I came in last night 1/25 right at closing. The cashier/employee was extremely nice. I was a bit short on my total. She was kind enough to help me out. I truly appreciate that kindness and wanted to give her a kudos. Thank you girl!!

I just left the store and left all the items that I was going to purchase due to one of the cashiers. As I was going to check out, I got in line (the only line) to proceed with my purchase. However, there was a cashier that had opened up, and an employee said that they could help anyone who’s next. I saw that nobody moved so I proceeded to make my way to that line. It took the cashier about 2 seconds to say anything and then they said “I’m going to help them first if you don’t mind….” Clearly, I did/do mind since I got there first and they had indicated that anyone could go there and, again, I got there first. I then made my way back to the other cashier but realized that I had lost my spot in line due to that one employee. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t help me first since A.) I only had two items and B.) I got there first. Just to be sure that there is no confusion about which employee, it was a bearded man with a cap.While I am unsure if I’ll be returning to this location, I’m sure that I’ll again leave if it’s the same employee checking customers out.

I needed a cheap screwdriver so I wouldn't have to drive back home so this place was very handy. Everything seemed organized and the cashier was quite friendly. I probably spent more time recording the place than I actually did shopping. Haha 😂

Saw the store seemed woefully mismanaged with empty shelves and dirty floors. I commented to cashier on checkout who was extremely personable! He acknowledged the challenge ahead of him as he says he is the new store manager as of a couple weeks ago. Curious to see if that change will happen.

Cleaner location than their stores I usually go to. The clerk was concise but knowledgeable. They have a unique selection of toys, electronics and novelties. They had the soda and foods that I was looking for. Just not the sweets I go specifically to Dollar Tree for. Might be back for more of the unique gadgets and toys found.

Terrible service manger doesn't even come when paged over the intercom. Every time I've stopped by there is one line available and there are about 20+ people waiting. The shelves aren't stocked it looks like the aftermath of a black Friday super sale in there because there is absolutely no items on shelves and what is there is just thrown there and not at all organized

When this first moved into the neighborhood I was disappointed at the lack of options (we usually get kids toys like potty training prizes at dollar tree because my kids think it's the coolest thing ever that they can choose anything in the store.) And then when their store hours were wonky a few months back that was SUPER annoying.BUT I just went there for a last minute toddler birthday gift and WOW they've really turned the store around!!!There were so many awesome options and my kids who were with me kept saying "this is so cool! Can I get it? Pleeeeease?!?" which was quite annoying but goes to show you that they actually have some great toy options now. I was able to easily find enough cool things for the birthday girl. I'm so glad they've fixed their stocking issue.Highly recommend this store for kids toys, stickers, etc.

I know your corporation owns Family Dollar, but your not them. The ability to shop on a fixed income is what made Dollar Tree special. You are ruining that by selling products at at $4-5 (without proper labeling) when the public is expecting to only pay $1.25. Selling items for $5 without marking them that way on the package and then saying "Oh, I'm sorry. All sales are final." When you try to exchange or return? That's just plain wrong! 2 items - same problem. I advise just watching when things are being rung up VERY CAREFULLY. Shady is all I can say about this!

This has been my go to Dollar store since the one by my house closed. The reason for the markdown is the lack of price transparency, it was announced prices nationally were moving to $1.25 in February but in this store there are items at $5.00, $4.00, $3.00 that are not clearly marked as being more than the advertised $1.25 for what this store is known for. It created for an uncomfortable situation at the checkstand when I had to put items back since I only had a certain amount to spend and there were no signs to say certain items were more or I would not have put them in my cart. BUYER BEWARE!! Most items are still a good deal but when one grabs food only to be told at the register it's more than it was represented its embarrassing and frustrating.

Website and google say store hours are 8am-10 pm, but then we show up for my son to pick a little gift for his friend at 10:30 AM, and there’s a paper sign written in sharpie that their hours are 12pm-9pm.Really guys? At least update it on google. We would’ve gone to a different location more on our way if we knew you were closed.

This Dollar Tree is awesome! The workers, especially my favorite little older woman, are so pleasant and helpful. Sometimes there are big lines, but usually employees show up to funnel through all the clients. They are great!

Was great! I got all our party decorations there for my grandson's first birthday. I thought we were going to have to go to a larger party place for our decorations and so on that we would need. But we got them all right there everything for a dollar. I thought I'd have to spend like a hundred to 150. but it's been like 40 bucks. In other words it was sweet!!

Store was busy with customers. Was able to find what I needed in stock. Was an easy checkout because they opened up a additional check stand because of the extra customers waiting in line. Always spend more money that what I intend to spend because of all the good deals.

You get what you pay for.I guess if you only want to pay a dollar an item, you really shouldn't expect much. The customer service at this store is below par. There were over 10 people waiting in line for the cash register, and the store manager had some Checker filling mylar balloons with helium instead of checking out the customers. When I asked her to open up another checkstand and I was told that she would do that but that I would have to go to the end of the line. So I stood there and waited for 30 minutes to check out six items which cost me a total of $7.50. I'm pretty sure something got charged twice. I do not recommend this location

Today was a quick checkout. Other times it can be slow to check out at this particular location. Because of covid 19 their snack shelves and candy aisles are wiped out , due to supply chain issues I think. The checkers here are older and generally friendly. A dollar tree I would definitely recommend.

I was able to find what I was looking for, even when this location is smaller than others it had plenty. Sometimes I have noticed that they run out of certain items and they don't stock them again for weeks, but overall they have an assortments of things that for the price is very convenient. As you can guess, not every item has the same quality standard, so be aware that sometimes paying cheap can have its downside.

I witnessed one of the worst displays of customer service in my life today here at Dollar Tree! I was in line waiting to pay for my items while also not being acknowledged by any of the staff members. There was an older woman asking for help to get more helium in her balloons and it sounded like a miscommunication as I didn’t hear all the details. However, the young woman at the balloon station told the older lady she couldn’t help her. The lady then went to the manager (Javier) and said “sir please” he immediately responded in a heightened voice which seemed aggressive. He started reprimanding her instead of asking clarifying questions to determine a solution! I am a manager as well and would never treat a customer that way! Especially an older person! She wasn’t being rude to him which made it more difficult for me to understand his behavior! A manager should be someone who can handle authority the proper way! So appalling, you should be ashamed Javier!
