We stopped by this awesome pet store while passing through town and Kaley, the store owner, was great. She let our kids hold some of the animals. They loved it. Plus, the store is super clean and organized. Would highly recommend.

Holy cow, this pet store is awesome!!! Beautifully remodeled (used to be the old Thomas Music), it feels so clean and bright inside. It's on Main Street in Richfield, right across from Christensen's.Great selection and great prices on pets and supplies. Highly recommend stopping by to get a gift for for your kid, or even if it's only to look around at the fun animals. We bought a Betta fish from them, and we can't wait to give it to our daughter.

This place is great. I went there for the self service pet wash. It was nicely setup, clean and convenient and they furnished everything from shampoo, towels and brushes. It's a super place to give your dog a bath especially when it's cold outside.

I was not very happy with both clerks/possibly one manager/owner. Neither of them came over to help me. Both were too busy stocking shelves or whatever. Also, I was told a team was coming to their store on a particular day. The one younger clerk acted like she didn't have a clue what I was talking about even though I showed her the brochure taped to the front desk & had to get the older person. This lady didn't seem to know when they came but said they also go to IFA! Lastly, there are no prices on several of their items on their shelves, so had to go into the computer to look them up & then she walked away without even asking me if I was interested in them. Also, there were two dog beds, the same size, but one was gray & the other was brown with about $10.00 difference in prices. When I finally rounded the older lady up again and asked her why, she either didn't know why or wouldn't tell me why. I doubt I will support their NEW business, especially since when you'd think they would be bending over backward to promote their new store to get clients!

I was pleased with the way the person working handled the store. I didn't need her to be there holding my hand the whole time, but when I asked questions she wasknowledgeable and happy to help. Great demeanor!!That plus a clean store will make me a return customer.

Owner is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Store was very clean, relaxed, and well stocked. Animals were healthy and happy. Overall a wonderful experience.

This is a great pet store! Animals are taken care of. No "unclean" cage smell. Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. And I found everything I needed without having to wait for the normal 3 day amazon shipping. Will definitely visit again!

Very clean and cute! I had a less than ideal interaction with staff and the owner was so sweet and appreciated the feedback so there's room to grow.And if you don't see it in store she can order it in for you!

I love how clean and organized they are, and the fish tanks are beautiful. She takes excellent care of the animals in her care, and they are all healthy.
