We really like to have problems at night and on weekends, good thing Doctor Hutchinson always returns a call when we need him most. He and his wife are outstanding with our Pembroke corgis. Emergency C Section is not something he takes lightly. He saved my momma and all 6 of her puppies ♥️ thank you from the bottom of our hearts here at Nielsen’s straight arrow corgis.

On a long road trip, we pulled off at a rest stop along I-70, to take our dog for a walk. We are not sure what happened, but all of a sudden he started limping, putting no weight on his back leg. It looked like he had ripped his nail pretty badly, and we had to carry all 52 pounds of him back to the car. We googled the nearest vet…forty five minutes away. They closed at 5, and it was already 4:35. I called anyway, and Jolene answered. I told her the situation, and she asked if she could put me on hold for a minute. She came right back on, and told me that Dr Johnson said he would wait for us, and to just knock on the door when we got there.A warm smile and handshake greeted us, along with a warm pat and hello to Riley.It was clear that Riley trusted him immediately, as he lifted him up on to the exam table. Turns out Riley had ripped and bruised his nail/foot. Quite painfulHe took good care of him, giving him a shot for the pain, and some pills for pain to take with usWe appreciate the care Dr Johnson and Jolene showed towards Riley and us, along with the very fair price they charged usThanks so much from all of us!

I travel with 3 cats, and often it's difficult to find vets willing to see them. They were due for their shots, and the kitten we had found needed some testing. Richfield Veterinary Clinic got us an appointment and saw all of our cats together. The vet was quick and efficient. They answered all the questions I had and provided my cats with excellent care!

I love this office. The staff that I’ve encountered are always extremely friendly and kind. They’ve taken amazing care of my three dogs and when my puppy got parvo they cared for him and got him through it and the care was given outside to keep other dogs safe which I appreciated. Coming from Salt Lake area, I really love their prices as well, it’s very fair and affordable.

I've been to a lot of vets over the years, in many parts of the country. This is got to be one of the best veterinary clinics I've ever been to. Driving through the area in my RV and my German Shepherd was having some GI problems. Dr. Matt Hutchinson and his staff were most excellent in taking care of us. My pup was eager to go back in after a walk outside, to get his shots. Fees were very reasonable. Richfield is a really cool town and they're lucky to have these guys to take care of their pets. I think they also do large animals.Thanks guys!

Kind, knowledgeable and staff of the upmost level of integrity.I recently came in with my puppy who required multiple services. My experience and the fast health benefit to my puppy is incredible.Dr. Hutchinson was the veterinarian whom I had the opportunity to have received care for my puppy. After the first appointment, I am excited to call myself loyal to Dr. Hutchinson for all of my veterinarian needs. I won’t want to see anyone else because no other vet or clinic could provide me with the same high level of services at such an affordable price!

I brought my dog in for an emergency surgery since he swolled a rock. Unfortunately the odds were stacked against him and he was very ill and in pain so we decided to make the hard decision to put him down. After the procedure we asked if he could be kept there so we could make arrangements, we told Dr Johnson multiple times we would call the next day and come pick him up. We had 4 small kids and we were just overwhelmed by just loosing our beloved dog. He said it was fine and to take our time. When I called to arrange pick up I was told I would receive a call from the doctor and when Dr Johnson called he informed me that he had sent our dog to the dump to be disposed of. I will never go back to this place. Just be warned.

We absolutely LOVE Richfield Vet Clinic! They were so wonderful with my sweet pitbull Molly! Always so accommodating! When we had to put her down, they gave us all the time we wanted, never rushed us, and took such good care of my sweet girl! Now we have 2 more Hooligans we bring! 💜🖤

I lived in Sevier County for half of my life. Over the years Dr. Johnson and his team have done so much for me and the animals in the community. I ran a rescue here and Dan met me after hours so many times to save animals who were in need. He let me come to him at 2am one night to get a dying cat euthanized. I now live in Orem and have come down multiple times for vet care for my animals. It is worth more to me to come to vets I trust than anything else. Your animals are always safe with RVC. It has been amazing to watch this clinic grow into what it is now. I hope they only get bigger to help service the community.

