We went to pick up and were given the last mower of this kind meaning it was on display. Which didn’t seem like should be a problem other than it didn’t come in a box. They loaded it up for me so I didn’t get the chance to take a closer look. We brought it home and realized the lawn mower was dirty and bolts looked rusted plus the manuals were soaked which probably means the mower was outside in the rain and snow. We proceeded to read the manual and it instructs to keep mower stored in a dry place. So we’ve been given a neglected lawn mower instead of the new one we paid for. All this considering we weren’t too thrilled to load it back up and lug it to the store to return it so I contacted the return services to see if something else could done like they come pick it up or give us a partial refund for the state in which they gave the lawn mower but they sent a copy and pasted response of their return policies which wasn’t helpful.

They have a customer service counter to make your life easier. If you find something online and go in store, they will look it up in their inventory to make sure they have it in sock for you. Super nice, quick, and a great place to shop! 10/10 will be back.

Great store for the farmer or rancher or the ordinary joe looking for just about anything you need around the house. The only place I could find the part I needed. The staff was super friendly and very helpful I even signed up for their rewards program. Not sure what I’ll win but I hope it’s good

The staff here truly goes above and beyond to help out the customers. Even on Black Friday when it was very busy the manager still found the time to help me search for a product that I couldn’t find.

Long story short I sold my horse 2 weeks ago. It ended up not working out due to him turning up lame. I got him back and he was REALLY skinny just after 2 weeks. I now have to get vet appointments to figure out what’s wrong and re buy a lot of stuff for him to get him sound and healthy again. I came in to get stuff for him and Brittany walked around the store with me and helped me get everything I needed for him. Thank you! Y’all made my day and helped so much!!!! Everyone is so nice and helpful here. 100/10 would recommend.

Store is always organized. You can tell they hire well. I had an issue with one of my orders where for whatever reason we forgot to load one of the bags. I noticed the incorrect count later at home. They fix it without any issues. After that, I got me the TC card as they have earned my loyalty.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I just moved to the area from out of state and trying to find a good all around store is almost impossible these days. Every single employee that I came across was very helpful, prompt and they all asked if I needed help finding anything. I have been looking for a shop repair manual for a tractor that came with our property and out of 7 different stores this was the only place that the employee actually walked with me to help find what I was looking for. Such a relief to find a place that actually values its customers. 100% recommend and I will be back for all of my outdoor product needs.

I don’t know what it is about this store but I always find great deals on clothes. Maybe because it’s located in a small town and hardly anyone drops by. Either way I’ve been here multiple times and always find some cool stuff to buy on clearance! Associates are nice and friendly. Can’t ask for much more.

Overall a decent store. They carry a variety of items for dogs, horses, chickens, etc. You can also find seeds for gardening, fencing for cattle and tools to get things done. There's even more that I don't have listed. Their employees have always been friendly. They love when we bring our dog with us and have treats ready to share with him all the time. Bottom line is they usually have what you need to take care of your yard and farm animals.

Nice farm & pet supply store with a good supply of pet food, farm supplies & gardening stuff. They have a good selection of chicks in the spring. Just wish they had more plants in stock, when I went in April they just had a few veggie & berry plants (no shrubs or flowers). Friendly service.

Awesome folks. Called about a coop. Had one in stock 5 others reserved. Pulled up and had me loaded within 20 minutes. Kids and wife didn't have time to find other things to buy. Great price for the coop.

I just shared the following on Petco's review. But this review says so much about Tractor Supply that I figure that I had better post it here also.We went to Petco in Spanish Fork for an indoor dog kennel. They had some $50 options advertised online. However when we got there we could only find $99 options. That's is a significant difference. We asked two sales people. They couldn't find them. Gave some vague answer about pricing and brands... Blah, blah, blah... I've been around the block. I want being taken-in by some kid giving me an economics class.So, while standing there we did some more research online to see what the prices were elsewhere. We found basically the same thing at Tractor Supply Co ( about 7 miles away in Salem) for only $39. We figured that for a 60% discount, we had better drive over and check them out.The kennels were basically the exact same thing. Different brand, but the same size and same gage wire. So we bought it there. It was such a good deal. Then we went ahead and bought the rest of what the dog needed. Bowls, a doggie bed, chew toys, a leash, etcetera.It's is to bad that Petco hadn't shopped their competition. Maybe they are too big and don't feel the need to shop and see what the market is.Then the bed that we got was too small, Tractor Supply didn't even blink. When we brought it back they told us to pick out the size that we needed and they would take care of the exchange all at the same time.So we kept the receipt and the small figure bed and walked back into the store and found what we wanted. We paid the extra and were inn our way. We were very pleased.

Can always find things you need for rural living. Sales make the prices good. Will order anything their website has, and either bring it into the store, or ship it to you.Feed prices are better than walmart, and much better than my local small town hardware store. Better selection than IFA.

Friendly/knowledgeable staff. Pleasant, clean store with a wide range of hardware, livestock & pet supplies. They also have garden & farming supplies/equipment and western clothing. However their selection of lawn sprinklers and related parts/accessories is somewhat limited.

Lots of great stuff. Picked up some nuts and bolts, and a couple of lawnmower tires for my kid's go kart. Cool store to look around, too. Animal feed as well. Helpful and friendly staff.

I've only been shopping Tractor Supply Co. since August 2018. I do like the store, and they have farm and ranch supplies. This particular store has not had what I've been specifically looking for on two out of the four times I've been there. The items I wanted were in stock at other Tractor Supply's, just an additional 50 mile drive. On the other hand, this was the only store in the area that had a gun cabinet I wanted that was on sale. So I guess it works in your favor sometimes.

I'm not the happiest with tractor supply I paid 300 dollars for a shop fan that worked for 2 months and they are telling me there is nothing they can do I don't think this is very good costumer service I have been shopping here since they opened, but I think I will take my business elsewhere

I went in the store the other day after a frustrating day of trying to find wormer for my colts at all the other stores in my local area which they were all sold out, when I got there all of the workers were just standing around and not real attentive to the customers that walked thru the door except for one person, her name was Harley she asked me what I was looking for and if she could help me with anything thing. I of course asked her where the wormer was and if they had any. She showed me right where it was and helped me find a few other things while I was in the store, this has not been the only time this has happened. I've hated going to tractor supply because nobody ever helps me out when I cant find what im looking for except for her she on several occasions has helped me out and made it so I will continue using tractor supply for future business, so I just wanted to thank Harley and maybe try and give her a thumbs up for helping me an for making a longtime customer.
