Best organized nuts and bolts section I've ever seen not on the www. Needed an SS carriage bolt specific length - they seemed to have everything. And SUPER helpful dude helped me find it!!

Great 'place'! We need more neighborhood stores within walking distance of the people who use them. TONS of inventory packed into something smaller than a big-box warehouse. Friendly, helpful staff.UPDATE: Still appreciating this store. Stepped in Thursday evening with an obscure nut/ bolt/ all thread task. The young man behind the counter was able to point me immediately to the correct aisle and I was able to put together just what I needed. Price for all the little bits was less than I expected.

It is nice to have a hardware store close to us in Capitol Hill. The big box stores are great, but when you need something quick, Ace Hardware in Marmalade is my choice. I do not know all the staff by name, they all are friendly and go out of their way to assist you. The interesting thing is when you have two stores so close and owned by the same company, you would think that their staff would be trained the same way. That is not the case with Marmalade and 4th South. The staff and management excel at the Store in Marmalade. Their level of customer service is untouched, the manager Gerry is always on the floor helping customers, Robert will always check with you to make sure that you are doing okay. Hunter is always friendly and full of energy. Missy, the cashier is always smiling and super friendly.The Ace Store in Marmalade is my local hardware store, you should make it yours too!

Worker was on his phone and couldn't focus 3 mins to provide service. I was an interruption to his day apparently. All the tools are locked up so expect to go find someone to get anything.

I went into Ace Hardware store on 477 N 300W and didn’t find what I was looking for and when I asked Craig he came over and found it in no time. He was so pleasant and professional. The old style of customer service where they make you feel like you count is still alive there. Also Hunter was very good at his job.

I enjoy shopping here. The employees are great, and friendly. I often use the online shopping APP, and they always have my order ready sooner than I expected. The free popcorn is a bonus! If I don't do the online shopping, they are always happy to help me find what I need!

Staff is helpful and available. I'm thrilled this location opened. Perfect place for all your household and yard projects.Not as impressed with the staff recently. Went in for swamp pads they said "I think the other location carries them" didn't offer to call to get verification. I had to call myself, not going to drive over on someone thinking they have them. The staff this last time was not as helpful, not as impressive.

My mission is to remodel my apartment without buying anything at Trump-supporting Home Depot. Though these Ace guys are always ranting about how America is not a democracy, I do like them, and I don't mind spending a couple of the extra bucks I've saved driving a Prius and building my own cabinets on their little local franchise. Word of caution: do not alienate your lefty customers who own multiple table saws. We will win in the end. Peace.

I love Ace Hardware. I would much rather go to Ace than to one of the much larger home supply stores because it's so much easier and faster. Their employees are very helpful.

I see all the reviews saluting the helpful staff. I don't know where they were when I went in. When I went in everything is locked up and there is no one to unlock it. In the time I spent waiting for help I could have driven to Lowe's and spent less for what I wanted. Overpriced, inconvenient and badly understaffed!

Called ahead to see if they had something in stock and as the cashier was helping us the manager yelled at him for helping us over the phone and hung the call up himself and then we went into the store to pick up the item and the manager yelled at us and the cashier for helping us check out and make him stop helping us to help him unload a truck while we stood there waiting to be finished checking out
