Guys... The people who work here... They are so incredibly friendly, its almost hard to comprehend. These guys every time I come in brighten my day. I love biking here with my siblings as both a pit stop and as a final destination. The slushies and cookies up at the front are phenomenal and well priced. Every now and then there are homeless around the 7-11, but I'm not too bothered by that.(The water is very cold 7/10)

okay so i literally love this 7-11 everyone is so nice especially the african american gentleman who manages the store. also all the nice young men who are so kind. so i cannot rate any less BUT what really grinded my gears today was the older white lady TODAY who said free slurpeeee day was OVER even though it is only 9PM. still 3 hours left. seemed like she just didn’t want to give us the deal today. #terminateHer

If I can give cero stars I would, everybody in this store have serious issues, I live in this neighborhood but go out of my way to shop to a different store because of the horrible service in this store is not only my experience but I have seen other people been mistreated.Please do something about it.This is not the first time I had bad experience at this store but is all the time I got there to shop, from now on I rather drive a little further to maverick to do my shopping.Angelina Villalobos

Went In To Shop Being This Is The Closest Store Near Me And I Do Not Have A Car.. Needed House And Hygiene Supplies Worker Followed Me Around Due To Da Way I Dress And Look And Then Told Me To Pay Now Or Leave Yet I Wasn’t Done Shopping.. He Literally Grabbed Me And Kicked Me Out. I Showed Them My Money My Card And My EBT Card, reassuring Them I Was An Honest Customer Who Is Trying To Pay For Products Needed And They Treated Me Hatefully.. Very Poor Customer Service. Made Me Feel Less Then And That Isn’t Okay. And This Is Why Da World Is Coming To What It Is And Filled Of Hate!

Earlier I went into this location with my wife and one of the store clerks refused to give my wife chilli for her nachos after she had requested 3 times because he claimed he couldn't tell if she was 'speaking in complete sentences' all due to her being a slight bit softspoken. I intervened and expressed how unprofessional it was to refuse service for that reason but then the clerk refused service to me stating that I had an attitude. In addition the other cashier who was watching the entire exchange from a few feet away just stood there quietly pretending to ignore the whole encounter. Being a lifelong 7-Eleven customer and rewards member, I have until tonight, frequented this store location for years. It is in the poorest of taste for a business to employ such despicable characters who bring their personal biases on the job and look to humiliate their customers. This was Friday May 30th, around 11:30pm. This employee needs to be retrained in not only professionalism, but in customer care altogether as I'm sure this most likely was not this individual's first time being blatantly disrespectful toward a customer. You can do better, 7-Eleven.

The employees were not very friendly at the one on Redwood Road near General Dr.! In fact the cashier from Africa claimed she didn't know English but was able to get the attention of another coworker who should've been the cashier.
