We have been using Petco for their grooming services for a few years now. This was our first time coming to this location and I am very pleased! Scheduling online was hassle-free. The staff at the checkout when I walked in was friendly and directed me back to the grooming area. They did a quick physical exam of my dog to make sure there were no issues before double checking exactly how I wanted her groomed. Alison did an excellent job- my dog looked exactly as I had hoped she would afterward. She smelled great, and she was very happy when they brought her back out to me! I will absolutely come here again!

Set up my first grooming appointment for my dog here. He’d been to a groomer before and he was always well behaved, friendly.. I got a call 15 minutes before saying they had technical problems and had to reschedule.. though I was irritated I understand and rescheduled for a later date.The next appointment comes, I bring him in and leave. Less than an hour later they call and say I need to come pick him up because he pooped.. (wow imagine that, a nervous dog pooped at a groomers). I figured it was because they feared for his health and thought he was sick.. nope! They were just annoyed that he pooped from being nervous.So they wasted my time yet again..my husband and I had a rewards card with them and have always bought cat and dog food, treats, and toys from this location (even though they often run out of stock of items). We buy Hills food, definitely not cheap. Thanks to their lack of understanding and customer service skills we will be taking our business elsewhere. I’m very disappointed.. the worst part is knowing that my words have absolutely no impact on how they will treat others in the future. However, hopefully a fellow customer will read this and know to shop somewhere else.

I brought my own bag so I wouldn't have to keep buying one and first was charged for it then when I told them no I had brought it with me instead of believing me they had to go through my buying history to prove it. The security guard even came up front because they thought I was stealing! I shop there at least once a month

THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THEIR ANIMALS!!!! I asked someone to come look at this snake and no one cares. I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes with no update on this situation. Completely unacceptable to see them allowing their animals to be in painEdited: ethan is great, once I told him the problem he immediately took the snake to the vet. Snake is being taken care of!:)

If it wasn't for the lovely Grace I'd probably just acquire my pet needs at smith's. That woman deserves a raise. Always goes the extra mile to ensure savings are maximized, extremely knowledgeable about what she is selling. Makes me want to come back. Thanks grace!

I ordered dog food online for in-store pick up at this store. They advertised that it would be ready within one hour.First, it doesn't seem to provide any advantage to order online, because one still has to wait in the check-out line, i.e., there is no separate pick-up counter.Second, the staff didn't find my order in their computer system, even though I showed them the confirmation e-mail, order number etc on my phone. The associate quickly started to allude to "I can't give you your order because people try everything to scam us". The manager then joined the conversation and she suggested that I might have ordered under a different name (not sure why I would do that, and I showed my name on the order confirmation e-mail). The manager was rude but insisted she was trying to be helpful, even though she didn't offer any solution. I left the store without dog food. Three hours later, I got another email from Petco stating my order had been canceled, no explanation. Needless to say, I'll be shopping somewhere else moving forward.

The only bad thing was the lady at the register approached my puppy after I told her she was really scared of people and we are just working on being around them. She still bent down to pet her and got a growl. This is not the interaction I want for my dog as she was told to leave her alone.

Great location with ample parking. Clean and organized store. Great selection of all pet supplies. Great fish selection. Prices are reasonable. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend this store

it's absolutely filthy. The animal habits were full of poop, and there were no employees to help, only a cashier up fron that couldn't leave the register. I have to wait way too long to get assistance every time I'm here. But it's the only pet place close. They need better management, and more staff.

I had a great experience with this Petco. I needed some small fish for my beta tank and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with advising me on which fish to pick. They also had great advice about which products would be most useful and how to introduce my new fish into the tank. The store was clean and well-kept, and they had a great selection of fish and pet accessories.

So frustrating to buy dog food from this location. They almost never have Purina pro plan in stock and if they do you need to navigate through pallets on the sales floor in order to find it. It used to be a lot better too something happened after the remodel, there has only been one or two employees working the last few times so i can’t even have someone check inventory and instead need to sort through it. Pay your associates more and get them on the floor you need them

Wouldn’t groom my dog because he had a couple of Matted spots, to make their jobs easier they will always want to shave your dog completely as if they couldn’t brush them, I lost my work day for nothing.

Second time I have booked grooming online on Sunday in 9 a.m. and I have shown up to no one working in grooming. What is more frustrating is that the employee who spoke with me this second time said I was wrong - he said I did not book that because they are closed. I assured him I did have an appointment, but he refused to listen. They took my name and number again, but I expect no call again. Don't offer 9 a.m. grooming if you won't be staffed. Listen to customers who book 9 a.m. appointments before the store is open.

Warning: I took my dog for grooming yesterday and upon returning home, I noticed the "God bless my dog" tag was missing from his collar, although it was securely attached. When I addressed this with the manager today, he responded with belligerence and dismissiveness. While I usually treat others with respect, I find some of the staff at this establishment to be overly radical and opinionated.

Seeing a snake with a prolapse is extremely concerning, and disheartening that staff were so rude about the wellbeing of one of their animals. This is why for-profit pet shops are not moral or safe!I'd appreciate a follow-up on the snake's wellbeing, as I don't trust unconcerned rude staff to provide medical treatment to this animal. Was this snake actually taken to the vet or just off the floor to be hidden and will remain in pain?!

Petco is literally a heaven to the pet lovers soul, especially this location and all their staff. I'm sure these tires have been adopted by now, however all of them are super cuddly and fun to play with for a few minutes and they have expert advice from anyone getting their first pet and what to eat and buy for first time or to anyone just seeking the best product for their dollar, which they have low prices, because they've had pets before or could be adding to the family.
