and helpful. I unfortunately have a pharmacy benefits provider that makes me fill "high maintenance" medication through them, but one time medications I have had filled through here. They are quick, the phone system is a little wonky, especially when trying to refill medications, and the staff are very knowledgeable. The head pharmacists is really knowledgeable, I had a medication filled that my doctor did not tell me that I should eat or take medications 2 hours after I took the medication. I'm glad he caught that and gave me an examplanation as to why, because the medication prevents me from obsorbing anything.Overall a great pharmacy, especially for those who are in the area.

This one has a completely different culture to it. It was my original Smith's Pharmacy when I moved to SLC and after trying two Smith's Pharmacies closer to my current residence, I keep going back to this one. They have no problems price matching and are happy to do it. Prescriptions are always filled quickly. They have a practical sense about them that makes it easy to use them.

My wife made the mistake of going to another pharmacy and overcharged by over $900.00. She made a call to our Smith's Pharmacy in Rose Park and got the money returned, a $50.00 gift certificate and a sure conviction to never again go to any other pharmacy. This one has an outstanding staff, both the Tech's and the Pharmacist's. They will know your name and care about your needs.

Very nice people here got my flu vaccine here and shingles vaccine also.Get vaccinated. I'm still on the fence about COVID-19 Vaccine though. Need to see more data. Longer trials to get that data.

It's a Smith's, which is a Kroger's. It's a regular grocery store. They have fair prices and good quality products. Maybe I'm just all too familiar with this location, as I go here daily for lunch, but the price I am charged for produce at the self-checkout often doesn't match the tag on the label by the food itself. A minor inconvenience.
