Weird experience, some white lady cuts in front of me saying she works there just to recommend something she is going to buy... didn't ask me if I wanted or needed help with anything then she starts walking around the store yelling gurrrrrrl and spraying items into the air, she and the other people the shop here can be out of pocket.The store is always looking dirty and there is no customer service or they understaffed.

This store is never stocked, it's dirty, and today a homeless person was holding the door open for customer. I heard the store manager Paul tell the guy he will pay him cash tomorrow. For what the guy dose not work there. I also saw the store manager being rude to the employees that do work there. Kevin Is an awesome cashier. you can tell he overworked but always find a way to provide great customer service.

Like always that I'm going to one of this kind of stores, dollar one I mean, I come for just a couple things and I leave with 40. I believe it happened to most people. I would've given it a five starts but just one small BIG detail. I really don't know what is going on, if there are no employees enough or is slowly selling the merchandise they already have to close the store at the end. STOCKING is the problem, you can see tons of shelves empty and I've seen this for a few weeks now. Some are filled with whatever. I hope they don't close this store, it is a source of little bit fancy good looking things and others cheap for the community, specially the ones like myself with low income.

Sorry but this(rosepark location is not ideal anymore, very dirty, nothing on shelves ..I know there lacking employees but it's a mess in there regardless

I love this place, except the only thing is I walk out with way to much stuff. But what can I say? They just have lots of things that I can use, that I like or need. And it's better than going to some big shopping center even if it's a couple cents cheaper. Overall I spend less on basically the same things...And whats more is each one of these stores carry some things different depending on the size of the store and so forth so. No matter which one you'll find something else you want as well...I just have to limit myself to going to one once a week. Otherwise I'd be extremely broke. More like deep debt. Lol.Thank you people at dollar tree you guys are amazing. Keep up making your customers happy!Oh yeah today was only 33 things yea I know this is what happens when I decide to look thru the store and not right to what 2 things I originally came in for... And this is a quick trip.

Needless to say, it blew his mind the quantity and quality of products you can purchase for a dollar.🗺️ LOCATION - 4The dollar tree is located in what I felt like is a sketchy part of town, all the same we still did our shopping.💲 PRICE - 5It's a dollar store, you can't beat the prices!💸 PRODUCT/SERVICE - 4It's the dollar tree, so the products are a hit and miss the quality on some items are poor, but on others are amazing, it really depends on what you're looking for and what you need if it is reasonable.💲 POINTERS/PERKS - N/ANot much of a pointer but you can also purchase their products online and have them be sent to you.👩 EMPLOYEES - 5The lady that helped us at the register was friendly. I joked with her about purchasing a lot of candy, then she jokingly responded at least we bought toothpaste and a toothbrush.

This area of town is growing rapidly. It would be nice to have a dollar tree that corporate updated. This is the most rundown dollar store I’ve been to. The employees seem to work very hard and are always busy. Mostly out of items needed when I go in for a quick purchase.

I really do love this place. Most of the staff are wonderful. The female manager with dark is the best ever. I do wish things were stocked better especially storage items and other staples but on the overall this Dollar Tree is my favorite. They generally have a large variety of items and seem get the new stuff out faster then other locations.

This place deserves no stars manager down to register employees are rude, disrespectful,curse in front of children, don't know where any items are in the store they work in when you ask for somthing. I'm honestly surprised this place is still in business trash laying on the ground right out side of there door and trash can next to there door over flowing over all this business gets a f and the employees seriously need to evaluate themselves amd realize this is a "Customer Service job" PATHETIC manager defends the employee cussing in front of a 6yr old child instead of correcting them I would suggest you don't shop here very dirty place and environment likely to catch somthing!

It's what you would expect from any other typical, same fashion of budget friendly dollar stores. The store is decently well kept and organized, it is one of the larger ones, and they do carry some other items not found at other Dollar Tree stores around the valley. The Customer service is nice and friendly, and they are very friendly at the cash registers. I've been using this location for about a year now, and I love how convenient it is grab similar items for only $1, and get the quality I pay for. I've not had one issue with this location at all. It's also easily located and right next to another local grocery store in the area. I recommend this store for the people that love a larger selection, and easy in and out convenience

I asked a man who works at cash register for his name because his care for the customers is just beautiful. He politely asked me if I wanted sunglasses not to be put in a bag so they wouldn't scratch and then as he checked out light bulbs he tucked them in a bag of plush toys so they would be safe too. His name is Brent and he made my day by being so genuinely hard working and caring for the customers with honesty.

