Horrible experience here at this loves. Dirty facilities, rude staff and unwelcoming attitude. After traveling for a day we stopped in the fuel up and check on resting before our flight the next day. As always when patronizing an establishment and checking on parking to sleep for a few hours we went in to speak with the staff and make sure this is ok. The employee assured us that the side by the drive through was fine and we’d have no worries. “People stay overnight there all the time”. At 1 AM a very rude security personnel came banging on all doors demanding that we leave. We explained that we had received prior permission from the staff and didn’t wish to drive in a tired and un safe state. She made it very clear that she did not care about our health and safety and it “wasn’t her fault that we got bad information from the employees”. As we tried to have a discussion about the best course forward it became obvious that winning was more important to this security personnel than anything. Even when trying to diffuse the situation and get our things in order to move she kept banging saying leave or she’s calling the cops. Incredibly unfortunate as Loves is a reputable establishment across the country. This one is rather poorly managed, cleaned and doesn’t inform or train their staff to give correct information or treat people with common decency and respect. Will never come back and advise strongly against visiting.

Pros: Staff is nice, store is clean, showers are small, but clean, they have security.Cons: Never any parking. I arrived at Saturday at 2pm and all the spots were taken. I came by on Monday at noon and all the spots were already taken, so I needed to find street parking in the vicinity. There's a bunch of trashy drug addicted people walking the streets in this area of Salt Lake, so make sure to lock your doors and stay strapped. I don't recommend leaving the Loves property at night.

Went for a shower after driving all day, to my disappointment the shower was full of mildew/mold the floors were not cleaned/mopped. It seems as if they don’t use any cleaning product here because the dirt/mold/mildew build up is disgusting. Get some foaming bleach shower spray or something!

Nice, clean stocked store! Clean bathrooms! Friendly personnel! We Didn’t use showers on this stop so I can’t comment. Lots of hot-on-the-go foods. Hotdogs, sausages, burgers, wraps etc. The have the dairy/veggie/fruit island with salads, yogurts, cold wraps, fruit cups,etc. Lots of snacks & goodies. Souvenirs. Truck supplies. There’s an Arby’s attached inside (as per usual). It would be great for Loves to have lil ‘ma & pop’ diners like truck stops use to, these fast food places get real old & fattening real quick. Sitting in a truck all day calls for a lil something more than fast food joints. Good parking lot! Very busy place but their pretty quick getting you in & out! Fuels lines are pretty long, but again the trucks were breezing through pretty quick. Nice place to overnight or a reset. Good job guys!

Another’s Loves only gets 3 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ honestly, this is a smaller loves with very minimal parking for trucks, the fuel islands once again, garbage overflowing diesel nozzles left on the ground. And a island out of order!! When you walk inside yes someone did greet you “welcome to loves” 99% of the time when we go inside were wanting to refill our beverage, well couldn’t do that here we were asked to go next-door to Arby’s because their refreshment center was out of order. The women’s restroom was clean only because they were cleaning it as I wanted to use it so it smelled nice. It got a green button push.🙂 one thing I can say they’re already getting ready for the next festivities Easter already!!!

This loves location is a joke. Their security person is rude, obnoxious and vulgar. And very inconsiderate of customers. He was standing out front of the store using obscenities In front of customers and families entering and exiting the store. As well as pushy and antagonistic, and a downright bully.

They need to do something about the vagrants they come and knock on your door several times a dayIf they see you coming from the store to your truck, they follow you asking for money or points on your love card.

Super small entrances for truckers. Not the stop for truckers with only easy driving experience. Limited parking. Loves will gladly give you a I will tow your truck in 10 minutes warning, although you are not blocking anybody exiting. Low experience truckers will blame your truck. Had to shower at rapid speed and have a miserable experience. I offered to help the trucker who almost took out a truck parked in a parking spot. He was a hot head, egg head who refused help. At least I told him not to go forward at his angle, or else he would have wiped out the other guys truck. He was trying to turn the truck like a car. Inexperienced truckers everywhere, making well seasoned drivers a living hell. I will never come to this stop in Salt Lake ever again. You will never get my business!

Been going there once a week for a couple of years, to get my tobacco. It’s hit or miss, employee wise. They have a lot of turnover. Fortunately, the knucklehead I dealt with today, gave me about a $30 discount on my supply. I really like it when they hire the brain dead ones to work the register. The store maintains it’s appearance consistently, so hat’s off to managers.

