My partner and I did a 10 day road trip in Utah with 2 friends who stayed in another room at Heller House. This particular place stands out as the most wonderful of them all. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Perfect location for visiting Zion, plus it's not very far from Bryce Canyon. The shared kitchen and sitting area were perfect with everything you could possible need. Plus our host had stocked the fridge and pantry with many snacks and breakfast items, so our bellies were happy as well. There was plenty of info about local places, including the ability to chat with our host. I enthusiastically endorse Heller House Inn as amazing!!!!!

The heller house was a perfect place to stay when we visited Zion national park. Lezlie made my wife and I feel right at home. It was such a great experience. Our room had a great bed with amazing amenities. It was so comfortable. It was almost as if we were staying with family. Lezlie made It extremely welcoming for us. Highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable, if somewhat odd, stay at the Heller House. It was odd in that Lezlie was out of town and we were the only guests so we had the entire house to ourselves! The housekeeper came a couple of times and prepared a tasty breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is very nice and kept in immaculate condition. The location was ideal, away from the hubbub of Springdale but only a few minutes drive to restaurants and Zion. We would gladly return for another visit.Gerry and Karen HudsonPrescott, Arizona

We stayed at Heller House in July with our adult son in a nice 2 room suite-like loft. The house was great - wonderful "help yourself" kitchen set up, hummingbirds feeding out front and interesting guests to chat with. Lezlie was a fabulous host with great recommendations for local dining and park access info. In spite of the 106 degree heat we had a memorable 3-night stay!

Lezlie was a fabulous host from familiarizimg us with hike options, restaurant recommendations & all things Zion. The breakfast items she prepared were delicious & just what we needed to get us through our morning adventures. The Inn was clean, comfortable & had everything we needed for our multi-day stay (including the shared kitchen with mini fridge for each room). The nightcap libation was also a nice touch. Quiet, yet super convenient location just a few minutes outside the more commercial downtown Springdale. Really enjoyed our stay there.Noteworthy details: We'll be booking Heller House Inn for our next visit to Zion!

Heller House is in a great location. The room was clean. It's a shared house with other guests and the owner. There are nice outdoor sitting areas. The one thing we missed was having a TV in our room. We had to watch TV in the common area, not a huge deal but not as relaxing either. We were there in October of 2023. The weather was perfect for us.

We stayed at the Heller Inn in May, 2023 and would definitely stay there again. The Inn's hostess is very gracious and welcoming. The house and property was immaculate. We loved watching the hummingbirds! Very quiet and relaxing. It is located a short drive from Springdale but that was okay with us. The Inn's treats and beverages were very delicious! A very nice getaway!!

Lezlie was a wonderful host! It was an excellent retreat after touring Zion National Park. Very comfortable, cozy accommodations. We were able to rest and unwind in what seemed like a "home away from home".Food & drinks: Enjoyed a wonderful home-cooked breakfast!

We stayed at Heller House Inn and could not have been more content with our accommadtions! The Inn was charming from the onset of entering the driveway. The arrangement of the kitchen for each of the guests was well thought out, the food was healthy and hearty enough for our hiking and exploration of the area...with a variety of options for our prehike breakfast. Our room was sparkling clean, the white robes were luxrious, and we felt so comfortable here. Our host visited with us upon or arrival to explain the accommodations, the kitchen set up, answer any questions, and offer suggestions for dining or hiking! She is familiar with the area, and she takes pride in her Inn. Heller House Inn was a welcoming destination after our days of hiking and exploring!

Me and my friend stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely LOVED it. Lezlie is so sweet and accommodating and had the breakfast fridge stocked with so many juices, yogurts and would make a quiche every day for us to eat. Each room got their own little pantry and fridge/freezer and the kitchen was so nice to cook in. Our rooms and the house were very clean and it was super close to the Zion Visitors Center. I could not recommend staying here more!Food & drinks: The breakfast fridge had gluten free options, eggs, bread, jams, cereals, croissants, various fresh juices and milks, as well as sausage and quiche that the owners cooked and more. They had a huge filtered water jug for the guests and even a shared pantry with spices and other sauces.

I highly recommend you consider staying here for a trip to Zion. It's about a 5 min drive from Springdale, UT (Zion) in a quiet area with an incredibly thoughtful host. The home looks new inside and out with modern bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The full kitchen has a personal small fridge/freezer for each room and cupboard space for each room as well. There are two family rooms with smart TVs and games to play. A pre made grab and go type breakfast is provided which included frittata and sausages made fresh each day during our stay in addition to cereals, yogurts, breads, some fruit, snacks, etc. There were so many amenities it's hard to remember them all. The Heller House seemed nicer than the average hotel in Springdale at a cheaper price with a very homelike atmosphere. My husband and I would stay here again without thinking twice.

We stayed earlier this month and loved everything about the Heller House on Main. It is such a cozy little place just a few minutes from the Zion entrance. The property was clean, comfortable, & well stocked. Breakfast options in the fridge, snacks, and a Keurig for people like myself who need coffee to function properly.Lezlie is a gracious host! And her pup is the best little welcome party ever.We truly enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was a decent place to stay. The room was a bit small and the bed was not the most comfortable, but was clean and nicely furnished. The breakfasts were pre-made, so it was nice to be able to eat whenever you wanted (rather than a fixed time window), although you did have to do your own dishes. Zion National Park is the obvious destination but also make sure to check out the nearby ghost town if you have time as that makes for a very interesting stop.

Very modern B&B guest house located 5-10 minutes by car from the Zion park entrance. The lovely host Lezlie is running the place by herself, which is amazing given how clean the house is and how delicious the various breakfast options are. The house seems to be newly renovated and furnished in a way one would expect from a modern high-riser in a city. Complementary fingerfood, wine, and brandy are available for truly villain style chillin' at the end of the day after a long hike.

We absolutely Loved our 2 night stay at the Heller House. I can not speak highly enough about Lezlie and her Bed and Breakfast. The entire B&B is completely remodeled and beautiful. Our private room and bath was so wonderful. Oh my gosh, all the attention to every detail in the entire place. She didn't miss a thing! I'm telling you she is pure perfection! Oh my god the breakfast!!!! The breakfast was so good. She made a breakfast that I will not forget. The pancakes with lingonberry were the best pancakes ever. We felt so comfortable and just loved the feeling we had when we were there. Zion National Park is only 5-8 minutes away. I am more excited to stay at The Heller house again than I am about finishing all the trails in Zion. Haha. Hopefully we can make it from Oregon next year too.

The guy who gave the Heller House a 1 star rating should probably get professional counseling. This is one of the best run bed and breakfasts we’ve ever been in. The host is super professional and has thought of everything. You won’t regret staying here. Premium bedding. Extras everywhere. She’s a wealth of knowledge for activities and restaurants. I could go on and on.

Great place to stay when visiting Zion, the homemade breakfast is the perfect start to your day. The place is very clean, very modern, and very comfortable. Lezlie, the host, does an incredible job making your experience enjoyable. Would recommend this place to anyone.
