Terrible grooming experience. First of all the store smelled terrible like feces and urine. They kept my dog there for 7 hours for a simple groom, she came back dehydrated and extremely stressed. They cut her nails but they are jagged and splintered. Not only did they treat my dog poorly but the groomer called and told me my dog couldn’t be groomed because of how stressed she was even though she hasn’t had a problem before. I was told I was a bad dog owner for home grooming her and needed to put her into compliance training so people could do whatever they wanted to her. When I mentioned I don’t have the money to pay a professional groomer every 3-4 weeks like they recommend they said it was my fault for having an expensive dog.My dog is my life and has been in training programs. I hate the way they treated her and me.I do NOT recommend taking your dog here for anything. The dogs are behind a door you can’t see into so there’s no way to know how clean anything is or how they treat the dogs. It is a very high stress environment with lots of dogs just running around rampant and barking constantly.They also rubberbanded some decoration onto her head which knotted her fur and I had to cut it out.

For the love of God keep your pets away! After falling behind on my bill this woman kept my dogs and continued charging me nightly! For months! Thousands and thousands of dollars later MOST of my dogs were out. Crisis shelter? They turn people away left and right (I know this from working in shelters for years). I was told by staff that the business is failing and "she" whoever the owner is, needs the money. What she did was completely illegal per animal control, SLCPD and two attorneys. We are going to small claims court over money she now owes me. PLEASE find another facility! The owner is as twisted as they come!

My sister told me about this place to leave my dogs for 2 nights while we went to a cabin. I’m not a fan of leaving my dogs at doggy daycares but I trust my sister and I’m very pleased how well they took care of my English Mastiff and my Yorkie. Very friendly stuff and you can tell they loved my dogs. Definitely give them 5 star and won’t hesitate to bring Togo and Rocco to them again. Much love ❤️❤️

I was genuinely debating posting this review but I am still upset and I hope this review helps others. I brought my 7yo poodle for his 8 wk grooming appointment. We left our previous groomer because he was exhibiting a lot of anxiety to the point it was concerning. We tried dogs all day because the other reviews were great! The desk staff was kind and great. I left the grooming instructions with the girl who checked him in and dropped him off.Let me say my dog is my life. He is also my service dog. So I take very good care of him and do whatever I can to provide for him. When I went to go pick him up I asked to speak with the groomer about his ears (he’s a poodle, they ALWAYS HAVE BAD EARS). He has already been to the doctor and we collectively decided having a groomer take care of them would be best rather than having us try.When they brought him out, he was shaved almost down to the skin. But he was so hyped up the j could not get a good look at him.Jesse, the groomer, came out and immediately was began talking at me with a volume 8 level tone and attitude. She proceeded to ask me how often I groom him. I told her 6-7 times a year. She responded by questioning my answer and in the same breathe insinuating that I neglected him.I asked how is ears looked when she cleaned them. She told me she trimmed them but she would not clean the inside until he saw a vet.It wasn’t until I got him home that I saw that his nose and tail were uneven. He is so cold that we have had to have him wear a sweater 24/7 until it gets warmer and his hair grows out.Needless to say, I will not be back.

They should update their hours on Google; I wasn't able to go into this store because google said it was open when it wasnt, but after seeing the piles of food and petcare products thrown in the back lot, their hours being wrong seem to be the least of their organizational concerns.Dog and cat food were piled with pet bedding; tarps thrown over some product while other were destroyed by rain.What's most upsetting is this seems to be the donations to their non-profit organization next door.I went there for shampoo to avoid buying from a big named store, but I wouldn't trust any products from this place.

We made an appointment for grooming and the receptionist didn’t ask for my phone number so when it was time to show up to my appointment they casually said that the groomer had an emergency and we tried to contact you. We are out of city so we didn’t had time for a reschedule and waisted time.

I absolutely love this place! I bring my dog twice a week and he is so happy every time we pull up. Affordable doggy day care and affordable mail clippings too. The staff is always so friendly, helpful and remember me when I come in. I’ve gone to many doggy day cares over the years in many cities with a few dogs. This is the only one I have ever truly been amazed with. I don’t feel guilty dropping my dog off because I know he’s going to have a great day. He typically falls asleep in the truck before it’s even started when I pick him up. Cannot recommend enough!