There was no wait in line. The cashier was friendly. The mens restroom could have used a lil attention but not bad. Was able to pull up to a pump for gas right away. There gas prices are average. The Arbys inside was nice ans clean looking.

I'm a driver, and when I come to Salt Lake City, I choose a truck stop. And that’s exactly how many times I come to track stop. Mostly the night shift is some girl, she is still very plump, a girl with makeup works at the cash register, it is not clear whether she is a girl or a man, I don’t know, but they treat customers very rudely. I'm standing in line at the checkout. They point their fingers at me and don't say a word. Stand here. This is very rude. He points his finger at me. This is unacceptable behavior in the workplace. it was 1.26 .2024 still thin, I don’t know, is she also a girl or ... she is also very rude to clients

He's running a little mafia, he just removed me (11 pm) stating cargo vans are not allowed to overnight, just when I agreed to leave asks me if I got $10 so he can turn a blind eye.He let 2 cargo vans there, maybe they payed, but I wouldn't fall for that. Rather moved to another place.

This has to be the most disgusting Love's truck stop I've ever been to. The restrooms are beyond disgusting & severely below standards. Also, the neighborhood in the area is not exactly what you call safe. This area just flooded with gangsters, hoodlums, & cholos. The parking is another issue nasty & poor lightning. Also, homeless people are another thing to point out.

I like this location. But it does intend to get packed for parking spots a little after 9:30pm. If you're lucky its not packed. Shower is $15. I'm not a trucker. Showers are clean. They have 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. But I used my own. They also have a dispenser for shampoo I believe thats what it is but I used my own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Wasn't dirty when I used Shower #1. There are washers and dryers for the truckers to use. Also the men and women restroom is clean too. They cleaned it well and if its not, let them know. Cashiers are friendly too. If you're a truck driver do not bother coming here at night. You most likely won't find a spot to park. Try at your own risk.

Did a 34 here.Not a lot of truck parking.This place fills up fast!It was full by 11am. If you get here late I would not even try.Clean bathrooms and showers.There are two washers and two dryers.There is no truckers lounge.There is an Arbys inside the store.There is a Dennys, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, and a subway in walking distance.At 8am there was nothing in the hot box, but thankfully Arby’s is open for breakfast.Most loves have a dog park. This one DOES NOT.There is a Security guard 24/7.I did read the other reviews of people getting kicked out for browsing the isles etc. but I did not have that problem. I also saw the reviews about the no bag sign on the door. That sign is no longer there.The only sign on the door at fuel entrance is for bobtail‘s to park up front.There are homeless people walking around the area.Beautiful views of the mountains. I would come here again!

It was another loves. Maybe I'm burnt out on arbys. Walk to dennys.kfc something. hate sleeping in the truck??ramada across the street. Didn't go in the game room. ??? Ps3 in the sleeper. Sooo yea. Shower was strong in #6. It did get hot a while after stopping the water. Wasn't sweating but it was getting warm. Ummm Fox news. No touch screen display. Staff has a hideout spot rear left corner. It fills up quick so time it well. Saw one homeless kid. No worries. Wasn't asking just waiting

Was at this truck stop with my husband, trying to help someone who was wanting a shower for their friend (female) and if possible one for themselves. My husband has free showers because of the amount of money that is spent at loves. He went inside to get the shower for the guy after he had did the shower in the app for the female. When he went inside the cashier asked if he was a CDL driver that if he was homeless he couldn't take a shower that the drivers were priority. Mind you there was no one waiting for a shower and all of the stalls were open. Not only are you denying someone a shower when it is paid for, on top of that you want to talk down to him and accuse my husband of being homeless when he was just trying to help someone feel like a little bit like a person. However your associate made sure that they understood that she was superior to them. Absolutely disgusting. This loves is the worst I've ever been at. Your staff are absolutely disgusting people.

