I went in for men's hair dye and they had my colour as usual. I usually go to another location but they do not carry men's hair dye. A great savings! I also get my candles and rubbing alcohol and peroxide. They have big bottles.

Smaller dollor tree store, but I found everything I needed when I paced myself. It was stocked well so my Overall impression I was impressed with the Impressed with the inventory as for the staff they where a little on the grumpy side. They where not helpful in the bilingual department. The man in front of me was trying to get his enturpeture on the phone to explain something and the register worker kept just saying he only spoke English over and over. Also and the entire time I was in the store I could overhear the manager speaking about other employees; to anouther employee about not doing there job well enough and not makeing it to work on time. Not very professional in my opinion but hey some people like the drama so it your preference.

They keep this store really clean. The Wednesday night employees are very nice. This location is just the right size. Always has a nice selection of my staples. As well as a rotating variety of random. Seems like I always go in for a couple things and end up buying a cart full. Keep up the good work. Thank You for your hard work. Wish they had air conditioning.

I spend a lot of my money at this store, but no more! I recently went in to get things to buy something to make for friends, and someone stole my check, so I went back to return some of it and was told no. No returns? So if you buy something open it and it's the wrong color or something, they won't take it back. They will gladly trade you for your unopened merchandise. So a word from and to the wise, don't buy anything if you're not absolutely 100% sure about it or you are stuck! Poor business? Yes, for sure! Especially from a dollar store!! No more customer service folks, no, it's all about the almighty dollar and their bottom line! Buyer beware!

Fast check out, friendly cashiers. There was only one while we were there, and the line was rather long, but the sweet woman worked at quickly as she could. Her male coworker wasn't so great though. He saw the line and walked away, leaving her to take care of everyone by herself. She was a rock star though, and has my sincerest respect!!!

The store has really improved in cleanliness over the past couple of months.I needed a specific product that I didn’t see on the sale floor. I asked an associate for help and she did not hesitate to help. She actually got the manager involved, Angela, and she went out of her way to help me, going into the stockroom and searching through boxes to find exactly what I needed! I enjoyed talking to the both of them and am very impressed by their EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!

Staff at this location were super friendly and helpful, but this location is in desperate need of an upgrade/makeover. Store was disorganized and it was hard to located things. Other than that, the store is great if you know exactly what you need/want.

This store is really chill and it is not too crowded, however, for some reason we purchased 5 items and the total was 14 dollars, why not 5? I don't get it. But overall this is a very good store with good deals. Rock on 🤘.

Just wanted to give a shout out to this location as well as to the manager over there !! We somehow dropped our car keys in the store. It was close to the store closing time after we checked out. Therefore, employees locked the door behind us. When we noticed we couldn't get into our vehicle due to the no keys situation, we knocked on the door in hopes to come in & search for the car keys. Though we weren't able to come back into the store since it was now passed closing, we were told the manager was on her way to assist in the situaion. She arrived, keys were found & we all lived happily ever after. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR COMING TO OUR RESCUE !

Wish they put out pots year round. They switch seasons very quickly. And I Feel sometimes I can't find item I just bought so I buy more. They always closed and need be better stalked on products. But overall I do like most of there products and enjoy shopping there.

Came during business hours (12:30 Saturday) but the doors were locked and lights were on. We knocked on the door until a worker walked over and stared at us and about 5 other customers through the window. Then yells “we’re not open,” and walks away.

They always seem to be closed, even when their hours say they're open. Staff also is a bit rude - the one time we were able to go in, they advised us they were 15 mins to close, which was fine as we were only looking for one thing and knew where to look. Then they proceeded to chide us at least 3 times in the less than 5 minutes we were there. Also just had a staff member stand outside to chit chat with someone, but made sure to tell everyone they were closed. Pretty unfortunate.

They refuse to keep their hours updated on google. Like, I understand staffing shortages and all, but a piece of paper in the window doesn’t cut it especially when the operating hours are this volatile. It’s disrespectful to potential customers. Updating google hours literally is not that hard-and saves people gas and time and frustration.

This store is majorly understaffed. If you shop at this location, plan on waiting in line for at least 10 minutes. Every time I go in, there is a HUGE line. The one cashier they have on duty almost always calls for a backup, and the plea for help is almost always ignored for several minutes before an employee comes out of a back room somewhere to help. The store itself is also incredibly disorganized and messy.

This store is absolutely filthy. It is not uncommon to have 8 to 10 people in line this one cashier and the other employees are not doing anything but standing around. Thank goodness I found one that was clean.they do no deserve any stars but you can't post with out selecting one.

I have shopped at this dollar tree for years but today I went into the store to grab something’s for the kids I babysit while they are off from the panademic here in Utah and the cashier was so rude to me. She was very pushy and not friendly at all it was different from the lady behind me she was nice to her. I am not a mean person and did not deserve to be treated the way the cashier treated me. The manager has always been so sweet and very customer service oriented. To bad the cashier ruined it for me.

I've been to this Dollar tree many times and in the past I have been disapointed at the disarray. Products were messy and spread all over the floor. Today when I went in the store was clean and organized. I had just stated that it was the most disorganized and ugly Dollar tree in Utah. I was so impressed by the change that I even congratulated the cashier. I don't know if there is new management or employees that care but the store looked very nice.

Called on the phone to ask if they had helium to fill balloons I had for a birthday party, they said yes they have helium. When i get to the store the manager tells me they don't do that because they only fill in store balloons. I try to pay for the in store balloons but have her fill the ones I actually want but she says no all they can't do that and all in the worst attitude I've ever seen a manager have anywhere. I guess it's my fault for expecting anything at all from dollar tree. Would give negative stars if possible. Going to be shopping at zurchers or anywhere else for party things like this in the future and I urge anyone and everyone else to do so too.

Customer service at the registers is most often an issue. They don't call for back up cashiers until there is a long line. When you finally get to the cashier I feel like I am imposing. I try to use their other stores....but I keep trying this one to see if anything has changed. After today....I can say nope.

I personally witnessed SHERRY the store manager yell at an employee and tell her she was going to slap the S*** out of her. and PUSH her!! Dollar tree how can you let the managers treat your employees like this!The person who has helped me tremendously every time I have visited this store is CAROL and she needs the recognition she deserves.EVERY job is stressful you just dont treat people this way!THE ONLY REASON I AM NOT GIVING A ONE STAR IS BECAUSE OF CAROL.

So on their website it says they're open at 10:00 and it even says it was updated when we could go we got there that was a lie, they close at 9:00 it even says on the front door. Amazing work dollar tree. You really want that hard-earned dollar don't you 🤦🏻‍♂️

I was incredibly bothered at the Dollar Tree in Murray. Went to get a couple Halloween decorations and was happy to see the “masks are required” sign on the door and the social distancing signs on the floor. I did my shopping and when I got to the checkout Clara (or Ciara) was at the register. She did not have any mask on. As she started scanning my stuff she kept stopping to rub her eyes and her nose. My 9 year old even questioned why she wasn’t wearing a mask and kept touching her face. I almost left mid checkout because of her complete disregard. My decorations are now sitting outside in Lysol just in case..

The cashier was pretty rude. I only bought two items and she acted upset that I wasn't getting more. She was nice to everyone in front of me that had baskets full of items. She wouldn't even have me my receipt.
