I used this place years ago before moving out of state. I recently moved back into the area and thought I'd give them a try. None of my dogs have been here before but have never had issues being groomed other than my one dog does not like his nails clipped. I told them he may be a bit difficult. They called and told me my other 2 were ready and to my surprise, my 3rd "wouldn't let them touch him" so he was also ready. I got there to get them and they actually said they did bathe him. I'm not sure how from the time they called until the time I got there they bathed and died a double coated dog but be appeared brushed out and smelled good. I asked if I held him if she would try to clip his nails (thinking he'd be calmer with me there). The one girl snapped at me with an immediate "NO! He already tried biting so no." Meanwhile the groomer said she would give it a try. Well, I just said never mind forget it! I paid and took him to the car and came back in for the other 2. They bring out the other 2 and handed both to me in one arm and fudged me out the door. They did not seem happy at all and acted timid (very unlike my dogs that are always happy and excited). After getting them home I looked at their haircuts and they were horrible!! No wonder they were done so quickly. They are very choppy. They don't appear to be bathed and just overall didn't look good. Had I seen them before paying I would have thought twice about that tip I left. My one dog still had hair around her mouth that was dirty and stuck together (she's a messy eater). Something that would have came off easily with a bath. My guess is they don't actually bathe them but rather spray them with a dry shampoo so they feel softer and smell clean. I spoke with a couple other people that will no longer go here because they also said their dogs did not appear to have been actually bathed. I am beyond disappointed and will never be back. I highly suggest going elsewhere if you want a quality groom for your pets. I wish I could include pictures!

Good prices and quality cuts. Our dog isn't the easiest to groom but they never complain and are always so welcoming. If your looking for a new groomer I can not recommend enough!

I will ALWAYS come back to this place! I have a rescue German Shepherd who is very intimidating and not all groomers are willing to work with him because of his special needs. HE IS ALWAYS WELCOMED HERE. It makes me emotional every time I take him in because they are so caring and accommodating to him and they always remind me he is welcomed there. THANK YOU for always being so kind to my dog. It means so much to have a grooming experience where he is accommodated so well. And he always looks so handsome after! 10/10

Horrible customer service. I called a little after my appointment and let them know my son was in an accident. I was sorry but I needed to reschedule. Something totally out of my control…. I could have brought them a police report. They were very rude and told me , “I would have to pay a fee for missing my appointment.” I get charging fees but the way I was treated?!?! They lost my business and anyone I talk too! They shouldn’t treat customers that way!!!! Horrible experience!!!!!!

Love that they groom the dogs out front so you can see them and know they're good to them. The staff are always nice and friendly and they always do a great job with my energetic pug. I tried a place closer to home and they nicked him, so now I make the drive to Affordable because I know they'll be good to him. Plus their prices are great!

The first time we went to this groomer we just got a bath and blow out. When they shaved his sanitary region, I noticed that they missed a couple places and it definitely wasn't even on either side. It was no big deal, though. I just figured you get what you pay for, and they're cheap!We decided to go again, but since it's winter we wanted his feet trimmed a little shorter. (The snow gets stuck to his feet). We asked them to, "Trim his feet short and then blend it up. We also want his mouth trimmed shorter as well." They asked, "Like a poodle?" We said, "uh... Yes? Just make sure it's blended up into the leg."Well... I guess this is what they think blended means 🤦‍♂️ 😂. They trimmed the foot so short that his skin was burnt/shaved/cut in one place. And guess what? They didn't even trim the mouth at all!It just blows my mind that a professional groomer thought this is what anyone would want. They are the experts, they should be asking follow up questions like, "How short do you want it? Where do you want the blend to start and end? We don't normally shave the feet like that because it looks awful."Sure, we could have shown a picture of what we wanted as well. I get that. It was just a big miscommunication. But honestly, this CAN'T be what they think we actually wanted, right? I was under the impression that 'blended' meant that you couldn't see where it went from short to long, but I guess I'm mistaken.Advice: This place is cheap, and you get what you pay for. If you just want a bath and blow out, you're probably fine going here. If you want any sort of serious trimming done, though, this is not the place to do it.

I have a 13 year old German shepherd. A very large dog. he can't walk very well and he has a wound on his paw that he keeps scraping so it does not heal. I called several places including Pet Stop and pet Co no one would take him even for just a bath and their prices were all in the $60 range. I then called Affordable Pet Care and told them of his problems, they didn't hesitate to say they would be happy to take care of him. And their price for full service including wash, brush, claw clipping and teeth was only $40. They did an excellent job and he looked awesome!! Friendly, pet loving staff, and reasonable prices. I will most definitely be back!!

Thw last 2 times I took my dogs her they we un even. One side ear was super diagonally but the other long he looked ridiculous I had to try and fix him myself . He literally looked like 2 different groomers worked on him absolutely ridiculous!!! Would not EVER RECOMMEND THEM

I've been bringing my dog here for 9 years. Now they won't answer the phone or return messages over 2 months now. My dog is use to this place and now has to get use to another place. If you cant answer your customers then why have a shop?

This place was fantastic. I was able to get my cat in for a haircut on a Saturday morning when I called on a Friday. They were very accommodating and did a great job on shaving his fur and trimming his head hair to look very cute. The price was very reasonable. There were very few animals as I went in 8am in the morning so my kitty was not traumatized as much as another place a went to last year (with lots of dogs). Will definitely use this business again.

So I took my dog here for his 2nd groom ever. He’s still a puppy and he doesn’t like to be groomed. I was very happy with the service they gave he looked amazing after wards. They took good care of him and they also recommended me a metal groomer brush to brush him out because I never did before because he didn’t like it. This brush is the reason I’m giving the review because they didn’t have to go that extra mile to help me out. The comb works AMAZING and I can use it on both my dog and cats. I will be returning here for the friendly staff and great pricing for grooming. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service is terrible! The place is filthy. Their haircuts are done fast and are uneven and poorly done. My dogs have been nipped numerous times. Find another groomer.

I didn’t have a great experience. They didn’t get any eye boogies out of my dogs eyes. They had no idea how to cut a yorkie. So much hair was coming off my dog when I came to pick her up my car was covered and my clothes.

They did an excellent job on cutting my dogs hair today. He was way overgrown and in dire need of a cut. They were able to schedule me within 2 days of calling them, did it in around 2 hours of time and had a great price. Their staff is friendly and quick. Horrible customer care! I’ve taken my dog here twice. The first time they took 3 hours (and didn’t cut how I requested), but I gave them a pass. The second time they finished her in 1 1/2 hours and scolded me because I couldn’t pick her up immediately. I planned for 3 hours and also communicated my time frame when I dropped her off. They practically yelled at me and told me my dog was whiny! I won’t ever be going back here. I would recommend taking your dog somewhere that cares about animals and treats customers with respect.

They took great care of my dog! They were very loving and did a great job with his bath, brush, and nails. I had questions about day to day grooming and nail care (this is my first dog) and they were very patient and helpful! The prices are much lower compared to any other place we've been. They even gave him a festive little bandana to go home with.

Everyone working there was very sweet and kind to my pups. They’re accommodating with scheduling issues and when I picked my dogs up they were happy and smelled and looked amazing! I have a German Shepherd and husky and after a grooming here, their coats have never looked better. Their prices are better than anywhere I’ve seen here too

I take my little 🐕 here AND I also take my great Pyrenees! They do such a great job and I love their customer service. I drive past several groomers on my way because they ALWAYS do such a great job. Once they found a fox tail deep, deep, in my pets paw and it was very serious. They caught the small sore could be something more serious. They have experienced that saved Oscars life.
