we love this place! my dog has a lot of anxiety, but when he sees his daycare bag come out he gets so excited! super friendly staff. i love being able to check on the web cameras when i am out of town or at work to check on my dog. hope to continue coming here forever!

Milo loves Desert Dogs. He’s an anxious Aussie rescue that I was afraid would have separation anxiety. However, being away from me and the house for a couple times a week has really helped. He gets a lot of play time with other dogs and is well socialized now. The staff is very good with him and lets me know if he played throughout the day or not. I would definitely recommend. They have a good system for dropping off and picking up, so it is very quick. This has made it easy to run over and drop off before work.

We have a very high energy pup that is a mix of several breeds that all need jobs and are very vocal. Between work and school, it was tough to get all that energy out and he was going crazy and always getting in trouble. Enter Desert Dog. He gets to run around and play all day instead of watching us work. He comes home happy, tired, and a lot less whiney. They all know his name, send us pictures throughout the week, and they seem to genuinely enjoy being with the dogs. He’s just as happy to get there each morning as he is to come home each night. And, one of the best parts for me, they have webcams so you can see how your pup is doing! We love Desert Dog!!

I've been using this boarding facility for my dog, Bori for a 10-day stay, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Being able to watch my dog through their cameras gives me great peace of mind, and they've been quick and accurate in responding to all my queries. They have truly gone above and beyond in providing exceptional care.After the loss of my dog's sibling, I was worried about his socialization skills and overall well-being. Our absolute favorite and only doggy daycare and boarding we use now. They are so sweet with the pups, share photos of your pup occasionally to touch base, and their live video cameras are awesome to check in. Truly no where else we take our boy and couldn’t recommend Desert Dog more highly.

Truly could not ask for a better boarding and daycare facility for our dog. Our dog is a rescue and is very anxious around new people and situations. However, without any family nearby (and a less than stellar Rover experience), we really needed a dog daycare that was reliable and safe for our dog.We've now been taking our dog to Desert Dog for almost two years and love it. They take great care of our dog Missy, are always flexible and kind, are great with communication both over the phone and via text when our dog is there, and are the only place we take our dog where she is happy to leave us behind. My husband and I joke that the only people Missy likes more than us are the people at Desert Dog!Our lives would simply not work without this place. We love it!

Super nice staff and they had a really great drop off/ pick up method! Our boy came home exhausted from having so much fun and time with other friendly dogs! This was just the interview process and it so far has been great! They sent me photos during his visit and had cameras for me to check in on him while he was playing, I know he can’t wait to go back!

Desert Dog Daycare is the best! This is the only place we board our dogs and they love it. The drop off and pick up system is easy. The cameras are easily accessible and it is fun to check in on our dogs when we are out of town. One time when we were on vacation the team sent us the cutest pictures of our dogs and we actually have them framed on our walls now! I will always recommend Desert Dog Daycare.

My dogs had an interview day, and although it was a new experience for them and they were nervous, it looked like they had a great time! I loved that I could watch the doggy cam and see how they were doing. I also loved how well things were explained to me by the woman helping us out (I'm terrible with names, the one with the pug). She was super helpful, explained all the rules, and made sure to see if I had any questions. I felt like my dogs were in hood hands. I'll definitely be coming back!

We love Desert Dog!! The price is very reasonable AND they give my dog all the play and outside time she could ever want. She always runs in to go play and is tired at the end of the day. They also have great add-ons to choose from such as different treats or exercises for the dogs. I’ve recommended Desert Dog to all my friends.

We enjoy DDD a ton! Our two dogs really seemed to enjoy their first day so we were happy to post this review at the request of DDD. Both of our dogs are energetic 60lb hunting dogs and they are SUPER excited when we drop them off and pick them up! Our german wirehair/setter mix is still bouncing off the walls with excitement from the day. I work near by so this location is convenient for drop off and pick-up.

We take our 5 month old golden retriever pup, Millie, to daycare 2x/week and she absolutely LOVES it. She is so antsy when we get there to go and play and we can see on the webcam how much fun she is having. She's so tired the night of daycare and we can see her taking naps at daycare which means she is comfortable there. Staff is so friendly and I like the way you drop off and pick up your fur babies. It smells great in the entrance area too, which is always nice. Desert Dog Daycare rocks!!

Love and highly recommend Desert Dog. The staff is sympathetic and detail oriented - they keep my snappish Brit away from trouble and take excellent care of him. I trust them while away on international trips and would rather drive to them from Cottonwood Heights than risk it with another business closer to me.

Millie LOVES coming here every week! The staff is always super friendly, the set up for drop off/pick up is super efficient and we love knowing we can check on her if needed through the cameras in our portal. So grateful we found a place we trust to take our pup!

This business is an awesome daycare/boarding option for your dog. I have been taking my pets there for several years and they maintain a clean facility both in the lobby and in all the pet areas. The gravel in the outside area and the floor in the inside areas are replaced/redone consistently as needed. Most importantly, your dog will be engaged all day with plenty of room to roam, smell or take a nap - all under human supervision. They offer additional options to do fun side activities for your dog and there are always dogs there (of all sizes) for pet to play with. They have cameras to view different parts of the facility so you can check on your dog and the staff are all wonderful. Highly recommend Desert Dog Daycare for all their services.

We love this place! Such a nice vibe, great activities, awesome drop off & pickup experience. They do a very thorough intake 4 new dogs. I feel super confident leaving my dog-child here! Plus, every time I look at the doggie cams - my 2-year-old husky is wagging her tail, running around outside & playing well with others. Desert Dog is a beautiful find!!!

My 2 bulldogs love Desert Dog! The staff are very knowledgeable and caring. My boys always come home happy and tired and cannot wait to go back. One of them would prefer to live at Desert Dog instead of with me. :) We have never had any issues with daycare or boarding and I feel extremely confident my pups will be safe there. LOVE!! I have been to other doggy daycare's and this one impresses me!! The staff is always smiling and happy to help me. I love that I can check in on my boy anytime with the webcams. He is always happy and exhausted from playing when I pick him up. The lobby always smells good and is super cute!
