We take our pups ( 2 westies, and a border Collie mix ) Toby, Rufus, and Roxy here to be groomed. The groomers are top notch. They are always attentive to my pup's needs. One of my westies is elderly and getting arthritis they are always extra careful with him. Our border Collie sheds a lot and they make sure she is well brushed and given de-shedding shampoo to help her feel her best.Neighborhood pet pawlor will pamper your pups the way you would. I used to love coming here but the last 2-3 times, I have started to lose trust. They are charging me more than what is on the pricing listed out front and when picking him up, I’ve had to either come back or request a second time for them to cut his nails and/or trim his ears. It seems their quality work has gone downhill and they are becoming a bit greedy.

This is the best place for dog grooming hands down. We have been taking our two dogs here ever since we moved to Herriman, and prior to that we had been getting them groomed at Petco. Neighborhood Pet Pawlor gives better service than Petco for a fraction of the price. They are so reasonably priced that I feel like I can get my dogs groomed more often than I have in the past. One of the owners (I believe her name is Natasha) takes care of my two dogs each time, and she is always so sweet and makes me feel like she really cares about my dogs. They come home looking and smelling great! One time I needed my dogs groomed in a pinch for a family photo, and she was able to squeeze them in and even painted the nails of our girl dog so she’d look extra special in the photos. We will always come back!

Wendy is super friendly, and my Shitzu Maltese dog Penny loves her! She always does a great job grooming her, and remembers the little details like no bows in her hair (bc they tangle her super fine hair). Ask for Wendy - she’s wonderful!

They have been great. Sometimes there have miscommunications between me, my spouse and pet pawler, but that’s to be expected when we all work a ton. They always groom our pups to excellence. We are extremely happy with their service.

We recently got a Shih Tzu puppy and grooming is a must do with them. We tried Petsmart and I question if they really even do anything. We then tried Pet Pawlor and Alex did an amazing job. Our little puppy who previously looked like a mop head was cleaned up and transformed to a totally new and amazing looking puppy. We went back a second time this week with equally impressive results. We have enjoyed the attention to detail and the care that they have given. Prices are reasonable and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Recently moved to the neighborhood and have taken my pup Rupert here 3x now. Michelle cut his hair and she is amazing. Had him done in less than an hour and well done/even. Whatever shampoo they use smells really good too. Side note: they cut all the pups hair out in the open which I appreciate. Each groomer seems to be gentle with their cute clients 🐩🐩🐩.

Our dog did so good here! Very friendly and it worked out we did the obedience training in the same building with Michael Lobato (Lobato Dog Training). Brinlee said Raven was well behaved and even though her nails were a little long they allowed us to bring her back and Dremel them down. Brinlee was very sweet and did a great job with our puppy. Already made another appointment in 6 weeks :)

Impossible to schedule an appointment with and not nice. My mother in law speaks both English and Spanish and she can EASILY be understood but they refuse to put her with anyone else besides a groomer that speaks Spanish. Very frustrating and upsetting after hearing this and will no longer be taking our dog here. Be nice.

I love this place! I've taken my dog here three times now. Each time he smells so good and his coat is so soft. I just get the basic bath and the price is hands down the best around. I'd keep coming here for this alone. But that's not all. My bulldog is a little crazy socially but they treat him so well and make sure he is taken care of. If your dog is well behaved and friendly, they'll let him/her hang out and not keep them locked up once they're done. The best way to make an appointment is to text. I've never had much luck when I call. They always are quick to reply via text. And also will text to let you know when your pet is ready to be picked up. I would recommend neighborhood pet Pawlor to all my dog mom friends.

I have been taking my dog to Gillian for about 6 months! She is so good at what she does! She takes such good care of my fur baby and always sends me updates on how he is doing. She has bent over backwards to get me in a last minute appointments! I feel confident and comfortable leaving my dog to get groomed. All the workers have always been very nice. I am so happy I found the pet pawlor!

This was our first time. Michelle cut my puppies hair and I could not be more impressed with how it turned out. He was nervous/excited and barking as I was trying to describe what I was hoping we could get him to look like and she nailed it! Seriously I will always bring him back here. Michelle was sweet and calm and was great to work with!We took our dog on a walk later that day and many of my neighbors have the same breed of dog and couldn't stop talking about how great his haircut was and that they needed to go there next time! I absolutely recommend this location and especially Michelle!

