Sandwich was SO SO tasty, could have added some sprouts to enhance the goodness, came with meal option, THEY fry their very own potatoe chips!! Came with a pickle 🥒 it's was delicious!! Will be eating here frequently! If ya come into town SHOULD DEFINITELY come in, they have so many different flavor I've creams n all kinds of good food items!!? Great atmosphere, n the employees are fantastic!

The ideal dairy was great. We took a detour on our trip home to come up to Richfield and try this place out, and we weren't disappointed. It has a very established feel to it with 3 generations running the ice cream parlor, very high quality ice cream, friendly staff, and amazing raspberry shakes, and my family had a great time. It was also really affordable and high value for what we got. We were very happy and plan to come back whenever we're in the area.

My realtor highly recommended this place and they didn't disappoint!I tried the breakfast bagels and it was so fresh, great start of my day.We also had the homemade biscuits and gravy which had a good portion of sausage bits and cheese.I love sherbet and they had watermelon flavored sherbet! Naturally, I got a pint to go for tonight.Thank you for the excellent service and clean dining area!Also it was nice to meet you Britain, you were GREAT!

Primarily focused around ice cream and treats.It's tough to go to a place for ice cream when your friends have a dairy allergy. It's nice that the staff went out of their way to make sure there was no dairy contamination when making my friends a drink.Otherwise the staff was friendly, fast, and creative offering suggestions/ideas for things that weren't specifically defined on the menu.As a trans woman I've also always had respectful and positive interactions here! Everytime.

The Ideal Dairy has a fun, family atmosphere. The workers were all very nice, even when it got very busy. Their cream of broccoli soup was delicious, as was the rest of our food.Kid-friendliness: Very casual, kid friendly restaurant.

Driving through Richfield and we were looking for a place to dine, but really did not want the regular fast food. We were directed to The Ideal Dairy. Not knowing what to expect, we decided to just go for it. Upon entering the building, I could see the appeal of this place increasing the longer I was there. From the ice cream freezers to the bread shelf, among other things. This is how I feel eating in a fast food diner ought to feel like. The lady that helped us was awesome. Energetic and seemingly glad to help us with the menu. I ordered the Turkey pesto sandwich. Such a simple sandwich but, boy oh boy, it had so much flavor. I ate it in record time, it seemed. I could have eaten three of those sandwiches. Paired with a broccoli soup, and I was surely satisfied with our stop here. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone passing through.

Being from out of town, I wasn't sure what to expect. The old notion of 'Dairy' didn't seem to fit the experience, but once I was able to actually sit down and soak it all in, I was pretty impressed by what kind of place this was.The menu was daunting at first. Quite a selection of sandwiches, soups, and of course ice cream fill the wall over the counter. I would be surprised if you couldn't find something on the menu to satisfy your taste. I became a fan of the pulled pork after it was recommended by a very friendly young lady who took our order.If you have a choice of where to go for lunch, or just want to grab an ice cream or shake, I highly recommend The Ideal Dairy.

We stopped in here on our way to Bryce Canyon. It's a nice little shop that's a mix of ice cream parlor, bakery, and dairy farm aesthetic.The panni was good but messy, I hear they have good ice cream and "punch bags", but I didn't try either.Customer service was also good. If you're in Richfield or passing through this is a nice place to get a good, relatively cheap, bite to eat.

I was pleasantly surprised about this place. I was just passing through and stopped with my family. A local told us about the Ice Cream Freeze that this place is famous for so we got a few. They were really good. Not a Hawaiian shaved ice - but good for the mainland. The kids helping us were fun to talk to and helped us navigate the menu. There is a lot of space in this establishment where we could spread out a little. There were a lot of us there. I'm actually looking forward to going back.(Oh yeah, things were priced reasonably)

Yes, they sell ice-cream! But, I did not buy any. I came in to buy their soup. I bought both the chili and a white clam chowder. Both were excellent! All the young ladies working here were super professional and friendly. The store is impeccably clean. The floors shined too! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a hearty soup and sandwich or a decadent ice-cream. 05/20/22

Very good sandwiches and fast, cheerful, accurate service. You order at the counter and they bring it to the table. Nice selection of breads, meats, and add-ons for the sandwiches. Ice cream looked good, although we didn't have any. The pastrami panini and the Heifer sandwich were particularly good.Parking: Parking is angled parking on the N side if the building, so you need to be going S or make a left across traffic to get in the parking. No parking near the restaurant on the S side, as that is where the drive thru is.Wheelchair accessibility: Two sets of double doors to get through. Inside is spacious and tables are well spaced out.

This is the place you want to grab food! Whether passing through or local, you cannot go wrong with the service and quality here. I got the BBQ chicken bacon panini...YUM, I highly suggest!
