Giving 3 stars because the receiver is always awesome here and I've been coming here on and off for months to deliver their product and always show up on Sunday for a Monday 5 am appointment which they usually unload so as not to have to unload in the dark. But today I got here on Sunday like I always do and the receiver wasn't here yet so instead I had to deal with an obnoxious rude little girl who treated me like I wasn't worth speaking with. Apparently she only works on Sunday and has been rude to others in the past. All I was trying to do was find out if I needed to shut my truck down and wait for the morning appointment. Instead she just walks off mid conversation. This was the first time I had ever seen her there and would love it if it was the last. She needs a lesson in etiquette and how to treat people. This isn't the kind of behavior I've ever gotten from any employee of tractor supply. Always a really good experience until today. I hope she reads this and realizes what a complete ignorant obnoxious person she is and maybe treats people alot better than she did me. This isn't the behavior I expect when delivering tractor supply much needed goods. I don't think this is the kind of employee that makes tractor supply a very good company. She should at the very least be reprimanded.

I stopped to refill my propane tank. Keenan came out to assist me. He was very professional, friendly, but also carried that 40 pound tank out to my RV. Also Savannah, who I later paid, was super sweet and very friendly..

I understand that the people at the store have no control, but TDC has been know for a long time to fill RV onboard propane cylinders. This store DOES NOT. Makes a person look for a Cal Ranch.

This Tractor Supply does NOT do propane refills on RVs with non-removable internally mounted tanks. They sent me just up the road to Flying J Truck Stop who was able to help me quickly.Thanks for the great referral when you could not help me. That's almost as good as helping me yourself.

Darn good store, darn good prices, and has items we can't find any where else. The staff we have dealt with have been terrific. Have been most impressed and sure do hope this store "remains" in Richfield and doesn't end up leaving like so many others! Highly recommend shopping here, and come Christmas time, how fun to find such neat items for children. Great job folks, keep it up, please!!

Tractor supply is the only place I get my dog's food. VERY helpful and friendly staff! And I can bring my dogs in the store! How cool is that? Great experience every time I go in.

Last night I went to get propane refilled. I arrived 20 minutes before closing and used the app to let them know I needed propane. I waited 5 minutes which was not that bad. The person comes out and says I literally just locked up propane for the night. Funny since I'd been waiting 5 minutes already. Also funny since I don't think it takes much to lock up propane. There was enough time to unlock and fill before the store closed. But keeping me warm was not a priority.I've been going to IFA for most things. I've tried TSC but they're service is consistently sub par to IFA. At IFA I order outside stuff like fence posts, I go out and two people are waiting to load me. At TSC I order fence posts and it takes 10 minutes for one person to come out and make half hearted attempts to help me load.Another great example is the propane. At TSC they fill propane and are done. Other places offer to load. Specifically tsc has never put the cap over the threads. Not a big deal but representative of the lack of care about the customer.More examples. I wanted to buy 5 items. They only had 2 on the shelf. I asked if they had more or could get more. They said the computer automatically orders and they could not help. I needed 4 rolls of fence and they only had 2. I bought the 2 and asked if I could order more. They said the truck comes in Wednesday and will have more. It was a month until they had more.

I always buy my dog food at Tractor Supply. They welcome you to bring your dog to the store and even hand out dog treats when you check out. Sometimes finding a cashier can be difficult here. But, large selection of farm and home supplies and decent prices make up for it.

I bought two propane tanks for my 5th wheel camp trailer for about 75.00 each in November to use the coming summer filled them up in March in preparation for camping,One of the valves is bad the other works fine took it back to store to see if they would help ( there response was we have a thirty day they WOULD NOT HELP.), So I called the customer service department was given a 60.00 gift card to compensate for the propane that I put in it . I was informed that while they would not stand behind the products they sell the tank has at least a one year warranty, But I needed to call Manchester tank the manufacturer of the tank. Needless to say they can’t help me either. So If you want a place that stand behind the products they sell Tractor Supply is not the place to buy.

I love this store because I can bring my dog inside with me, which is really helpful when I need to get my oil changed at Walmart and can't leave my dog in the car.The staff is always really nice and helpful and the selection of things I'd want are great.

They have great products and they are more than welcome to help with any thing from helping you get panels to finding the best product for your animals. They are a great store I would definitely recommend this store. This is my kinda shopping lol.

Tractor Supply Company in Richfield is like the other tractor supply companies that I've gone into. They're kind of crowded with their supplies, they seem to have a lot of stuff not top of the line stuff but just stuff. They do have some top-quality items in their stores however. You have to look at the things you're buying some of the prices are great some of the prices are overpriced it just depends on what you're buying. So be careful and know your prices when you're in tractor supplies

General manager was very rude. Paid for a dog kennel and while trying to load it she refunded us and said we couldn’t take it. Don’t know if she was holding it for somebody or what.

I have been here just a few times it seems to be a good place and the employees are very nice and helpful. They have a good veriaty of things from close to house hold goods, sporting goods tools etc.

It's always great when I go to tractor supply in Richfield Utah they're always there to help me doesn't matter what it is they got me covered especially Zach Zach Dublin goes out of his way to make sure I find what I'm looking for they are awesome

My dog had been sprayed by a skunk. I went there looking for a product to remove the smell. I left with a product called "Odaway" odor eliminator. The product worked somewhat on the dog after 2 washing, but didn't seem to do much on his collar(non leather)So we did have to replace it to get rid of the smell.

Staff is helpful, plenty of product and variety to choose from. I personally prefer TSC over IFA on the other end of town.