They made my dog look so adorable. She had never been groomed before so I was worried, but they took such good care of her. Almost better than how they treated her is the price that they offer for their grooming services there. They bathed her styled her and cut her hair and also clipped her nails and I think it was all about $40 yes. There is no question that I will be taking my dog back there.

Best obedience training for such a great deal!! We adopted a 9 month old puppy who was not well trained...they fed him from the table, didn’t kennel him, let him chew wood, never groomed him...etc. this 6-week training was fantastic for the whole family to attend and so affordable! Our dog is so smart, the training was really for us (not him). We’ve since spot trained him to only poop behind the garage. He loves his kennel and is great at obedience training. Still practicing heeling and coming when called. Couldn’t recommend this training more to anyone with a dog. Also, Hollie does amazing at grooming him! 🐩

Jessica did an excellent job at grooming our Border Collie. She educated us on the different grooming techniques she could use as well as the pros and cons of each. She helped us decide what would be best for our dog. She very timely, we dropped him off at 9am and picked him up at noon. We were very happy with the price as well. We will definitely be going back!

Love this place! Took our dog here for the first time today. Made my appointment over text messaging (so convenient) and was able to come in the very next day. Kynzie took great care of our dog--she was very gentle with him and got his shaggy coat looking awesome. Super reasonable prices. Already booked our next appointment!

Today is our second time bringing our Bernedoodle, Molly, in and I’m sure she will look and smell amazing! We’ve been having issues with her getting matted so easily and they took the time today to talk to my husband about how to help with that. Their prices are reasonable and I love that they let Molly play with the other dogs when she is done being groomed! Molly doesn’t dread coming in and I know she’s well taken care of—we love 30 minutes away, but we’ll keep coming back for all of these reasons! :)

Amazing! Our groomer (Gillian) that took care of Rosie was so sweet and really was so patient with her! It was her first time getting groomed - and PetSmart refused to see her - the morning of her appointment and Pet Pawlor was able to get us in same day. PetSmart claimed something about not being able to get her to react well with the clippers. Well, with some good energy and patience Gillian got Rosie completely groomed and looking fab! She I could tell she was fond of Gillian by the end of her appointment. Professional and overall great experience as a customer and for Rosie!! And their prices are great. Thank you so much!!!

For the price you get amazing results! I used to go exclusively to Petsmart, but it ended up so expensive for our Husky. I can have the same things done at Neighborhood Pet Pawlor for half the cost! I can't critique their other services, as I only ever get a bath and brush, but my Husky comes out looking so clean and handsome every time. I can get an appointment there more easily than anywhere else. It's so convenient!

I’ve had my dog groomed once and ended up paying a ridiculous amount in vet bills due to his burns. I usually have done it myself but with 4 kids and a full time job I had no time to clean him up. We've been taking our little dog to Neighborhood Pet P for around 5 yrs. now. The Groomers are friendly, gentle and kind to the dogs and they do excellent work. We always schedule ahead for a monthly groom. We highly recommend .

I was greeted as soon as I entered the establishment with my dog. I had anticipated I would need to book an appointment, and return at a later date. It was a pleasant surprise when she was able to fit my dog in, as she had an opening right then from a cancellation.Buddy (a Wheaton terrier/schnauzer mix) has had issues at previous groomers with irritation from the clippers normally used to trim hair. Mainly on the inside of his hind legs, and stomach. I mentioned that to the lady working at the counter, and she said she would trim those areas by hand, with a pair of scissors. She followed through with what she said, and trimmed it by hand, something I'm sure wasn't a simple task with the way my dog likes to fidget.Every request I made was followed through, something I have had issues with in the past, and both Buddy and I were more than happy with the results. Another thing worth noting is that most times, my dog is very uncomfortable when we take him in the first few times, but not here. He was immediately comfortable, and seemed happy to be there, something that is very important to me.Buddy and I will be regular customers here, we're so happy to have found a place so close to home, right after moving.
