I think it might be done with their online auctions for integrity reasons. If you're bidding on their auctions. Look at your bid history. For example, when the highest bid is $4.01, and your bid is $10. The winning bid shouldn't be $10.10 consistently with no up biding in between. No one can see the next highest bid except for them. They're up bidding their own items. I could believe sometimes this could happen certainly once in awhile, but not every time. If you don't want to auction it for that cheap, put a higher reserve on it.

Their auction website is a farce. On the backend they are bidding on their own items and increasing the price against their customers. If no one bids what they want they price the item at their own high bid and move it to their store to sell. Extremely unethical.

I love the NPS store I can spend $50 and get a car full of groceries. One time I tried spending a $100 there and it was actually really difficult because before I got to $100 I already had way more than I needed. Not everything is a great deal, but you can find crazy deals. For instance, I got a bunch of containers of hummus for $2.00 --each $.10 when it should be $5.00 for one. It's also cool to see the unusual variety of stuff available.

Horrible company to work for they do not care about you and they'll drop you at the slightest inconvenience to them. Good deals horrible owners and management. 1/10 would not recommend.

NPS local pick up office. Shop NPS eBay store and pick up here without shipping cost. Very quick pick up. Have your eBay item number and your name ready and you can get your item in less than a minute. Make sure check the item there.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not buy anything from their ebay store. They sent me a broken product and rejected the return. The item was listed as New - Open box but they pulled it out to take the listing pictures and had to have noticed it was broken but did not mention it in the listing as they didn't want to hurt the value. Completely unethical business practice and shows you the type of people you are dealing with at this company. Look elsewhere and save yourself the head ache!

Purchased "The Munsters " complete dvd series set recently from the NPS store and shipped from Amazon and the set came with 2 of the season two discs, there is no season one. Very, very disappointing! I do not recommend buying movie sets from this company .

This was my first time working with NPS. I did an order online with eBay and they said since I live in Utah I was able to go ahead and pick it up in person instead of paying shipping. They were extremely friendly to work with, even though there was issues with the online payment. I would definitely recommend working with them.

I have always been a fan of the industrial store and the online auctions are also a great place to score some great deals. The offer local pick-up so you can skip the shipping costs. Im always getting a great deal on large items as im local I can increase my bid from the shipping offset

Less than a year ago I worked for NPS at their warehouse as a temporary employee hoping to get hired on if I did well. Less than a month later I found out I was pregnant and since I worked in the data department and was lifting boxes all day I wasn’t comfortable lifting the really heavy ones. I asked my supervisors what I would need to do to be able to just do the light boxes during my pregnancy. I was told to go and get a doctors note and I’d be cleared. I went and got the note and handed it to my supervisor and they moved me to the front. Right before the end of the day I was pulled into my managers office and was fired for bringing in my note for being pregnant. If managers and supervisors say they’ll honor a doctors note when a worker is pregnant do it. Don’t say you will then fire them.

Won item on Ebay, they did not set a reserve, purchased for asking price. Refunded my money and then relisted the item. Mommy was on vacation and daughter did not know how to fix. Called day i purchased, was promised a phone call back. did not get one had to call myself. Beware....

The Monday auction is a total scam. After I bid on an item, they moved things around taking items out of the lot I had bid on. When I tried to fix it I was accused of shoplifting! A quick review of the surveillance video would have shown that I was fixing an error they had created so they refused to show me the footage. Instead they said "we can't establish intent from a video".Does it sound like they have been coached in legal double talk to you?Sad thing was, I had just spent $500 with them and they were making a case over a 30¢ item. Instead of admitting they were wrong, they dug their heels in and lost a $500 a week client for life plus all the people I can tell.

Products can be difficult to find. Finding someone to help you can be a little difficult, especially if it's an item behind the counters.But it's a great place to find good deals on hardware and sporting goods!

Never know what you'll find, it's on you to verify good deals ( some popular items will sell for more than new online items so pay attention, don't just assume your going to get a good deal)