Me and my husband stopped by here and I'm writing this as I'm in the bathroom. It was 11:00pm when I came in to take a shower. We have unlimited showers due to the rewards program and typically there isn't an issue with getting a shower at ANY loves across the United states. Just because I did not hold a CDL license I was not permitted to get a shower since it was after 10pm. I went and got my husband since he had just came from the showers. He was not asked prior (around 10:30) to provide his CDL license to purchase a shower. While discussing this with the employees a transient man and a man who did not speak fluent English came in and were denied showers due to not having a CDL. The man who was not fluent in English had his shower paid for by another driver and the transient man was kicked out and threatened with pepper spray. They say due to this being a "bad area" they cannot offer showers to regular customers after 10pm. I've been in way worse areas and this rule has never applied. It's completely ridiculous to discriminate against anyone for any reason because they do not hold a CDL. The parking lot isn't that big and it fills up fast so anyone who's taking a shower is usually done before 10pm. I see this as pure laziness on the staffs part and not wanting the clean the showers as they aren't very clean. Also don't think you'll be doing your laundry here as all the washers and dryers are out of order. We had to bobtail to a laundry mat just to ensure our parking just because the lot is so small. 10 out of 10 would not recommend for normal travelers or companions of cdls drivers.

I LOVE THE Love's truck stop. They do a great job keeping the place clean. Good food with great prices if you need a quick bite. IM a full-time Uber driver, so I go in and out a ton. I really like the Gas prices at all of the Love's Truckers Stop. Enjoy

Me and my wife moved into the area about 2 years ago and she almost Immediately registered for the rewards club. The 10 cents off has kept us both getting gas exclusively at this loves location. Ive had the barcode on my phone for the last 2 years and have used it pretty much every day sometimes more than once a day and never had a Issue. That is until tonight. Another customer left i.d. in her car and ran out to get it . The cleak helped the person in front of me and as I stepped up to the counter she returned and I stepped aside so she could finish. Then the clerk turns to me and says sorry my man I can't accept the bar code from your phone . Confused I say I've used it here for almost 2 years same way every time they scan the bar code on my phone and he then acused me of being dishonest and says if anyone had scanned it off my phone they didn't know how to do there job which is why he didn't believe my story. Ive been helped by the same clerk's many many times and was just baffled so I said just give me my money back this is fu!@##^ridiculous and he gets loud and says ill have you 86ed from here forever. No worries on my end ill never spend another dollar there . Its fuel rewards, its a barcode to my rewards done the same way hundreds of times thousands of dollars spent and no one but him knows how to do there job and im going to get banned for getting pissed when he calls me a liar . I guarantee he's had issues with other customers. There was just no reason at all for any of it . I had every right in the world to get upset after him denying the bar code and saying he didn't believe I used it before and then threatened banishment. Why would I ever spend another cent

Travelers beware. This pit stop is not friendly toward families looking to stop in and use their facilities after a long trip. We stopped in to freshen up after a long day on the road. No where on their Google account does is specify that they have “showers” and when I entered to scope out the cleanliness of the bathrooms, I see nice clean restroom facilities up front. I took my three young kids into the womens room to freshen up and change after a long day prior to an event. Our toddler with a disability was especially upset after being cooped up in her car seat for hours and did not appreciate having her hands washed and hair brushed. Within 5 min of being in the bathroom an employee and police officer came bursting into the bathroom and told my 14 year old daughter that she couldn’t freshen up her makeup in the bathroom. He was huge and seeing a man in the bathroom was terrifying for her. When I told him to STOP and GET OUT the employee immediately whipped out her phone and started recording me as if I was the one out of order. I explained how aggressive that looked and she said “he’s a security guard” over and over as if the uniform looks any different to a child.I was told that I weren’t allowed to shower in the bathroom. We weren’t showering of course which is ridiculous, and what I told her. Since when are women not allowed to primp in a bathroom? I looked around and explained that none of the signs in the bathroom said I couldn’t brush my hair or do my makeup or change my shirt and she siad “well that’s just known” and if I want to do that I have to pay 16$ each in the showers. I asked what showers? There’s no signs here explaining that? And again she stated “it’ just known” to which I said again that I was from another state and didn’t understand why she was being so hostile.Now I’m not a trucker so I don’t know how these things work, it’s my first time at this “family friendly” establishment and I couldn’t have gotten it wrong but having a male police officer aggressively yelling at a teenage girl in the bathroom seems extreme and far from their motto.Of course we didn’t want to stay and just needed a second to collect my crying kids and while I’m trying to grab them she said good turned to the police officer and said “their trespassing write them down for trespassing”I think these employees need training in de-escalation tactics. Absolutely pathetic. Will never be stopping at Love’s again.
