I had a great experience with this company. Needed a pet door for my new puppy but didn’t want to have to cut into my stucco home. Patrick was professional, prompt and very experienced. Explained the process of adding a pet door to my existing sliding glass door. When door was delivered, installer replaced the current glass with pet door sliding glass door mounted in existing framework. Process was quick and the door looks great! Now I just have to teach my puppy how to use it!I highly recommend this company if you need a pet door and have a slider. Thanks Patrick!

We’ve been needing a dog door for awhile. Pet Door products made getting a door super easy. Everyone was so nice. The install was fast and the door arrived before expected. We tried another company before Pet Door Products and we did not have a good experience. Nobody followed up and they didn’t come back when they were suppose to. But Pet door products was the exact opposite. Fast, friendly, professional and a great product. My dog is enjoying the door and I am glad I don’t have to get up anymore to let her out. I absolutely LOVE the custom dog door that Pet Door Products and my sales rep Patrick Runco helped me with!! I wish I would have put this pet door in sooner! Me, my husband, teenagers and of course my sweet pup are appreciating the convenience of having a dog door. Our home has custom sized triple doors leading to the back patio. Originally I didn’t think a dog door was an option but Pet Door Products and Patrick walked us through all the options and delivered the perfect product! It took about a week and lots of treats for my 4 year old (small 9lb) Cavalier to figure out how to use the door but once she did it’s been AMAZING! My dog wants to go in and out 15+ times a day to lay in the sun, sniff around and of course do her business. I don’t feel bad anymore leaving her home while at work, now she can go outside as she pleases. I owned a wild, wonderful giant golden lab for 13 years who never had a pet door and now after installing one in my home I wish Bailey our lab would have had the same freedom our current dog has with the pet door. 10/10 impressed with the finished product from Pet Door Products and our sales rep Patrick Runco.*I still need to paint the trim so don’t judge my photo lol!

Thank you Pet Door Products for making mine and my families lives so much easier with pets. The convenience of having our families pets let themselves out without us having to let them out constantly has put so much time back into our hands. There has been close to no accidents from our dog since installing our pet door. Our dog can let himself out throughout the day when we are at work, which means not coming home to big potty messes like past times. I would highly recommend getting a pet door product installed in your home for peace of mind, and the for betterment for your pets. Our dog is happier then ever I believe because he has the ability to roam outside and sun bath (his favorite) when he desires and above all to go to the bathroom right when he needs to. Our lives are so much happier and healthier now. I called to see if someone could come by within a week and tell me my options for a pet door. I was so lucky! I called and the sale/service tech was there within 30 minutes. I got a quote within five minutes. We would hands down reccomended springing the extra money to continue to have use of the sliding door. My grandparents bought a dog door inset and they do not have the accessibility we do.If your dog loves to be outside it is worthwhile to call and talk with them about your next steps

Superb customer service - really, they went above and beyond. The sliding door insert is the best dog/cat door solution on the market. It's as air tight as it can get, aesthetically pleasing, you don't cut into the door opening like you do with one of those cheap full height panels you get elsewhere, you can get double pane glass, you can match the existing low e coating, and you can replace just the flap itself if you ever need to. Absolutely worth it.

We had a new sliding patio door with a doggie door installed 5 days ago. I wish I'd done this sooner. The installers were on time and very respectful of the fact I was working during the install. The old door was out and the new door was in within 2.5 hours. They left the area clean and showed me how to use it even though they probably didn't need to take that extra step. It was a nice touch. In fact, from the time I called to get a quote to getting the finished product, the entire process/team has been very good to work with. Glad we did it.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! With our newborn son it was difficult to open and close the backyard door multiple times a day, tried some options from Amazon and Homedepot but failed, finally Patrick came to the rescue! We love our pet door glass insert! We previously had a removable sliding door insert but it made the usable space of the door super small. It was pricey but a premium product well worth it!

We love the door!The salesperson was very informative.The installer did a great job putting it in but the finish work he did was not good. The caulking was rough and bumpy and looked bad.I asked him to work on it and he did his best but he’s just not a good caulker. We ended up working on the caulking on the inside ourselves to make it look better.Everything else about the door is awesome.

We originally bought a patio pet dog door insert from Home Depot when we moved into our new home a few months ago. It leaked, let in bugs and was awful. Our window company recommended Pet Door Products and was put in touch with Gabriel. Gabriel came out when scheduled and gave us an estimate on a pet door that same day. With current supply chain issues he was upfront that it would take 6-8 weeks to come in and they would come out and install when they received it. We've had it for about a month and it is worth every penny! No more leaking air and bugs getting in and the door works the original way it was intended. We opted for the larger insert just in case we ever get a bigger dog and our Boston terriers have no problem going in and out. I would highly recommend. It takes a lot for me to write a review but this door is definitely worth it.

I compared prices at other places and Pet Door Products beat out all QUALITY options in my area. I know the glass is top notch, not just from having experienced it for the last 5 months, but because i know where it is sourced from and know others with the same windows.Though i did have some complaints and worries, they resolved every single one in ways that i thought were more than fair. We've received many compliments on the new door (and it's a lot easier to open!) and have felt a difference in temperature to the attached room (in a good way).Finally, the pet door itself is definitely a step up. We originally had a pet door we bought off of Amazon and installed in our aluminum door at our old house, but that wasn't an option when we moved (The pet door inserts you can get for sliding doors are just gross and take away so much of your door width. Would have been an absolute last resort, thank goodness PDP had a better option..) What a difference the pet door makes, it's double layered and feels a lot more insulated (no more breeze when i put my hand by it), the magnets also keep the seal fairly well. Most importantly, Both our doggos and cat love it and use it ALL THE TIME and it is holding up extremely well. That said, i take comfort with their warranty program coupled with their amazing customer service.If you need a sliding glass door with a pet door, i can't think of a better option than PDP

Please before you contact PET DOOR PRODUCT services read this, is the 1st time that I take the time to write my experience and share it. Their product is great being said that I had the worst experience ever, salesman give me an estimate day on my custom door (4 to 6 weeks and that's adding "covid" time) I end up getting my product approximately 3 months later once my product arrived, they added another 2 weeks because they forgot to order the frame on the glass to fit my door. Well they end up coming and install it but guess what my dog's couldn't make it over the door they're belly robbed on there and they were not be able to go over. I called even went to their office the manager or person in charge told me that I agreed and because I signed it , it was also my fault and that he could try and meet me halfway on the price for a brand new door, I pay $1200 for the 1st (obviously not refunded) and $675 for the 2nd one and that there was a 3rd party that they use to do the installation, the 3rd party people very nice, and all of them (3 different ones came to my house) even mentioned that it was such an easy fix and that PET DOOR PRODUCT customers have had complains about them as well , technically that I wasn't the first one of not being satisfied with the service, don't get me wrong the product is great but that was my experience, my dogs are happy now that they got the door but I'm stuck with a brand new door from them that every time I see it in my garage it reminds me of this pretty bad experience.
