Book ASAP they are all so sweet there.My cavalier needed a total reset on her coat and ears and turned out incredible. Personally know one of the groomers (Julia )but everyone there seems so sweet and the fully groomed dogs looked amazing. Highly recommend.! Will go back.

Christian did an amazing job! Our puppy walked away smelling and looking fresh. It took longer than I had expected (2 1/2 hrs) but overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go there again!

My first time to take my dog to Pet Potential and I am impressed with the way they groomed my dog. They really followed what I had requested them to do and my golden retriever never looked so handsome. Never will I take my dog to Petsmart or Petco anymore where the groomers don’t have patience with dogs. I highly recommend Pet Potential!

We have had trouble finding the right groomer for our toy poodle for over a year now. He’s older and has some health issues. Either no one will touch him or they would hurt him. Freddie with Pet Potential not only made us feel comfortable, but did a wonderful job with him and made him feel loved and safe. He looks so good! Highly recommend this place and highly recommend Freddie.

Well it defenitly was one for the books not only did they do a great job on our dogs haircut but they gave us the wrong dog and I had this odd suspicion cause the dog was to grey 😂 then called us when they realized their mistake and we went back to get our actual dog and the lady was worried and waiting for her dog. Thanks Taquito for the adventure and thank you pet potential you guys are great

If you’re looking for a place that does a fantastic cleaning on your dog or cat, including bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and etc.I highly recommend pet potential I have been so impressed with them. Just like any animal out there my dog does not like the groomers he doesn’t like his nails been trimmed, or his teeth being brushed or a bath. But they’ve never once disappointed me with how well he looks after they’re done.The team:The team members there are fantastic, I’ve never had a good experience with a team Or coworkers as much as pet potentials, when you walk in your greeted with a happy smile on their face, and when you go to check your dog and you’re greeted by more positivity, they’re kind they’re loving and they’re so sweet and gentle and in the end when you come to pick up your animal, they tell you how the experience was with your pet, during their cleaning time.The PricingThe pricing at potential is amazing as well. It doesn’t cost an arm or leg for me to get my dog the cleaning he needs.My favorite part is when I pick up my dog. I see how well taken care of he is. How soft his coat is, how clean his teeth are, and how perfectly shaped his nails are. It makes me happy to see that I can trust pet potential and leave them with my furbaby for them to take very good care of, I wish I could give more of a review and more stars to put potential they for sure certainly deserve more of a good review highly recommended.

I cannot be more grateful for the staff at Pet Potential! I took our very very anxious lab in for a nail trim and they treated him with such care and compassion. One lady cut his nails and another one literally sat and rubbed his back and told him how brave he was. I just appreciate the tenderness and patience this place treated our pup with during a time of high stress. Highly recommend!

Moved here a year ago with our Golden Doodle. Tried 3 other highly recommended groomers and very disappointed with all of them. They gave lip service to our requests to avoid the poodle look.Hannah at Pet Potential listened and only shaved him where absolutely necessary. She was able to scissor cut him with a little bit longer hair everywhere else. Awesome job. Will not go anywhere else. Paul

I have been taking my 2 doodles here for about a year now and I am in love with this place! Everyone is super kind and professional. Appointments are easy to make and communication is great! I observe not only how they interact with my two dogs but also how the staff works with and treats other peoples pets while I am there. They are kind and gentle and great at what they do! My dogs and I love Christian! They always come home looking beautiful and happy! I Highly recommend this business and their staff!

