Nothing like the lucky in California. Very few organic items. Gigantic carts. The employees are always kind and helpful. Not a single veggie burger in the entire store. Inexpensive cilantro. They carry Baja blast when mtn dew blesses us with it. That’s all.

I come here all the time but most of the time I feel like I need to walk in with headphones and sunglasses with my hood on to enter and exit the store. The prices are fair and the shopping and stock here is mostly amazing but the homeless bums standing right outside your store is ridiculous. Really starting to think I need to shop elsewhere.

Super low prices, but limited quantity of many items. Large clean aisles. Yummy bargain priced fried chicken to go. Five open registers for speedy checkout. Plenty of employees on hand to help you locate those hard to find items.

My sister was there earlier tonight getting fried chicken for dinner and get home and the chicken is WAY TO DRY AND TO CRISPY. IT'S BEEN SITTING UNDER THE LIGHTS TO FREAKING LONG..... She didn't think to ask how long it's been sitting there or she wouldn't of gotten the chicken... Spent all this money on chicken that's usually good but not tonight. WAIST OF MONEY AND WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND..

I go to this store all the time. I've never had any problems until last week. I needed a cake for my work & it took 20 min just to get a cake from the case. It was for a employees retirement. I wasn't able to get anything on it. All I can say is I wouldn't ever want to go back to the bakery again. I went back yesterday after I talked with a manager. I needed another cake for work. This time it was an employees birthday. The deli manager Aaron helped me with the cake. He made it beautiful! Thank you Aron for saving the day!

I don't come to this location often but every time I do I find great deals and the staff is always friendly and really great. They've made some tiny changes but it really just helps with the flow of the store.

It has products that can get you out of trouble in the kitchen, automobiles, cleaning, canned goods, sweets, special canned goods, school supplies, personal hygiene, vanities, at $1.25 each product is a very good purchase.

Nice store, very clean, and some friendly people. But for the love of God man, hire more staff in the deli, having only 1 person there to dish out chicken is just ridiculous. Been waiting almost 10 minutes now at the deli.

The prices are moderate to low, but there are definitely much cheaper places in the valley. They have a somewhat large selection of Latin ingredients, alcohol, and ice cream. I find they are somewhat lacking in some very basic ingredients that you might want if you're making something from scratch.The prices of their things like sodas junk food chips Etc tend to be markedly higher than most other low cost stores.Their Bakery section and shredded and block cheese tend to be cheaper than most other low cost stores. There doughnuts especialy so.They tend to have a relatively large selection of fresh produce at cheap prices. but I've noticed that most of it is of noticeably lower quality or older and maybe starting to go bad.

It's a good store, but I need better bike parking. The bike parking isn't in a visible area, and is really flimsy. I don't trust my bike to not get stolen here.

Great low prices. Location kinda sucks but is right on the bus line that makes up for it being so far north and at the very end of the salt lake valley. Only thing that really bothers me is the way I get treated no matter what I'm treated like I'm stealing can't even have my purse with me at times, I only go there when I have money if I didn't I would understand but I've never given them a reason to believe I was there to steal. I stay very polite and talk to the employees there like human beings in trade I'm still talked down to and like I'm just trash. So I've stopped going there all together. Sadly I did like the store! 😢😭😿💸🚫⚠️

I was expecting lower prices with all the LOW PRICES signs. It was still cheaper to go to WINCO. The store was laid out nicely. If I gave just the bakery stars, they get 5 stars! Check out the cakes, sandwiches, ok, all of it. Just go to the bakery.

Visit was good, it's fast if you use self checkout, but usually a line at checkouts, only 1 maybe 2 cashiers. I get it.... The pandemic messed everything up. Stores close earlier, less cashier's and employees, prices are high or less product for the pay. It can be frustrating but it's not the companies fault. We all need to be patient and keep going to the companies to keep them in business so they can grow back to way things were. Too many companies are still closing down or going out of business. We, as consumers need to buck up and face reality and not feel entitled or impatient, things are not the same as before, we all need to contribute if we want to have all the luxuries we used to and not become a ghost town.

Staff are great...all besides the security guard that dresses really fancy with the fancy watch. He is the only reason I don't go during the day. It seems like every time I come in he is confronting me on my way out. Once, I put back a drink I didn't want and as I'm walking out he stops to ask why I did that? Like what's the deal with putting back a drink? He watched me the whole time I was in the store and it made me feel really scrutinized.They should get rid of him. LolAside from him, the staff are amazing people and I remember once there was a security issue and staff were roaming around looking for this guy and one lady, to another guard-type guy said "oh, don't worry about him, he's fine." And it was such a good feeling to know that night crew know me and know that I'm not a problem. I've been treated so poorly my whole life because of how I look and these folks at this store make me feel welcome.Prices are unbeatable for this area. And they have deals all the time. The selection is great...just wish they sold rye bread lol. Produce is fresh and cheap and I love getting pineapples here! They're delicious!From the bottom of my heart, to all the staff (except that security jerk) thanks for making me feel welcome.To the security jerk, stop being such a jerk.

First of all be careful where you lock your bike at. I chained mine to the garbage can next to the entrance. Bike racks are all the way down and there's always a sketchy dude sitting around.They don't have a 3 bean salad at all and you have to bag your own grocerys. Only lucky people are the bike thieves!

There is always a long wait to get a cashier check, usually because there is not staff in that area. Instead a customer must find a Front-end worker, who can go find the worker who is assigned to the Customer Service booth.Many times over, when Senior Citizens have a tight frame timed for shopping at this Lucky's grocery store. Getting a Cashier's check, should NOT take up all of the time allotted for shopping.

It some times doesn't have what I need. The checker was super annoying the other day when I asked where greeting playing cards were? She said down one of the ailes. That gave me my answer! Go straight to Dollar tree. I looked for a minute. Ernest was like, what took you so long? I said, "I have been everywhere in Albertson and no playing cards. So I bolted and went to Dollar tree. Right next to the register.

Basic groceries, didn't have any of the items I went in for. Very limited on anything vegan or vegetarian aside from basic produce which was decent but prices were higher than I expected. Aren't they every where now?!

I came here and asked the deli manager for help finding a product and he never stopped walking and instead of answering my question, he just said I'd have to ask someone else. I asked didn't see any other workers out and about, so after maybe 10 minutes of wandering the store, I found what I needed. Upon leaving, I saw him standing outside and asked a cashier who he was, and they said he was the deli manager. Horrible customer service from a manager. Smh. Smiths is a little more expensive, but the customer experience and quality is better. Never coming back here.