Great place have used for years now - Duncan is still happy to go and happy to come home. He gets a bath and brush every week and is a bit shy of the dryer but they deal with it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Top notch grooming and friendly, personable staff. I know my pup is in good hands and love that he gets to be around other small dogs during the day. I love that I can drop him off before work and pick him up after. Hurray for Dogs All Day!

Not only does the facility smell of urine the owner commented to my last review crediting the smell to a single dog having an “excited accident” to seeing their mother after 90 days of not seeing them. it would’ve taken a number of dogs to create the smell that filled this facility. The groomer did call about the mats on my dog but didn’t say anything about scalping his backside. I dropped my dog off at 8:15am and he was not ready for pickup until after 3pm the same day. I have no doubt that my dog spent most of the day in a crate. A crate without any water what so ever as the second my dog returned home he headed to the toilet over his water dish for water. the response by the owner of Dogs All Day to my last review confirms exactly the operation that they run there and myself or anyone I ever speak to about grooming will never be taking their pets to this disgusting establishment.

Everyone is very friendly. Unfortunately, after boarding my dog for only two days when I picked him up he smelled like urine and we had to bathe him. This is something I read about in another review and chose to ignore. This might not have been that big of an inconvenience except that now he has also been diagnosed with kennel cough six days after staying at the facility. I wish I could recommend because the workers are kind, but I have to express concern for the sanitation of the facility.

Dogs All Day is the best boarding and grooming facility in Salt Lake City. They truly care for each and every animal they take in. Every employee here knows my dog on a personal level. They even remember the treats my dog enjoys. I drive from Draper daily just to use Dogs All Day. Their pricing for grooming and boarding is the cheapest and most competitive in Salt Lake county. I trust them grooming and boarding my dog, more than I trust myself watching my dog. I would highly recommend this boarding and grooming facility for your pups. Trust me. They are the most friendly and considerate daycare around. Honestly, could not recommend them enough.

Rude and extremely unprofessional.I have a certificate for a free grooming. I made an appointment about a week and a half in advance. Showed up at around 7:15 am for drop off. It was apparently very difficult and annoying to the employee to even confirm my appointment. When she finally did, I was rudely dismissed for displacing my certificate. I explained what happened on their website and there has been no response. Guess they don't want another chance. I will NOT be back and I would not recommend them to anyone.

They take GREAT care of my two pups, and my pups LOVE it there. When we get in the car, they're happy, and when they realize that we're going to doggy daycare, they get super excited.We've boarded our dogs there a few times for travel, and once for a medical emergency. Every time, I've felt confident that they were getting the love and exercise they deserve.Highly recommend.

I walked in w/o an appt and they were booked for three days but when I told her I was a trucker they graciously made time for my dog. Super nice place and friendly staff. Thank you so much for taking my dog even thou you were very busy. You ladies are awesome!

Not only did the owner (I didn’t catch her name, but she is absolutely amazing) do a wonderful job personally grooming my very fluffy Great Pyrenees, she also did it on very short (almost none) notice! I felt like my pup was in very good hands and I will absolutely be using their services again. I can’t say enough good things about the owner of Dogs All Day. She is a true gem!!!

My dog and a relatives dog stayed there for 4 days, everything seemed to go well, the staff in this place are really nice but the dogs came back home with a really bad cough. We took them to the Vet and they diagnosed one of them with a severe case of Kennel Cough. I am not sure if this place has a disinfection routine or how they keep the place clean with othere dogs, but we know for a fact that they got it there because they never had contact with other dogs after we got back from our trip or if they had them in cold kennels.

We've boarded our dogs here twice now. Both times we picked up the same dogs as we dropped off and they were still alive and healthy. So they're doing what they claim to do. I have never been back to see the dog housing area and my dogs are always thrilled to go home so it must not be nice enough to make them Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey it back there.

