Went to Home Depot, not Lowe’s. This is the result. New mulch in the flower beds, and look at this trees, completely blossoming! Soon we will have a completely shaded front yard later this summer!

This store is extremely frustrating to push a cart through. There is so much stuff packed in these stores (great for getting what you need) but there is too much on the floor. On top of that, ladders block aisles because of all the floor garbage near them.This store wasn't busy the day I took these photos so it wasn't so bad. But I've been on days where aisles are not navigable if you have a cart. I don't think this would be an issue if there weren't all these boxes of tshirts, box cutters, and flashlights literally on every aisle. I feel for both the employees and shoppers that have to move these ladders to get product.I have a previous review of another home depot which is similar. I thought it might be a problem with a single store but it's not. Home Depot is uncomfortable, slow, and annoying to shop at.Mostly friendly staff here, terrible checkout area, good selection of products.I'm going to switch to the Lowe's a quarter mile away as my default and visit if I can't find what I need. Hopefully something changes for the better.

I was excited to meet with the kitchen designer Jen. I waited in the kitchen area for about 10 min past my scheduled appointment with no one around. Searched out 2 different people and finally she came with no apology and I felt she was condescending. Just a heads up for Home Depot as you lost a $20,000 kitchen project that I went to Dave at Lowe's who was AMAZING.

They advertise for help but told me I was over qualified? That means I guess the manager is afraid of my knowledge? I don't know? I still shop at home depot and spend alot of money there..I can only assume I intimidate the manager? Kinda don't care

Not a complete disaster but not a time saver in any way! Online ordered a pressure washer to save time running around the store. Picked it up quickly but..... When I opened it at home, it was a BROKEN RETURN! obvious due to nothing in it's baggies and double taped box. I should have seen that and returned it then. More noticeably the water intake was broken off. So I have no way to use it. Another hour gone returning it and maybe buying another one. And the accessories were missing. Not convenient, not necessary. Better oversight with the return staff would be very helpful.All of these fancy timesaving methods yet the basics are overlooked. At least my time is not valuable.One further note... Every aisle has become a bargain bin for displays of as seen on TV crap. Again I say, back to the basics would be so nice!

No longer going to come to this Home Depot. The employees must be trained to not engage or ask customers if they need help. I was looking for something and made it very obvious I needed assistance in locating the item. Walked by several orange aprons, not one offer to help. This happens a lot. I know I can ask for help but seriously. Luckily there is a Lowe’s nearby.

Came to get custom blinds for our house. . Absolutely no help from staff. Wandered over to the cubicles to ask a question and three associates were talking to one customer. No attempt to help or acknowledge me. Terrible customer service.

I went in to exchange a part that was under a 7-year warranty and the employees at the return desk told me that I had to go to the manufacturer for the warranty but I had called a different location store and asked if it was exchangeable and and they agreed that I could bring it in for an exchange so I told that to the employees at the return desk and they told me their Home Depot was different than another one that was only 10 miles away. I called BULLSHIT so I walked out. This isn't the first time I ran into employee issues they seem to be uneducated about their job

I am done with Home Depot. I purchased two pallets of pavers from Lowe’s. They were 6 x 9 and I also wanted some 6 x 6. Lowes did not have those but Home Depot did. I purchased a pallet. The two employees that were loading it on my truck were about as unfriendly as could be. I assured them that I had done similar before, and that I was not going to hold them liable. One of them took pictures as I left I’m sure to CYA. Within an hour I had offloaded the pavers at home and returned with the pallet to get my $25 deposit back. Same guy on the forklift was still there. He told me to just drop the pallet on the ground and picked it up. He said I didn’t need anything from him and I could get my refund at the cashier. The cashier told me no I would need to go to customer service, so I did. I asked for the deposit back on the pallet and explained I wanted to exchange 11 of the pavers that were in poor condition. They told me that I needed to bring the pavers to the Customer service desk before they would issue a refund. I could then go purchase other pavers. I retrieved the pavers, brought them to the customer service desk, got my deposit and refund, and left. I’ve had a Home Depot card for years. I hadn’t used it much and so they dropped my credit limit. There was a time when I put up with the poor service and chaos of the store because I would typically find better prices. No longer the case, I will not be going back to Home Depot. The two photos I posted for a price comparison show that Home Depot was double the price for the same product.

Mike in the paint department was very helpful when I had a bad batch can of paint causing odor in my daughter’s freshly painted room. He replaced the paint with a new can, no problem, and also provided a stain blocker primer to help with the smell of the previous bad paint. Thanks Mike!

I like shopping at home depot. Great place to get good stuff. They are a bit paranoid though, everyone is always watching and they are not shy about showing it

I used home Depot for my kitchen countertops and 3 bathroom vanities. Very disappointed in their service. Jen was rude, didn't take any responsibility nor did her supervisor Mike. I have spent at least 25k in this store and because of this experience, I will no longer be using Home Depot and going to Lowes for all of our needs. I don't recommend them to anyone as they pass the buck on to other people instead of saying I'm sorry, I will take care of it. Wrong measurements, sinks, cuts etc, I can go on and on. Don't have them install or do any work, go to professionals.

As a contractor I spend a lot of time in hardware stores, today 8-31-18 I purchased a pallet of dry cement mix and had to wait between 15-20 minutes for it to get loaded. The cashiers (carol and Alma) were diligent in trying to get the forklift there to get me loaded. After about 15 minutes even offered me a complementary snack for having to wait. Even though it was beyond their control they were very apologetic. This is the reason I continue to shop at the Home Depot. There are other stores closer to my job site that stock cement bags. But Home Depot stores and their employees continually treat me like I matter. No one asked for me phone number to verify who I was so I don’t believe I was getting special treatment for being a contractor. From what I see they treat all their customers the same. I understand that problems arise especially in areas of logistics when stores of their size have to meet the specific needs of many many customers. It’s how they handled it that will keep me coming back. Thanks ladies (cashiers) for a good start to a great day.

Never a good experience. Isles are always cluttered or messy making it difficult for anyone to get through. The staff is pretty much indifferent to the customer. Went in looking for a specific part I was needing to replace, 3 employees all standing around chatting about their weekend planes, after asking them twice for assistance. One of them finalize “helped” but just saying they don’t carry that part. Without even looking at the part I was holding. Honestly don’t waist your time or money. Go to Lowe’s down the street.

Love taking my kids here, then ditching my husband to open every cabinet and appliance with my kids and touch ever item, leave with a stack of paint color samples and a bunch of tools my husband gathered. Never feel judged, and my kids... are loud

The Home Depot has always been my go to for home improvement, repairs, maintenance, etc. Most often they have everything I need. Once in a while I have to get something from a specialty shop. Their prices are fair. Their product selection is really great and their return policy/warranty exchange is amazing. I rarely buy tools from anywhere else.

Joe in Appliances and Jeff in Rentals were amazing to work with! Joe understood my needs and provided service with a smile each time I went back to ask questions. Jeff was also able to assist for a truck and delivery accessories in a very helpful and friendly manner. I was in a stressful situation with the refrigerator, and they made sure I was taken care of and happy! Great job!

Definitely Must Consider store for all the home improvement and needs, They have everything(Huge Garden collection, Many Grill Options, Good deals on Electronics like washer, dryer & refrigerators ) with competitive pricing. They also have huge collection of Granite cleaners and Sealers. Designer lights are awesome with reasonably priced. They also have self defense pest control spray which works simply super.