Its taken over a year to post this since our cat was part of our family. Our cat got diagnosed with diabetes and he wasn't able to pull through after everything. We were in their office probably 3 -4 times in 1 week. Reasonbly priced even for emergencies. Their vet team is absolutely amazing. We had to put our cat down and they did such a great job with all of their kindness. They let us take our time to say our goodbyes. I highly recommend them.

We have from time to time a dog in our care at the facility that just takes a down spin. These guys get us in and taken care of quickly every time if they can. And the owners and my staff super appreciate their hard work and help when doggos don’t feel good.

When you find someone who takes care of your animals as their own, why go anywhere else. 10 months ago when our dog got so sick there was nothing but kindness and help trying to find out what was going on with her. Even on the 4th of July weekend for an emergency visit. 5 times in a week and always treated with care and concern. Will never go anywhere else! RVC ROCKS!

I absolutely love Richfield Vet Clinic. When we had to put our 14 year old dog down, they were compassionate and gave us all the time we needed without making us feel rushed. We have had them do house calls to give our 4 dogs their vaccinations, which was such a nice option. Everyone is always so friendly and caring. I will not take my animals anywhere else!

Dr. Johnson has the best people working with him. Kayla loves my puppy as much as I do. Actually, I think she's that way with all the animals she helps with, but my Charlie loves her right back, so I'm going to let them have their special bond. I am constantly going to Richfield Vet. Clinic because we have had a variety of pets, horses, dog, cats and even a hamster. They have great service and wonderful staff. I love both of the veterinarians there. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Hutchinson are fabulous. Their compassion, caring attitudes and knowledge are great. And since we have needed the emergency services occasionally, they have come out with a smile on their face or met me at the office. Great job everyone!

Had an unfortunate accident while visiting family. And like always it was less than an hour until closing time. I had spotty reception, but regardless they told me to come on in, despite our baby needing stitches. They were so reassuring and took such good care of our girl. I'm truly thankful for them. They are amazing.

Dr Johnson saved our lab in the middle in the night. He had a giant rock obstructed his bowel. We also have been very pleased with his care for our horses and unbiased opinion!! I love a vet that listens to the owner and that is what you get with both these vets!!

I can’t say enough GOOD about Richfield Vetranarian Clinic. On a recommendation from family, we took our malamute, Koda, to Dr. Hutchinson. Koda had a large cyst on his leg that needed removed. We drove quite a ways on the recommendation, and it was worth every mile. Dr. Hutchinson treated Koda as though he was his own, and I’m so pleased with the care that my dog was given. We were also charged 1/4 the price that a vet in our area had quoted us. Thank you Dr. Hutchinson and Richfield Vetranarian Clinic for the AMAZING care that you gave us and Koda.

I am so grateful you exist!!I have taken my dog many places and Dr. Johnson immediately made us feel the safest and most cared for. My 3 year old pitbull has had a chronic problem that other vets have seen but never explained. From the moment Dr. Johnson saw her, I had answers and the exam was so thorough I was amazed. He didn't just give antibiotics, he asked questions and explained what was causing her condition. He's the one who told me it was preventable, and for that I will keep my dog safe in his and his team's capable hands.

I love this vet. They take such good care of my doggies. Not only do they take care of my dogs they also think and care about us humans raising our dogs. A couple months ago I had to have my dog put down due to old age and they sent me a card in the mail saying they were thinking about me. I would highly recommend this vet in a heartbeat. Brought our dog in for surgical removal of a growth, dental cleaning, and tooth extraction. The staff was very friendly, we were updated as soon as procedure ended. The pricing was affordable. I drive 2 1/2 hours to go to this Vet office, and it's absolutely worth it.
