NOTE: This 5-Star Review is specific to the Pharmacy Tech, Tristin, that helped me, NOT for the pharmacy itself.When I arrived at the pharmacy to see when my prescription would be ready, the tech that originally helped me did not know and was not quite sure what to tell me. That’s when Tristin stepped in and immediately started problem solving. She asked me questions about my openness to possible substitutions, she checked their store inventory for options, and ultimately found that my prescription could be filled with what was available. Next was the question of cost, she ran the price by me and asked if it was what I was expecting. When I told her that it was about twice what I thought it would be based on the online insurance information, she actively explored options. She checked GoodRx and explored various options available through CVS. Ultimately, she was able to find an option that saved me almost $100.Tristin provided EXCELLENT customer service. She immediately took charge of the situation, showed confidence, actively problem solved, actively communicated throughout the process, provided options, and included me in the process to ensure that I was taken care of. Wow! She turned what I was expecting to be a negative experience into a very positive one. Tristin totally made my day, and based on my experience, I suspect that she has been the “hero” in other people’s days too. Tristin’s service should be used as a model for training!

The manner that this pharmacy treats customers is disgusting. I have been trying for 3 days to get my daughters prescriptions transferred to a new pharmacy and can't get anyone at this location to complete the transfer. I was told they "didn't care" that she was out of medication for 2 days because they had vaccines to give. Shaun the pharmacy manager actually refused to do the transfer after I waited 39 minutes on hold. He said he "might be able to get to it tomorrow". I've already been waiting 3 days for him to get to it and he gave me a maybe. It's unreal.

I RECENTLY HAD 2 GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH THE PHARMACY EMPLOYEE NATHAN. FIRST WAS A FLU SHOT AND HE WAS PERSONABLE AND VERY FRIENDLY. 2ND WAS A PROBLEM WE WERE HAVING WITH MY DAUGHTERS HEALTH INSURANCE DENYING HER MEDICATION. NATHAN FOUND THE PROBLEM AND SOLVED IT QUICKLY AND WAS SUPER HELPFUL SO I COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO IN THE FUTURE IF NECESSARY. THANKS NATHAN!

This pharmacy is absolutely awful! It used to be great but the customer service is awful, they are slow, rude, and barely managing. The target pharmacy was awesome, loved all the staff. When CVS took over it slowly started going downhill. Now it is so bad we are switching pharmacies after 15 years at this one. This is my first google review, it was necessary to let others know what a mess this place is!

Friday evening 2/3/23Very heartless rude Pharmacist. Short staffed and very unhappy crew. I was told on the phone by a female pharmacy tech that they had a certain medication in stock and that I could come down and fill- We loaded up the minivan and drove 30 minutes in rush our traffic to fill my son’s prescription. We waited 15 minutes in line, When we made it to the counter and the pharmacist saw I had new insurance and hadn’t filled at that location previously, he turned me away saying “I can only fill for our loyal customers”. I almost cried- I felt so mistreated and misled. I have filled with cvs in previous years for my husband and various other prescriptions on a different insurance plan and at a location closer to my home. I couldn’t believe what I had just heard.

I always have a good experience when picking up prescriptions! I had a prescription sent over 8 minutes before their lunch and Nathan made sure I got my meds before their lunch break. He always goes above and beyond for all customers!

The pharmacists here are the best! I’m here every month! However today, there was a lady who was being so rude to the staff. The tall dirty blonde guy with spiked hair and glasses was especially kind and patient with her, despite how uncomfortable she made everyone in the store feel. He’s always there when it’s busy and I’m always impressed with how positive and patient he is! Thanks for all you guys do, I know it’s hard with how understaffed everywhere is from the pandemic. 🙏🏼

I tried calling multiple times in one day. They never answered their phone. On hold for 30+ minutes. I’m try to call about a clients medication so I don’t have to drive there when it’s not ready. Worse service. Why even bother keeping your phone on if your not going to answer anyway. I go to CVS for my own meds at 7777 S Redwood they always answer their phone. Forget theses guys. Go to Redwood in West Jordan they are quick and always answer my questions. Plus they have a Drive-thru

Eric and Nate are the most disrespectful pharmacists I have ever dealt with.I spoke to Nate on the phone to see if I could pick up a very important prescription just before they closed. He rudely told me I should have arrived earlier and clearly showed he does not care about his customers whatsoever.I went in the next day to get my prescription and politely told Eric that Nate was very disrespectful. Eric showed no concern and even rolled his eyes.They clearly do not understand that peoples lives may depend on the medication they dispense.

I came in with GoodRx to help get a lower discounted price, and the pharmacist recommended a different, better code to use. Moved from a $70/month to $22/month. They do this for me now every month, even though it’s a bit of work with the prescription defaulting to a branded alternative.

Very friendly, helpful staff that go out of their way to help you get the best price and make you feel welcomed. Staff are willing to take as much time as needed to answer questions. I have had to go here at least once a week since September and even though this is a smaller pharmacy I will continue to go here because they are efficient, friendly, and helpful.

I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy ever since CVS took over. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times, figuring they were just working out some kinks in a new system. That, however, does not seem to be the case after months of issues. Unless you want your medications filled with the wrong brand or incorrect dosage and then pay twice to get the correct ones, do not use this pharmacy.

Yeah every time I call the line’s always just on hold for 20+ minutes. Wish my insurance didn’t make CVS their main pharmacy cause I’ve only had mediocre service at best at any CVS. Also, there’s no one to contact to resolve the horrendous service so, just makes me hate CVS more with each call or visit.

I hope management sees this and gets more employees, this location is super busy. I can tell in the way employees act and treat customers, they are overworked. And if I have to call in, I usually have to wait 30 mins minimum on hold!

I had to change my prescriptions over to cvs due to a change in insurance and have had so many problems with them I transferred everything back to my previous pharmacy and pay cash. So frustrated. They didn’t care to help solve their own problems. Had the attitude of “sorry, not my problem”.

In the middle of a pandemic they won’t let me buy a decongestant because my ID expired two days ago and I couldn’t get a appointment to renew it until late next week. It’s for my 16 year old son and they won’t take his if because he’s under 16. He really needs it, it’s not like we just want some. Horrible service and no help. This is the opposite of what a pharmacy is supposed to be.

I have called them five times over the past 2 days and have waited for as a long as 30 minutes on call for them to pick up. As this is about a prescription I really need, it’s unnerving to think I can’t get ahold of them.

Employees ignore customers, take on average 20 mins per customer, long lines on regular days , I am here on a Saturday schedule on the wall says Saturday from 9am to 6pm however it is closed at 1:45 … employee inside told me they open at 2 pm
