For a one start hotel, my expectations weren’t high, but when we pulled back the bed covers and found what looked to be mouse poop and they wouldn’t answer the front desk phone to come change sheets, the ratings started to decline. From there, it got worse. The shower flooded the room because the shower head had a leak, the hotel staff didn’t even come and change the sheets, but just handed me the sheets after I walked down and rang the doorbell at the front desk since no one was there. The WORST part was when I saw a mouse walk nonchalantly across the lobby like it owned the place! I would not stay here again if I ever have a choice! It wasn’t even a great value. The prices were raised for state basketball in Richfield.Walkability: Great location to walk to nearby restaurants and gas stations

It took forever to get someone to come to the front desk so we could check in. Upon entering the room, the was a hole in the wall behind the door. The shower didn't drain, the microwave beeped all night and they ran out of breakfast by 8 am with nobody in sight to refill the breakfast. To top it all off they tried to charge me for having a dog on the property which I didn't. When asking the person to check their camera, and tell me what time the dog entered the hotel, he hung up. Will tell everyone I know not to stay there.

The people leaving bad reviews have never stayed in a bad motel lol there's absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Also.. It's inexpensive, so why are you all complaining? My room was clean, breakfast was good, everything was fine. I've stayed in way more pricey hotels that were totally run down with no amenities at all. Y'all must be spoiled.

The guy at the front desk was completely rude! Would not accommodate any of our requests for simple things you would accept from any hotel. The rooms were not clean, we had dirty towels and the plumping is all jacked so, don't excpect a nice shower. It was like a Fiesta on the second floor. You couldn't even make it down the hallway without putting your back against the wall because of the amount of people. We will NEVER stay here again!

Great location just off the freeway between Arches and Capitol Reef. Also not far from the Burr Trail. The front desk is friendly and helpful. It is not the Waldorf-Astoria, but just right for family road trips with a nice pool.Walkability: Tasty Mexican restaurant just across the road, but be careful crossing.

6/30/2023Needed a pet friendly place to stay on our way to San Diego and these folks were very friendly to us and our canine companion.The room was clean and convenient to the parking lot.Five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for the great service.The motel and rooms were OK for the type of place it is. I had rewards built up and finally got to use them now that the pandemic isn't a thing anymore and my son and his family are back in the USA.

Not good people and not good hotel meantenes and stuff is broken in the room and no smok alarm for the rooms and not handicapped and more like floor are dry .and famliy.. and i payed to much 😪 to stay here they need to keep people happy and they don't do nothing about they fight u cuze they don't wont to help u like that they won't there money...and don't care if there's a fire or not

Overcharged for the room, by A LOT! Which is probably why I didnt get a bill. It was so rundown and uncomfortable we slept and left.The "secure" back door was left open all night and then in the morning closed just fine.Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 but they put a sticky note up changing it to 7am. Everything looked old and about to expire. Just gross.Compared to other quality inns this place is off the charts bad.

$112 w/military discount. First floor room with someone above. Grumpy attendant. Two room bath again. Not recommended. Absolute bottom of the pit breakfast and I’m pretty sure the room was a dog room after specifically asking for a non pet room. Eyes are swollen and sore from the pet dander. Keep driving. This isn’t the place!

Too expensive for little to nothing worth 5 stars. It smells like smoke, gross dirty carpet, stained bed covers, pet hair on and in bedding in a non pet room, pool as cold as ice, air conditioner not working. Ya no thanks, I'd recommend any other place to stay. The owners need to keep the place looking nice! The dog they have penned up out back wakes everyone up at night! The whole place is just gross and completely dirty and outdated.

