After I moved to Utah, I went through several grooming places for my little poodle until I found Heidi at Doggie in the Window by my neighbor’s recommendation. Heidi is the best in the state in my opinion. My dog always looks so cute and gets a lot of compliments wherever she goes. I hope Heidi stays in the business for a long, long time.

I’ve been taking my dog here for 15 years now, and Heidi has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to give him dynamite haircuts and service. She even gives him massages, which my old guy loves! She is always so attentive to his needs and highly detail oriented with his haircut! You can trust her to not only do a stellar job, but also treat your pet with respect, love, and care!

Took my Cockapoo puppy in for her very first grooming and was very impressed with the staff! Caitlin was her groomer and was amazing! I appreciated that lucy wasn’t just another dog for the day, i expected to drop her off and that would be the end of it, but it was similar to a mini consult. I originally booked the appointment for a trim bath nails (the works), but since my pup is still young we decided to start with a hygiene cut and if Lucy wasn’t too stressed then she’d get the rest of the services. I appreciated their willingness to be flexible to what Lucy was comfortable with so it wasn’t too much. She ended up getting the full service and Caitlin sent me pictures of her during her bath and once she was all done. Lucy is going to be a regular at doggie in the window!

We have been thrilled with Doggie in the Window grooming. We took our 5 month old bernedoodle here for his first grooming and have been taking him here ever since. He gets so excited every time we get there. He literally tries to jump the door to the back. You can tell right away the staff loves the dogs. They were super patient and helpful in figuring out the style of grooming we wanted. We love Doggie in the Window!

Brynn is great! Have been going here for several months now for my dogs nails trim/grind. They do a great job and are all friendly. My last visit I also had them do a bath which was also great. My pup smelled so good!

I brought my Pomeranian in and it was an excellent experience! I came in because other Pomeranian owners recommended them and I’m terrified of trying new places with my pup. Heidi was so kind and helpful and made sure the job was done well. I love for my dog to stay fluffy and she shaped her into the cutest Pomeranian shape. Fluffy dog owners, go to doggie in the window!

These lovely people are kind and wonderful to my pup! I recently adopted an older papillion who has been having a bit of a rough go settling in. They treated her so well and when I got her back, she wasn't the least bit scared or jittery. I can tell they really went out of their way to make her feel comfortable through the grooming process.

We've been visiting Doggie in the Window every six weeks for about two years, and I can't say enough great things about them!We recused our Shih Tzu, Jack, two years ago. He is older, and mostly deaf, so he requires a bit of extra TLC. When looking for a groomer, I needed a place where he wouldn't be caged full time (he has anxiety in confined spaces), and they would be patient with him. After reading the reviews of MANY places, I decided on Doggie in the Window. From the first visit, our groomer had been kind, patient, and done an amazing job! Jack always comes home happy and adorable.If you're looking for a place to love and care for your dog, while making them looking absolutely charming, you've found the right place!

I found DitW on a Google search (after trying to get PetCo to call me back or answer the phone neither of which happened) and they got me in quickly for a nail trim for all my 4 small dogs. First time for 2 of 4 dogs to get their nails trimmed by a pro. Took all 4 dogs in. Bryn easily trimmed the 2 dogs who were new to the experience, and she did the other 2 who are used to it super fast and got the dew claws on all 4 dogs. Bryn was fantastic with all 4 dogs. The dog who I expected to behave the worst was absolutely well behaved due to Bryn's calming presence and professionalism. Other staff I encountered were also really nice, and the cost was very reasonably priced (cheap enough that I was able to leave a decent tip!). I will be going back for nail trims and will be trying some of their other services too. I'm very glad I took my dogs here.

We’ve been taking our one-year old golden doodle, Zoey to Doggie in the Window from the beginning and we have always been so happy with them!! Kim used to groom her and she was awesome. Zoey always loved her grooming day. Now that Kim is gone, we just had our first appt with Emilee!! LOVE her. They call her the “golden girl”. She is truly like the Golden-doodle whisperer. She got Zoey’s face exactly the way we like it and was very patient with a few stubborn matted places on her coat today. The entire staff is so kind and you can tell they love dogs which is a necessity in my book. I highly recommend Doggie in the Window.

My sweet little Lulu got groomed by Amanda. She did a great job and did it very quickly. They don't use cages so the dogs can just play around with each other which I think is great. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They also put a really cute flower bow type thing on her. I definitely recommend them!

Lucky us for having adopted this beautiful labradoodle 6 months ago! She was in pretty bad shape when we rescued her. We found Kylie at Doggie in the Window go be competent, kind and thorough with Miss Pippa, and have booked all of her appointments through 2019. Doggie in the window did such an amazing job on my doodle. My husband had also accidentally booked a bath only, but they ended up accommodating me and giving him a haircut that day still!Hands down the best cut he has ever gotten. He also has skin issues and they followed my directions well and he had no reactions.Can’t recommend this place enough!

I will never take my pup anywhere else for grooming. I am picky about how my guy (pomeranian) gets groomed and they always do the perfect job. He always comes home so happy and so well groomed. The owner and staff are so friendly and keep me updated. I have been taking him there for years and always recommend my friends and clients there. He was just there the other day and came home looking stellar as always. As a former vet tech and working side by side with groomers here and there, I would say you really couldn't find a more knowledgeable and skilled place to take your pup, which is really comforting. Highly recommended.

My experience with this business for the past year has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and professional. I know when I drop my pet off, she's in great hands. My dog has short hair, so she doesn't require much grooming, but I do love to spoil her with spa days. This is definitely the place for that. Every other time I'll opt for the delux package they offer. It really helps with keeping my dog's paws free of crusty dry skin. After she's been groomed, people will notice and compliment her shiny coat. My dog has allergies (found out through testing) and whatever products they use, they haven't ever irritated her skin and they smell amazing. They also help out a ton with keeping my dog's nails at an ideal length. Overall this place is great; they're reliable, trustworthy and consistent. Check them out!

We love Heidi! We are so grateful we found her when we moved to Salt Lake! I love that I drop my dog for her appt and pick her up when she is done rather than her spending the day there. Heidi and the others who work at doggie in the window always take great care of her and Heidi does a phenomenal job with her grooming. She always looks beautiful when she comes home! This groomer came highly recommended from my daughter before she moved out of state. Her sweet dog always looked so freshly styled and happy! I was excited to use them. The groomers may be fantastic, however the customer service REALLY needs to be improved. After a month of calls & phone tag for days, appointment reschedules on their end, and inconsistent instructions from staff of what was needed, I was not able to get my special needs puppy groomed this morning. I am very, very disappointed and sad at the outcome! I was really looking forward to her trim and finding a groomer so close. So, after a month of finally getting an appointment, my puppy and I are left to find a new groomer, and get another appointment.

I started taking my standard poodle to Doggie in the Window about a month and a half ago. I have very high standards and have him groomed every 2 weeks; each time I pick him up he is as beautiful as any show dog I have every encountered and happy as a pig in mud. He loves the groomers and loves that he doesn't have to stay in a cage while waiting his turn. These ladies are awesome and have accommodated me and my pets on the shortest of notices. I am and will continue to be a loyal client. Great job gals!

I took Butterscotch and Junior for their first grooming appointments there. I am absolutely in love with this business. They were so helpful and patient with me and the dogs. They gave me 20 minutes notice before the dogs would be ready to pick up and when I got there, both dogs had amazing haircuts! They even sent us home with little paw print ornaments! We will definitely be back. I had such an amazing experience and the 2 pups have never looked better! Thank you guys! ❤❤❤❤