The decor is very cute and artsy! They're festive items are amazing and hold up pretty well. Some of the cashiers have been spotted gossiping, but it's fine. The toy section has a ton of toys everywhere. That's not the store's fault though. It's the irresponsible parents =_=The selection of frames is bigger than my future. The pencils are good for art. The paper is bad do not buy it from there!!!! The artificial flowers look gorgeous and pigmented. The vases are always clean. There are a ton of hangers . The colors are white, pink, velvet, and sometimes blue. They're always out of stock on Bobby pins and hair ties. The mugs are so aesthetically pleasing. Overall, good items and pretty decor. Mediocre service although.

This dollar tree was really clean and we'll stocked. The employees were friendly and helpful. I love dollar tree and go to far to many of them and this has been one of the best stocked and maintained dollar trees I've been to recently.

I never post reviews. I love Dollar Tree & shop at other locations frequently, but would NEVER set foot in this store again! This customer service was poor & when I asked for help from a manager she was rude, unresponsive, & not sympathetic to my problem. She gave me incorrect information & said she couldn't be expected to give customer service because her store wasn't staffed. I have worked in customer service. Even one person doing their best can offer exceptional customer service.

Holly Hanna I went to this specific location as it's close to where I just moved to and went in just to check it out and look at what they had...Yeah $45 later I'm leaving the store...that brings me to the 4th dollar tree location that I've been just this last week and have spent close to $200. What?! how the heck do you spend so much? And at a dollar store in just a week. Well, I just moved to a new home and have needed all kinds of organizing and cleaning items and found a bunch of stuff to decorate with. And well, there was some things that other locations didn't have, and they were just one more thing I felt I had to have. Thanks to the cashier(s) for wrapping my stuff that could break and double bagging to keep my over the door racks from poking thru and ripping a whole making stuff fall out. I just have to say I love Dollar Tree. There are so many things that I would rather get here than even trying to step foot in a Wal-Mart.

For employees sitting outside the Dollar tree doors locked six customers walk away because they're smoking and having a soda. When asked when they would be open they all just looked at us like we had two heads and shrugged their shoulders.

Dollar Tree has always been a favorite place of ours to shop. My wife and I are bargain hunters and don't always need brand-name products to get the job done. Dollar Tree has always offered a lot in terms of cleaners, detergents, bath shampoo and soaps, pet products, auto products, food, some cheap electronics, and kids toys. I have 2 toddlers who love going here to check out the cool toys available. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Only complaints are that the floor gets pretty gross throughout the day. Not sure how often it is cleaned (worries me as my toddlers love to sit/lay on the floor). Also, items go out of stock for around a week at a time (certain things anyway) such as gloves and some dishware. Overall, our experience here has been positive and we will continue to shop here in the future.

I just moved to the area. My first time here my mother in law and I noticed a man with a backpack stealing a bunch of items, my mother in law went up to the front to notify the employee (older lady with glasses and dark curly hair) about the guy stealing, she didn’t do anything. We go up to the front to check out and that guy that stole a bunch of items walked right through her lane and she didn’t do or say anything! Us and a bunch of other customers noticed and start telling her “you let that guy steal a bunch of items and you aren’t going to do anything?” She just looks at us and doesn’t budge. Well yesterday I went here again my second time. Well the same employee the lady with the dark curly hair and glasses starts yelling on the phone to another employee in front of everyone! there had to be about 7 people in her lane. She was very loud and rude! Why is she still working there?!! Very unprofessional, both times I’ve gone there was very bad experiences. Something needs to be done. This is not ok! Update her name is Julie!

It's a nice dollar store but it's hard to navigate through because of stuff all over the floor. Not really the Dollar Stores fault but the customers that come in and let their kids destroy the place. Anyway they always have the things I need here and I'm happy with the quality of the items for the price.

For starters the store is filthy and unorganized but the attitude of the supervisor or manager to an employee was unacceptable. She berated her and embarrassed her in front of the whole store . I understand talking to an employee about their performance but there is a right way to do it in private. I hope this woman gets reprimanded for this because it was just uncalled for.

Terrible, TERRIBLE Customer Service! A latin woman with a bun and glasses was so rude. Especially to children. The store is dirty also. However, there were a lot of cute Halloween stuff. The rudeness made me not want to buy anything there.