Very comfortable place. I was stuck there for a day and a half having my truck worked on it Freightliner dealer. The counter people were very nice. Very helpful. I lost my power cords for my phone and the gentleman returned it to me after I call him and told her I left it in the room and returned it to me. Very nice gentlemen. I really appreciate the service

Thank you so much for making this a special visit! I hope that my tip gets to the right people though!Birthday cake, decorations and the drinks were a wonderful surprise!I also enjoyed the hot tub, though wished the pool hadn't had the cleaning robot(wasn't sure if I could go in with it, but did relax in the hot tub).Staff was friendly without seeming fake.Thank you again, when I am in town overnight to visit my grandparents this is my choice from now on!

Sign on the desk states they allow pets with a pet deposit, and the official Quality Inn website says this hotel is pet friendly. But the person who checked us in said we had to keep the pet in a cage because they “didn’t want to clean up any messes.” That doesn’t sound very pet friendly to me.

I left California entered Nevada and stopped in every town heading east on US Highway 50 looking for a motel to spend the night, although, I was riding my motorcycle. Maybe they don't like motorcycle riders. Don't quote me on this, I don't know, although; when I got to this motorloge here in Western Utah where I70 and US highway 50 come together I found this place, the room is immaculate and I plan on leaving it as slept in but clean, I sure do appreciate the accommodations. I'd highly recommend this place to other neet travelers this is the first motorloge I've stayed in, in probably 50 years, usually I'm in a Camper or tenting it.

This location was not up to standard. I'm generally a fan of Roadway Inn and have given high ratings to many of their establishments. However, this specific hotel fell short. The bathroom had a leak, there was an unpleasant odor, and the service was lacking. Breakfast hygiene was concerning, with no utensils provided, leading guests to use their hands. A large drum was used as a trash holder right in the dining area. Additionally, the front desk was often unattended, requiring lengthy waits for assistance. I cannot recommend this particular location due to these issues. It was a letdown compared to their usual standards.

Staying here currently, and this has been by far the best hotel that I have stayed in lately. The staff are very friendly, and willing to help with any issues you may have. They even rent out razors! The pool is very clean, and at a very comfortable temp. My room is very nice, and we'll kept. Everything seems to be up to date, and nothing appears to be run down at all. There are several locations right next door for food or whatever you may need. Also they have nice size fridges and a microwave as well.

it was a beautiful location. the rooms were very nice and clean, however, not the greatest in terms of accessibility. In the accesible room, the shower head was out of reach, and the shower chair was kind of wobbly. the bed was really close to the wall, leaving almost no room for a wheelchair to get through. but if all you need the hotel for is a place to sleep, it will be enough to get by.

After a long drive from Chicago! We stop at this hotel! Hoping to be a good one! IT TURN OUT TO BE GREAT 🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! As soon as we walked in it was clean! And we were greeted by this awesome 👏🏻 lady Katina! ( apologies if I spelled your name wrong! ) we had some issues with my reservation! And she went above and beyond! The room was nice, beds were really comfortable! And truly can say we sleep like a baby! Morning we were greeted by the ownersHe was really friendly as well! Breakfast 🥚 🥔 ☕️ 🍞🍊🍎 was good! COFFEE ☕️ WAS GREAT!❤️ Thank you for an amazing serviceKeep it up 👍🏻

My mom and I stayed here for 1 night. Price was outrageous! Not enough parking space. Air conditioner was no go and had broken curtains!We would've changed rooms but there were no more rooms available!The 2 other hotels had no rooms available!Front desk staff was very rude. The guy yelled and said there is no elevator and started speaking Spanish to us.! We are not Hispanic! We are Native Americans!At check out the lady was rude also huffing and puffing to ck us out! Asked for a survey or a complaint and she just ignored us!Also there was no clock in the room and there was 2 remotes! didn't have a back cover so we had to keep putting the batteries in it!That is why I rated 1 star! Very disappointed. Will never stay there again!

The hotel is a little older but nice. When we arrived to check in there was a minor issue with our room. The Manager, Shawn went above and beyond to resolve the issue and make sure that we were happy with our room. I can not say enough about his willingness and effort to make sure that me and my family were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. If you are ever in Salina UT, be sure to book your stay here.
