One of my friends sent me an absolutely stunning Christmas gift this year, a door mat and it was beautiful from the minute I opened up the box with a beautiful, stunning bow and the mat was a beautiful tree motif! So, Spring had sprung and I just had to get myself another! The products are so fabulous and the packaging with this big beautiful bow was gorgeous! So...this is my new go to for birthdays and house warming gifts! Cannot san enough about Olive & Cocoa! Jerseygirl (who are tough to please)

We received a nicelywrapped box as a christmas gift from a business we work with. "Lots of little holiday Goodies"Unwrapped and opened box was too large for the few bags of "goodies" inside, it looked underfilled more stuffing than substance.We have been rather underwhelmed with the quality of the contents. Too sweet and lacking flavor. Artificial chemicals emulsifiers "whipping aids" The "Rocky road popcorn" and white bark has TITANIUM DIOXIDE as an ingredient, sigh, look it up and tell me if you think it's a good idea to eat.We are not crazed health food people but as I said earlier, we were underwhelmed by the product's taste and threw out most all after a bite, then started reading the ingredient lists. Our calorie treat budget is better used on products that we really enjoy instead of things to stuff our faces with.Satisfaction guarantee? not sure what to say. We are not looking for anything else to try, the box cost us nothing and was sent to us in good faith that it would be a treat for us. Returning their money would make them feel badly, its not THEIR fault that the products selected were of basic commercial quality [ OK the nuts look fine, haven't tried them yet]Really no intention of being such a downer, maybe other things are fine BUT just to let you know that not every one is giving you 5 star reviews even though your product reviews look like everyone loves your stuff.sincerely,Mark Clodius

I would upload a picture of the lock I purchased, however, it looks EXACTLY like what is advertised on the Olive & Cocoa website. The order was shipped and arrived promptly in under a week's time. The wooden box is like a two for one in terms of purchasing a gift, high quality and very cute. The lock was everything I was hoping for and expecting after looking on the website. I purchased this for my six year wedding anniversary and could not be any happier or more satisfied with what I received. The package also came with a note from the actual storefront, which I thought was a wonderful touch of appreciation for my purchase. Overall, it was a steal in terms of price especially for the quality of the item I purchased. I would absolutely recommend Olive & Cocoa to others.

This company is absolutely OUTSTANDING when it comes to TRULY fresh and crisp arrangements. (like bridal flower fresh) that are pleasing to the eye. Meticulous attention to detail. The arrangement I chose looked EXACTLY like the picture and needless to say I got raving reviews from my gift recipient! They came in by overnight Fedex in PERFECT order! I enrolled in the Floral Club and ANY of their arrangements will take your breath away! HIGHLY Recommend this company and now won't use any other florist for gift giving! Your search is over!!!!

I received a Christmas floral arrangement for present. The arrangement arrived nicely packed and I followed the directions provided. After 2 days the shrub roses were browned and wilted and the larger roses all had browned tips. The lambs ear was wilted and I removed. I switched out the shrub roses with other flowers to make it to Christmas. It is a disappointing arrangement.

We always send out corporate baskets to our customers / vendors every year around the holidays. We have used Harry & David for the last 10 years or more. The last two years the quality was terrible and the service was not much better. We decided to look for a new company. We chose Olive & Cocoa and they were amazing. Very professional, top rate customer service, the product looked perfect and tasted delicious. We had numerous calls stating how amazing the crates were. Last month I bought the Nursery Rhyme Book and Musical Lamb for my niece, who just had her second child. I ordered it to be delivered a day or two after mommy and baby left the hospital. It arrived right on time, and my niece called me to tell me how much she loved it. She said it was a very special gift, and the packaging was beautiful. A couple weeks later, I was told that every time her new baby boy cried or was fussy, my niece turned on the musical lamb, and her baby immediately was calm. I was so happy to hear that they loved the lamb, and I know she will read the nursery rhymes to him regularly as he grows up. I am so happy that I made the purchase and that my niece and family love it!

I paid extra for two day shipping on an order place on 12/5. The item is expected not guaranteed to be delivered tomorrow 12/22. What's the point of expedited shipping if you are not going to honor it. The excuse was they must have been busy, COVID, and so sorry. You know this is the holiday season and you're going to be busy. I have spent over $800 sending baskets to people this season using Olive & Cocoa. All I got was a refund of $33.50 and "So Sorry". I wanted to try something different this year. Clearly that was a mistake. I'm taking my business back to Harry & David.

All these 5 star reviews are just fake, please check out Yelp! This company has the worst team and management I have ever worked with. They are all talk, literally when talking about value but never take the imitative to actually care about any of their staff. (I have never worked there, but have seen them in action) They sell overpriced items and foods that are literally dollar store quality, not even close to luxury. Super difficult to get a hold of anyone. I do have to say the one star represents their floral, which can come really nice or barley average. Not worth your money or time.

I ordered a gift for someone else so I cannot speak to the quality of the items inside. But I was very disappointed with their communication about my order. I got 3 different order numbers for the same order (one gift going to one person), which made it hard to figured out what was going on with delivery. I didn't get an email saying my order had shipped until AFTER the guaranteed delivery date; however, the order number in this email was not the same order number I was given at checkout, and regardless, I never received an email confirming delivery. I tried following up with customer service and sent 2 emails with no response. They finally responded to me after I sent a third email requesting a refund because I wasn't able to confirm my order had ever actually shipped or been delivered. They sent me a confirmation with a third order number (that again did not match the one I had been given) and when I asked about it, they said it was actually the delivery number and just copied my order number in where the other number had been. So at this point, I just have to take their word it was actually delivered. When I expressed all these concerns to customer service, they stopped responding and didn't acknowledge or apologize for the poor communication and transparency.

Updated review: (4 stars)So as a result of my review, I was promptly contacted by the company and offered to be able to send a gift of equivalent value to the one that was unsatisfactory. They apologized and mentioned that there must have been a mistake with the curing process of the stain on the wood. Overall I get the impression they are a company that has attentive customer service and they stand behind their products. Hopefully whatever we use the credit for works out well.Original: (1 star)My wife received their "Abigail Garden" as a gift. It was already wilted and smelled bad, especially the "dark stained hand crafted wood box" the flowers were arranged in. We couldn't stand the smell of it. It's really a shame because for something that retails for $158, you'd expect it to make the room smell lovely, not like gross stain. We held on to it for a few days hoping the varnish smell would dissipate, but it stayed, while the flowers got worse and worse looking. Of course we won't tell the gift giver because they just wanted to make a beautiful gesture. But let this be a warning to all you who consider buying these arrangements! I think a lot of reviewers are people who bought these as gifts and were going off the gratitude of the recipients, but I would take that with a grain of salt. Go by the reviews of those who actually had to live with the smell.

I ordered the Tastes for Everything box for our client holiday gifts this year. O&C branded our logo on the box, which added a great personal touch. Plus, they added in our own holiday cards, which I sent to them ahead of time. The gifts were a huge hit with clients -- they used words like "tremendous" and "amazing".Most importantly, the process for corporate gifting was great. I worked with another vendor for other gifts and the two experiences were like night and day. With O&C, they talked me through everything and were very patient as we sorted out our list of people to send to. They talked me through options, and even sent a taster ahead of time so I could check the quality. It was awesome working with them!I would definitely recommend O&C for your corporate gifting!
