I went in this establishment just now and they had a deal going on if you buy 2 specific tipes of chips you get the dip free so I go up to the front and pay for my stuff and ask if I got that deal the guy gave me the run around said pay for your stuff and then I'll go find out so after wards he goes to find out and the manager said he should have done the deal but since he already had me pay for it theirs nothing she can do so be careful going to this family dollar their people don't know what their doing and I no longer trust this location

The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Store was pretty well clean, and organized. The sales were great throughout the store. I only gave 4 stars for the fact that they only carry girls swimsuits in toddler, and newborn sizes, yet they carry boys swim trunks in child all the way to adult. Also, more the entire chains issue is they seriously need some sort of changing room to try things on.

Where to even begin, I have never been out of a family dollar faster! You walk in, to where you cant even find a shopping cart.. No employees to be found.. Items all over the floors... we begin to look around, as if that really worked. Because either most of the items was on the floor or broken! I went to walk back to the restrooms... the isles were pretty blocked off, and over flowing with Junk! Carts with boxes, items on the floors, items sticking of the shelves. And to get back to a out of order bathroom, I started walking to the front as I hear a employee yell, Are You Done Yet? In a very snobby way, as if we was bothering her. And she walked up to the registers looking like she had no hygiene what so ever!!I truly hope that more people start writing reviews on this Family Dollar!!! Its a very sad business, that definitely needs some TLC!! I don't know if there's no manager for the store, or if the manager just truly does not care about the store! I definitely do not plan on returning to this store!If I could give it zero stars I would..

I was so excited to hear we were going to get this store. I was hoping what I couldn't afford at Barrett's I could get cheaper at family Dollar. WOW I was wrong. U can get it cheaper at Barrett's. This store is actually filthy. Most The times U can't get down the isles. Most of us know it's not the employees it's corporate wanting More from their employees. HEY CORPORATE DO YOUR homework. U need more than 1 cashier. Also have two cashier's and two putting product away

The most disheveled, crazy mix of items. It was impossible to find a thing. The only way I feel a place could get to the condition this place was in would be for the employees to toss the items from the next aisle over while restocking. Gave them 2 stars because dispute the mess and having to really search around for what I needed they had it all. And the cashier was very nice.

Love to have this store in our little town, but it just seems to go downhill every time I go in there. Before you even get through the door there are items on the floor, things stacked so tight you can't even tell what they are, some still in boxes. The isles, most every one has boxes stacked so you can't even cart past them, trash on the floor, spilled items, broken items. I feel bad for the usually one person, sometimes two that work there. There is most always a line of six to a dozen people......sometimes so long and slow moving you don't even know if there is a cashier at the the head. One positive i guess is you get to catch up with the local community while your in line waiting.......but plan on spending time when you go and doing a scavenger hunt. I have seen posts of this store on FB that have over a hundred comments, pictures, video's and complaints from the community. Nobody that can do anything about it seems to care to do anything. I'm not one to leave a review like this for a local business without reason. I hope any that see's this and had the same or similar experience would take a few minutes and share their thoughts, pics, vids. Google review are big and have a far and wide reach. #makesalinafamilydollargreatagain!

I have had good and bad experiences with staff, but generally have nothing horrible to say about the service so much as the lack of organization and a sad selection of practically worthless stuff. Some things are good, but mostly I go in there to buy gallons of bottled water for $1. I otherwise don't really care for this company being present in such a small town. I believe it removes a lot of money from the local economy by shopping here and causes other local businesses to charge more for similar products. It is the Walmart of small towns.

Better than I have seen it in the past but still cramped and just not enough room to put everything on shelves so there is stuff I the isles. In my experience customer service has been hit and miss mostly. Today's visit was good thou.

The the store is always understaffed. Always a mess. Six wheelers on the floor. You can't see or get to the shelves. I feel so bad for the employees. It's a bit of an embarrassment to our community. The owners are disrespectful. Needs help.

What the heck happened to the Family Dollar in Salina , Ut. This place used to be a great place to go for great savings and awesome deals. The prices and deals are still there but what a messy hazardous place. Freight all over the floor cashier has to step over and around items on floor just to get to register. I hate to see the owners house. Very disappointed in the appearance for a business the represents Family Dollar.

I gave them a call before even coming to this store asked them if they had the item I needed and she said yes .When I got there I could not find it asked the cashier and she said yes I member u and I'm sorry we don't carry those.What ever I drove 28 miles up and back for u to lie to me and the store was a mess and the employees standing around acting stupid and the manager just walked out the door . Never go here again

I go to Family Dollar pretty much on a daily basis the new manager they have in there is absolutely wonderful store is super clean so friendly and nice I love them all and Tyler is absolutely amazing and I have to throw out Ashley too because she's a great worker very friendly

It’s nice that it’s there. Store is understaffed most times. Store has issues that comes with low staffing. Sometimes unorganized and dirty.

Visited the Salina Family Dollar. Very messy and unorganized. Also very stuffy since they have way too many things to fit in the store, yet they didn't have what I needed . I went in the big mess and left .

Nice to have in town, later hours are nice when you realize you need our forgot something, nice selection of medication if you or the kids start getting sick and just a great convenience for our area.
