So much fun to go see all the cool animals. The fish we got are supper healthy. The Giant Oranda we got is beautiful and so active. Staff is friendly and Jack the black schnozer made it a fun visit for my kids. We will be back!!

I am a huge animal lover and have a zoo of my own. I feel like home here, the staff is always kind and willing to help and if they don't have something you need they'll have it shipped in if they can. i have bought 3 leopard geckos, a ball python, mice and rats and all have been extremely healthy and still are doing great. I love Bobbie the parrot as much as he seems to enjoy climbing on my shoulder and being fed. I know some people said they don't have cats or dogs which isn't true they just keep them in a different place so that they have more space then that little cage and if kids come in they don't get dropped or injured. they have such a variety and once a year they come back with tones of animals. when i'm in town i will always shop here

I didn't have any interest in pets but the scallopini was very good! If you like scallops, you must try this place at once! They grow their own food and might possibly grow some weed if you asked them in your inside voice. The offering of a candy bar and washing a car might help also.

Great store and nice people! The variety of animals is astounding, along with everything you need for them! Our Yorkie Anya says she definitely wants to come back!! She’s currently working very hard on the treat they gave her!

Cute little pet store. Plenty of animals, and supplies. My kids and I really enjoyed the parrot there! The parrot was very friendly. It waved " hi" and was very "talkative". When we went to go, it waved and said "bye". They had many other reptiles and small animals. The ferret was very cute also. Totally check it out!

I lived in Richfield for many years and kept my mouth shut about this pet store but I can’t anymore. Over the years I have seen countless sick animals being sold, dead animals in cages, filthy tanks and cages still on display, etc. They cohabitate species who can not live together and then they therefore kill or injure one another. People have purchased kittens just to save their lives because they are so sick. They give improper care tips consistently and sell feed/cages/care items that are not appropriate for the animals. The owner of the place once offered to fix male kittens for me because “she knew how” which is disgusting and illegal. We know this is the only pet store for many miles but please take your business elsewhere.

I love this pet store so much!! They offer a wider variety of fish and aquatic animals than any store up north. They are so knowledgeable about how to keep your tank and fish happy and healthy and advocate for a healthy living environment for the animals they sell. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and how amazing this pet store is!!

Staff really helped me out. They're not trying to just grab your cash, they really care. Staff let me know there would be a better selection if I came in another day. Overall great place, good prices, they even have payment plans! Not to mention they have a silly parrot about, makes for a fun atmosphere! As the name implies, they not only have prts but also plants, equipment, and everything you need for your pets.

Attentive store clerk, very friendly and upbeat. Even found the small bites for our reptile that we thought had been discontinued. Helpful in that she offered to make sure they ordered more bites for the store and us. Thank you Pets N Stuff!

Great selection of animals and reptiles! super cheap crickets, hope to buy reptiles from them soon. However one of the staff members is very cold and is not a pleasant person to deal with. she always seems irritated to be providing you customer service :/

This store is about all there is for two counties. It has a fair selection of pet supplies, but lacks in the fish, cats and dogs, and most other types of pets. It would be a great place if they expanded their selection and specialized in one aspect of the pet industry. The people are usually friendly and the nursery next door is great!

Coolest Pet shop around Sevier County, they've been making updates in their store for the hamsters, guinea pigs, and other small guys. Bobbie the Parrot is always ready to flaunt his feathers, and recently had 2 canaries in the shop! Good Prices, friendly owners.

For the area they have a variety of things to choose. Also, the employees I have met and who have helped me are kind and friendly.Something I have observed since I have been going is the management seems to be more focused on getting money than customer satisfaction.

I come here all the time just to visit the pets and staff with my friends, they are all so friendly! The pets are beautiful, healthy, and well taken care of, and they have amazing prices.(Bobby is my favorite parrot to ever grace this earth.)

A snake left without clean water, no heat. A leopard gecko in an empty cage. With NOTHING in it. No water, no food, no bedding. Bobby (the big bird/ makcaw) is plucking his own feathers due to stress or boredom. Fish left dead in the tanks with 0 regards to cleaning it. It makes me so dang mad. Their are such poor conditions. It ANIMAL ABUSE!

Cool pet place, little overpriced on everything, cool fish, cool snakes, they had a ferret one day, they got kittens, cool bird (not for sale) guinea pigs, lizards, frogs, crabs. Staff is helpful

Today, I went in with the intent of buying a ferret bed. I left with a kitten obviously under 8 weeks old, with a bloody anus, covered in in fecal matter, with diarrhea. When I have a vet see her on Monday, with proof she is under 8 weeks, I will be going to the ASPCA. The other kittens were sick, with eye goop. I asked the worker if they were vetted, and she LAUGHED, saying "If we did that, they would be like $40, not $10!". Selling unvaccinated, sick, underage kittens is WRONG. The ferret I purchased has diarrhea and a fever. She will be seen on Monday by a vet, too. Terrible conditions. They will never get another cent from me.

Bobby is the mascot of this store. You can feed him a lot of things. The store has peanuts on hand, but he loves grapes. The 3 friendly large rats stole my heart!

The kid working there today would’ve made a sale on a Colombian red tail boa had he not been so eager and pushy to get me out the door because they were closing in 17 minutes. at the time I am writing this, they’re open for another 10 minutes