We have taken our dogs here a few times and most times do a decent job. My wife had a terrible experience yesterday with the staff. My wife called and told them she would be about 10 min late and on the phone the office girls said not a problem and were nice. When my wife arrive to the store it was a different story. They were not very nice to her, gave her attitude and said "we are charging you a $15 late fee since you made our groomer stand around waiting for you and now they have to stay late." (god forbid they have to stay 10 minutes past there mid day schedule) My wife was dropping off both of our dogs while taking care of a 4 year old and a 2 month old child. In my profession customer service is number one priority. You have a job because of the customers you have. Now if I would of seen a younger mom with two dogs, a 4 year old and a 2 month old child walk in I would naturally have an understanding of why she would be 10 min late and seem a little flustered in the moment. But instead these girls and the Manager that was talked to after the fact were more worried about collecting there $15 late fee. I understand rules are in place to be followed but a warning when my wife called would have been nice and even a one time pass of "hey no worries on being late this time and we appreciate you letting us know, but next time we will have to enforce our policy of a $15 late fee." That late fee just cost them a customer for the fact of we will go else where being they are not the only dog groomer in town. I don't appreciate you lying to my wife through text stating her review was false and you never charged a late fee because my bank statement says different. I hope that $15 meant that much to you because that was the last dollar you will collect from us. Any future customer you better be on time or else!

I love how they groom and treat my dog. She's calm when I pick her so I know they are very gentle with her. I've been coming for a few months. Every experience has been very good for us. I love how they have samples of the lengths of fur so we can actually see what it will look like. Thank you Taylor!!

Beans is four months old and I took him for his first haircut and they took such great care of him. He was so timid and nervous when we got there but by the time I picked him up he was playing with the other dogs and happy as can be! They really took their time with me before the appointment asking how I wanted him to look and listened to my concerns about him being nervous. They called with updates through the appointment letting me know that they were taking it slow with his as he was very timid and nervous which made me feel so good and knew he was in good hands! His cut looks so cute and exactly what I had asked for! 10/10 would recommend!

I felt really good when I picked up my pup and he was so happy. My biggest concern was that he was safe and happy so it made me feel good! He smelt great and felt very clean. A couple stragglers but not a a big deal. I really liked the girl who took care of my Jeff. You could tell she loved dogs ❤️❤️

They did amazing with my 2 dogs. My Dalmatian never lets anyone trim his nails, but they were able to love on him while another one trimmed them. The workers and groomers are extremely friendly and my dogs seemed to feel right at home. Great place!

Friendly, professional, and so good with my little doggies! Freddie made sure to earn my dogs trust before she took them from me and was able to grind their nails. One of my dogs has protested in the past and sometimes doesn't allow anyone to do it. So I was so grateful that Freddie helped my dog feel safe and earned her trust.

Pet potential is awesome! I have a big dog that will not let me trim his nails. The ladies that do the grooming see Midas and they know why he’s coming in. They have no problem dropping everything they are all doing and helping with his nail trimming. They have never made me feel like it was a burden. They even let me come back and join in on the fun. Midas is a big big baby. And they make me feel like he has needs too. The groomers there need a raise and praise….thanks again pet potential

Tayler did an amazing job with my puppy! She really listened to what I was looking for as far as grooming style and she is so nice. My dog is only 5 months old and she made him feel very comfortable during his groom. It’s hard to find a really good groomer these days, but Tayler is just that!

I had them groom my mini Aussie and they hurt her. When I brought her home I noticed that the groomer had trimmed her belly and near her back side so close that she had blood near the opening where she urinates. They also hurt her back paws so that she can not put weight on them. They charged a lot more than what I had been charged at other places. I will be calling them to ask for a full refund. I will never take my dog there and I will never recommend them to anyone. No dog should ever be treated in this manner. It was nothing short of abuse of an innocent animal.

They do such a great job on my pups. Even my 200 lb Great Dane who isn’t able to get into most tubs. Scheduling is easy and communication is great for pick up etc.

The service was great. We went in for a quick nail trim. My dog gets very nervous around other dogs, but they were good with him, and helped calm him. His nails turned out great.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I absolutely love the groomers at pet potential. They are SO good with my naughty wheaten and he LOVES being there. The employees are wonderful and I can't say enough good things about them. If you want the best care for your pup go to Pet Potenial!
