I cannot rave about this place enough. They are AMAZING. Extremely knowledgable. They helped me troubleshoot and find the answer to my dog's diet and now I won't go anywhere else for my pup. Zoe is one of my favorite people. Follow them on instagram! They constantly post helpful information.

I had the opportunity to work here for a short time and had to come on and give props to this business. Shawn the owner is wonderfully kind, and his team of employees are all genuinely welcoming, hardworking and smart. Great friendly staff who know all about the healthy pet products they sell! They helped me find some alternative foods for my enzyme deficient catto friend, and with their help I was finally able to come up with a much simpler, easier to administer feeding plan!

This place was absolutely adorable. We met the store owner and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient when answering our questions. We spent way more than we meant to but it was well worth it, our dogs are very happy with their new bandanas and treats. 💛 it was very refreshing to find a pet store where everything had ingredients that I would feel safe giving to my dog. All high quality items and treats for decent prices. Will definitely visit again once we're back in the area.

First time visiting here and all I can say is, they care!What an awesome selection of food, toys, treats, and Cbd medicine!My animals are picky and I also like to feed them quality food, therefore a place like this is heaven for them.They carry high quality foods you won't regret feeding too your furry friends!My ancient 23 year old cat has arthritis and the food I'm giving him along with the Cbd helps loads!I recommend this place to anyone who cares about their creatures, the staff here act as if they're their own!

This store has pretty much everything you could be looking for for your dogs or cats. They also have a great reward system when you make regular purchases. Best part is the staff is very friendly and helpful. The first time I visited, one of the staff went over all the possible foods for my senior dogs needs. Highly recommend.

The staff at either of the locations are extremely helpful and kind. I had never had a cat before and so I had a lot of questions about food and nutrition. I also was dealing for the first time with how picky cats are in what they eat! Healthy Pets is the kind of place that makes Salt Lake unique and it makes me sad to think of losing places like this to the giant pet and grocery stores. These people really care about their pets and it shows in everything they do. I picked out a food that my cats would not touch for some reason and one of the associates took the time to figure out with me why they maybe did not like the food and let me swap it out for something he thought would work better. The cats love the food recommended and I feel more than safe and satisfied shipping here. I will never buy pet food anywhere else and I strongly encourage checking this place out if you are in the area and are a pet lover.

Great vibes, cute store. Just ridiculously expensive. They do have bulk treats that seem reasonable, but that is honestly the only thing I'd buy there. Everything else you can get cheaper online or at another store.

Today was our first time shopping at Healthy Pets Salt Lake City. Shawn, the owner was more than helpful with helping us select the perfect dog food for our new puppy! Very knowledgeable and very passionate about helping us find the best fit for us and our puppy. He was very kind and took the time to show us our options and share his knowledge about the brands he sells. It’s rare to see businesses put in the extra care into their customers. My fiancé and I were both very impressed and will be returning! 🤠

I buy all my pets food, treats and herbal remedies from Healthy Pets. They sell very high-quality natural pet food and treats free of all the toxins the big name brands put in their pet foods. They also have a good selection of herbal supplements and remedies as well. I have a Lab that was a little overweight and dealing with some other heath concerns. I took her in to my Vet and they diagnosed her issue as diet related and recommend this store. Not only did they recommend them all of the DVM’s and staff buy their pet food and treats from Healthy Pets. The staff is very friendly and helpful but what stood out the most is how incredibly knowledgeable they are about all the products they sell. It’s very obvious the owner and employees are pet lovers with pets of their own and genuinely want to help their customers. They will take the time, asking very detailed questions, to help you find the right food for your pet to make sure they get the healthiest diet. I switched both of my dogs to a better and much healthier brand of kibble and added a partial Raw to their diet. My lab was also starting to show signs of some joint discomfort. I put her on a weight management kibble with an herbal supplement for joints and saw great results. They also have a really good rewards program where after you buy a certain amount of some of their products you will receive a free one. As far as cost it is always more expensive to go this route but comparing their prices to some of the other stores that sell this type of pet food they are very competitive and only raise their prices when the suppliers raise their’s. Great store with an awesome staff, check them out!

I love this store! I was thrilled to learn about it about a year and a half ago and have never been disappointed! The dog washing facilities in the back have the most wonderful shampoos and conditioners. They always have the food I use and have great suggestions for treats and ways to optimize Marley’s health. The hours are great and Olive, the store pup, is always there for a soft pet. Thank you for all your help!!!

I absolutely adore Healthy Pets, and could not recommend them more. They carry only the best quality products and are always happy to fill large special orders for me monthly. My kitties love the goli toys that you can't find anywhere else! The staff always remember me by name and takes excellent care of me each and every time I'm in.
