I came late to checked in. Mariana was great. She waited till 11:30 pm for I to show up. She gave me a great clean room. She gave me dinner since I arrived late and the town was closed. Great place to visit and stayed for Capital Reef National Park. The host is excellent. I would definitely come back. I would definitely recommend it. Great place and service! I highly recommend staying in this motel if you’re travel through the area. It’s run by a mother and her daughter. Marianne, the daughter, was very welcoming and knew us by our first names upon our arrival, she even cut fresh flowers from the garden and put them in our room as we came in. The mother, Mai Thai, is a sweet and kind soul, she sat with us in the motel garden and we talked around a drink. She walked me through her garden and gave me some of her fresh tomatoes. This motel has such a welcoming family feel to it and was pristine inside the rooms. The AC kept the room nice and cool, the sheets smelled like fresh laundry and the bathroom had toilet paper, soap, and clean towels. Not a single complain about this place.

This place is perfect! I've stayed here twice now, it's the ideal halfway point for an annual trip I take, and both times it's been great. The woman who runs the place is so kind, and she even remembered me from last time! I stay in a lot of motels, and honestly all I want is somewhere that feels safe, clean, reasonably comfortable, and isn't expensive. Bonus points if the folks working there are awesome, the wi-fi is good, there's a fridge in the room, and it's within walking distance of food and stuff. This is all that and more. Yeah, there might be some older fixtures and peeling paint, but honestly, who cares? It just kinda adds to the charm in my opinion!

If you are passing through and need a great spot hit this place up. To the owner, yo sorry it took so long for my review, you were so great this summer!!!! I just have this thing where I forget to do things… whoops. Any way, excellent service. My girlfriend and I were passing through and running late, the owner made accommodations to help us out. Really saved the day cuz we needed a comfy place to crash out. My GF loved it, it was cute and cozy. We had a really great night. So grateful.

Absolutely loved this motel, we got upgraded to a better room, Maryanne was unbelievably lovely to us and gave us loads of tips and recommendations. We had a deer hit our car and she even called ahead to a mechanic to see if they could help. We had great nights sleeps and nice showers and she sent us on our way with a box of fresh eggs from her chickens. Highly recommended! Would definitely go back!

I didn't get the chance to stay here, however, Mary Ann, was the absolute nicest most wonderful person to chat with. She was very kind and accommodating. I'd reccomend this place to anyone ( just call to make sure they have pet rooms available if your traveling with your pup :) )

To stay in Salina, its worth getting away from I-70 for a minute. There's no diesel truck warming up at all hours of the night, a nice garden to relax in, and in a minute you can walk to everything grocery/post/restaurant/cafe/town center. The family that operates the motel are likely to be the nicest people you've met in a while. Very clean room!

Well no one was in the office when we arrived, but we called and were able to get into our rm ok. The rm and bathroom were very small, almost felt claustrophobic. Couldn't get the TV to work. Shower was very slippery and looked very cheaply done. Chipping paint on the bathroom walls. No ice machine. Fridge and microwave in the rm were convenient. Low amount of outlets to plug in our devices. Would not stay again.Rooms: Very small, outdated.Walkability: Right in the heart of a small townFood & drinks: Was a coffee cafe next door, restaurant, and liquid store.

This motel is a must stay if you’re passing through. The rooms are very homey and comfortable. The location is excellent with a nice coffee shop and cafe in walking distance. Above all, the owner, Marianne, is a sweetheart. She will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning on coming back in the future. 10/10!

Maryanne was more than helpful helping me book and explaining where to park and how to settle in. Super easy and fast process. She was so kind and considerate to my situation and did everything she could to help. She even went the extra mile and provided me and my friends with farm fresh eggs because she knew we were camping. The rooms were super comfortable and clean. The showers were nice too. Parking was so simple and easy. I would recommend staying here anytime you’re passing through Utah. Loved staying there and we all loved Maryanne.

Maryanne Is the best! She is so sweet and helpful. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels/motels and this was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had. My father and I were having trouble trying to find a place to stay and Maryanne saved the day. She even helped us park when we arrived! It was a very simple comfortable process, nothing stressful and thankfully she accepted our dog. The room was very nice and clean. Thank you Maryanne for being so kind to us.

These kinds of motels are one of the best parts of road tripping. It’s old, the building has done some settling, and you have to hold the handle until the toilet flushes all the way. But, it’s clean and I slept well.What makes it great are the hosts, Marianne and her mom. They are so welcoming and available to help. Locked my key in my room, called, it was handled. Met mom in the morning in the courtyard she built. She gave me the tour, including the chickens and a jerk of a rooster.Glad my $ isn’t going to Big Travelodge next door. That was a good road-trip night.

Driving along I-70 and needed a place to stay late at night. Everything(!!) was booked but we found a room at Ranch Motel and for a very good price. The woman who helped us at the front desk is really sweet and accommodating and gave us food recommendations in the area. So glad we found this room and had a comfy place to stay the night and didn’t end up in an overpriced chain. Bonus: she let us meet her very sweet dog who is a very good boy!! Thanks for having us!

Not very friendly management but the coffee shop next door is great!That is my original review. Now I’m going to respond to the ranch motel. I did pull into the parking lot with the intention of going into the coffee shop next-door. As I parked I saw the no trespassing/keep out signs and I believe something that said no coffee shop parking. I intended on pulling out and parking elsewhere but my phone rang so I answered the call while I was still in the parking lot. I was in the parking lot for less than a minute when someone from the motel management came and basically told me to leave. They tried to be polite but they’re not very good at it. I was not able to finish my phone call since I had to move and the person who contacted me stood by making sure I left their lot.No, I was never a guest at this hotel nor will I would I ever even consider staying there. There’s obviously some problems at the ranch motel. This should be obvious by the reply they posted.And, ranch Motel if you feel I have posted a false review in violation of googles rules, Feel free to report me.

Super affordable, super clean rooms, good water pressure on the showers, reliable internet, and to top it all off, some of the friendliest customer service I’ve ever encountered! Maryanne was super helpful with recommendations for a late night meal, and when we left the room this morning, we were surprised to see she’d left us some farm fresh eggs. We’re stoked to cook up some breakfast tacos at our next campsite. Thanks to the Ranch Motel, we’re happy and well rested for our continued travels! Definitely recommend you stay here if you’re traveling through Salina.

Very friendly folks, low price rooms, stayed three years in December, so we liked it, the only negative was noisy trucks and the room was maybe 50 feet from the road. It was clean, comfortable, with a space heater if more heat is needed. Moms Cafe is a block away for a good breakfast.
