We love Stokes, it’s so nice to have a great grocery store so close by! Occasionally, I’ll be in the next town over and stop to shop for an item and be unable to find it in stock anywhere. Then I head home to Salem and find what I was looking for, right here at Stokes. They have nearly everything because of the hardware store, so amazing selection. The reason that I stopped to review today was because the bakery made the cutest cow cake for my daughter’s birthday. We’re so happy with it and the price was great! Thank you Stokes, for being an awesome part of our community!

We love everything about Stokes!!! They have the best deals on their sales ads and will give you a rain check if they run out of popular items. For girls camp, we needed to order tons of produce, and they got us great deals on the items that we needed. Their cashiers and staff are always so friendly and helpful. It's a wonderful place to shop!

I love Stokes. They have a surprisingly good variety of products for a fairly small grocery store, produce is usually great (and they have good sales on produce), and its nice to be able to get home improvement products while you are there. They also make keys, I just wish they had a pharmacy & fresh meat counter!

I love shopping at stokes! They have great prices! And it’s nice to support small town shops! If me and my family aren’t shopping at Stokes, we are at Costco.. but when we don’t need bulk items, Stokes is there!!

It wasn't terribly busy when I stopped in with some friends. The shelves stocked didn't make much sense when we went looking for condiments. It took almost 15 minutes to get someone's attention to ask. They had a handful of employees out in the aisles, who we finally stopped to ask. With general pointing and directions we finally found it. It was being stocked, so I'm hoping it meant the employees were required to be busy and get their task done. It's preferable to thinking customers are ignored.

Stokes has the best produce in the area. I can also bet on finding meats for a good price there. And having Ace in there at the same time is a major bonus, especially when I'm knee deep in a project and find I'm missing a tool or a fastener (not to mention they have the furnace filter size I need at the best price in the area).

The produce at Stokes is some of the best in the county. Nice deli, good bakery. It is amazing how many product Ace carries. Friendly and helpful staff

Ordered chairs from website to deliver to this store. I paid full price and they were delivered. I got the call from this store that they were there and ready for pick up. By the time I got there, they sold my chairs to someone else that happened to see them behind the counter. Literally no one had “any idea” what happened to them. So don’t order anything online and expect to get it at this store. Manager gave me no help!!

For a small town store they have a very diverse stock. They have a deli and bakery. They have bulk bins and a produce section and a good selection of gluton free or dairy free or sugar free products.

I love Stokes. I was really surprised how much Ace Hardware had to offer. I needed a very particular screw and they had it. I was pleasantly surprised.. They had way more of a selection than I thought they would. ❤

worst customer service of my life. went in just for a few things. after going to the cashier to ring out and realizing that the tarp I was purchasing rang up for the wrong price($23.99) I asked her why and she said I don't know. I explained it that it was tagged for $9.99 she says I don't know. So I walked back to the aisle where the tarps were stocked and grabbed the tag to show her when the ace manager walked over, so I asked him why and after figuring out that all there tarps were put in wrong spots I asked him if they would take care of me, and that's when he just walked away not even saying a word. So I went back to the cashier asked for a different manager and just got my money back. will never go back there again.

Good place to shop, but the employees sit around and get paid for not doing anything. Upon asking where something was, I received the following answer from what appeared to be a highschool aged kid, "I thought about answering you, but didn't want to waste my time."

So glad this hardware selection is here. I'm amazed at how much they've stuffed into these 8 or so isles. Not the best feeling shop but very handy to have when you need to grab something and home depot in Provo is too far away.