Upon opening the door to enter DOGS ALL DAY facility at first glance along with the wafting rancid smellin my opinion was unsanitary. After being inside for approximately 5min the smell inside was so horribly rancid, I was ready to throw up, I also heard dogs from another area that are unseen from their retail / checkin counter were consistently barking, howling in what I would imagine were locked into individual kennels or dog runs since I personally couldn’t see them. I’ve never experienced this kind of chaos along with the pungent odor at any other daycare, boarding and grooming facility. The retail section is minimally stocked and was in disarray.I was referred to this location from a Facebook group searching for a groomer that can perform a deep de-shed on my dog. The groomer Autumn is amazing at deshedding my dog; however, I had to inform her and apologized deeply thay I cannot continue bringing my dog in for grooming due to the smell of the facility and the constant barking which made my dog hesitant in entering the facility which made me concerned as she is my Service Dog & I do not want her getting traumatized to the experience while there.I HIGHLY recommend to NOT use this location for boarding or grooming if you truly care about your pet as it could be traumatizing for them.***REPLY TO BUSINESS OWNER AS GOOGLE DOES NOT PROVIDE THE OPTION TO RESPOND*** 7/15/2022WOW! that’s horrible you have two employees out with covid and that would be even more reason to have the facility sanitized especially for clients like myself who are at High Risk being Immunocompromised, it would’ve been nice to be notified sooner even it were a note on the front door would be helpful, its irresponsible as a business owner to not protect your clientele.You are correct this past groom was my second time leaving my dog who I deeply care for as she is my Service Dog and I want nothing but the best for her. Our first visit in I experienced the same nauseating smell, along with the excessive barking, at least the retail area was better stocked and organized. I gave the benefit of the doubt as we arrived shortly after you opened so I figured clean up hadn’t been done, when I arrived an hour later to pick her up there was no smell.I’m the type of person that I will give the benefit of the doubt and give a business a second chance, this is what I have done with your business.I contemplated on writing a review for our initial visit approximately 30-45days ago, hence the reason I was compelled to write this review for our second and LAST visit to your business, both appointments were for Saturday grooms and there wasn’t any customers in your facility each time I went in to drop and pick up my dog.I know from experience constructive criticism can be hard to accept especially in written form as it’s so direct but it provides honest feedback of where areas of improvements can be made for positive experiences to future clients. I truly wish you all the best for building a better positive experience for future clients.PS-Thank you for helping furry family members to those in need.

Our dogs LOVE going to Dogs All Day! They know the name of both of our dogs and they give us frequent updates. On one occasion, we left the dogs there for two weeks while on an international vacation, and they were tired from playing and happy upon our return. We drop our dogs off almost once weekly, at minimum, for play time. We've been doing this for over a year. We trust Dogs All Day and look forward to continuing to take our pets there!

My Appa the Mini Sky Bison is so loved and taken care of here. He is an energetic little Corgi who hates being with the little dogs. They understand his personality so they want to make him happy by letting him be with the big kids. He tends to get anxiety while we are away from him, so its wonderful to take him to a place where they tend to this need and concern. We have taken him to other boarding places in the valley and he has gotten kennel cough even with the vaccine or hurt. Never at this location. We are happy to bring him here. He is treated like he is their family. I couldn't ask for a better boarding and doggy daycare.

Love the people here. My dogs' tails start wagging as soon as we pull into the parking lot. The employees and owner love my dogs, and when I go to pick them up, they tell me stories about how they acted, how they played, and more. Hands down the best doggy day care in SLC.

I'm not really in love with the service here, but it could have been exacerbated by one of my nervous pups. I asked for a wash and brush and specifically said not to cut my dogs' hair. Their services were left for last even though they are clearly long, fluffy dogs that need time and the estimated time was exceeded because my dog kept going to the bathroom due to nerves (which I've never encountered in all of his grooming experiences). They both ended up being cut and I was charged for full services even after explaining that I just needed them cleaned up.One positive thing that I will feature is that they did communicate via phone so I didn't feel left in the dark. Nonetheless, I was a nervous mess given they've never had poor experiences at a groomer.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS GROOMER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL.1. These folks are reckless and have a complete lack of awareness of how to care for an animal or safely groom an animal. Ultimately they lack ownership of their mistakes as well. Not only did they dremmel her nails down past her cuticle, they act as if this is business as usual. My dog has been actively bleeding for 3 days.2. The receptionist is rude and extremely inappropriate. The comments she made to my wife after dogs all day f*cked up are shocking. I will be having a word with the owner.3. My dog was clearly without water from the time we dropped her off till pickup. She came home and instantly downed 5 bowls of water.What a joke of an establishment. The staff is an even bigger joke and this entire operation is a liability.Today was my first time taking my 9 year old dog and I’m horrified at the condition she was returned in from a simple grooming...

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to access your dog and make sure they are well taken care of. Traditional kenneling a huge plus if you don't need your dog socializing with other dogs.The store has localy produced dog food selections and same price as common brands at big box stores.
