This place has no business being this good, but it actually does. My family rides our four wheelers ever year over here to get a burger and they are delicious! The onion rings, the fries, and the shakes are also delicious! If you are ever in the area, be sure to stop by!

What an amazing place! We came into town for a basketball tournament and were grateful for a place to eat, but wasn’t expecting it to be so good! The fries were homemade and delicious! My kids had the cheeseburgers and chicken strips and loved them. I had the chicken wrap and am wishing I could have one right now. They also have a wonderful atmosphere and free pool and darts! Looking forward to going back!

If you ever find yourself in Randolph, UT do yourself a favor and eat at Crawford Trough. The burgers were excellent with fresh ingredients, the fries were freshly cut and fried, and the shakes were so yummy! It's definitely not the fanciest place, but the food was great!

The only food for miles around, so be prepared to wait. They got my to go order wrong and I had to wait over 30 minutes for a grilled cheese and onion rings. There were also several very young children working in the kitchen.

Tell me you're in a small, rural town without telling me you're in a small rural town- Crawford Trough parking lot: SxS, SxS, pickup, SxS, us (Jeep), dirt bike x 3, pickup. Add SxS pulling through the drive-through window after a horse trailer. LOVE THIS! Not to mention, the food was excellent. 1000% hit the spot on a long road trip. Was glad I skipped the $19 "gourmet" burger the night before because this place has the type of burger that's actually worth eating. Was also peer-pressured into a milkshake (Reese's PB cup), and I'm not sad about it. Don't know that we'll ever be in the area again, but if we ever are, we are absolutely stopping!

So glad we made a U-turn! Stopped off and got the double bacon cheeseburger combo. Was not disappointed. Loaded burger with great flavor. Loved the brioche bun. And the fries were AWESOME! If you are in Randolph and want a tasty treat, stop off at the CRAWFORD TROUGH. Sorry, I was so into the food, I forgot to snap some pics!

Overall the food was good! The fries are delicious! Fresh and perfectly salted. The burgers were definitely cooked well and not dried out. The burger toppings were a little weak, a tiny slice of tomato, a single pickle and limp lettuce that wasn't even large enough to cover the burger. We were glad to have a decent place to stop for lunch. I expect we'll return!

I had the chicken sandwich and could barely chew it, it was so tough. But my friend had a burger which was awesome and both the regular fries and sweet potato fries were top notch, plus they had fry sauce. Giving the benefit of the doubt, get the burger!

We loved Gators - especially the Gator Burger - and wondered how Crawford Trough would measure up. They have exceeded our expectations on their food, service, the cleaned-up atmosphere...the quality of everything is truly excellent. We ordered a Crawford Burger, chicken strips, a hot dog, a large fry, onion rings, drinks and shakes for 2 adults and 3 kids and everything was great. I love how the bathrooms have been remodeled to make you feel like you are in a trough! Fun for kids and adults alike. We also appreciated the friendly service that makes you feel like family. We had an opportunity to meet the owners and they are incredibly kind and seem to really care about their community. They've done a great job of creating a welcoming place where people can meet and get great food. Great people, great food, great place! You won't be disappointed!

My mother insists these are the best fries in the West. I disagree, but they're still pretty good, as is the rest of the food. My family has been coming here for well over a decade, since back when it was still called "The Gator" and we make a point to eat here whenever we're passing through town.

Amazing! The staff is great and the food was delicious. It’s pretty cheap for a lot of food. They have ice cold water and sauces too. Love that they have a drive though as well.

The food is fresh and is good tasting. Portions are average bit thr prices are extremely high. I can't say that I will be back, based on value vs taste and portions. The staff was friendly and kind.

Not Gator's!!! If you are expecting the old Gator's with BIG greasy burgers then keep driving. Comparing the new establishment to the old Gator's Drive Inn I would give this only 1 star. The fries are the exact same, but that's about it. Now, to be fair, I LOVED Gator's. I thought the Gator Burger was the best burger on earth. So this is biased and not factoring into my real 3 star review.Now for my review while trying to disregard my bias of it not being Gator's anymore...My family and I drove through Randolph on our way to Bear Lake the summer of 2018 specifically to eat here. The food was good, but it was VERY pricey. It was over $30 for 2 adults and 2 young kids. I got the Crawford Angus Burger, my wife got the Mushroom Burger and my kids got chicken tenders to share, along with 2 large fries for us all. Like I said, it was good, just too much money. 3/5 stars.

Madyson (the head chef) sure knows how to cook a burger!! She whipped up dinner for my entire family in less than 15 minutes! Service with a smile and delicious home cooked food! I will be returning soon. 5/5 stars

The Crawford Trough is our favorite place to eat! It’s a clean and friendly environment. The new owners have done such a great job fixing the place up and really making it a great place to grab an awesome burger. My kids love the cheeseburgers and I can’t ever say no to the grilled chicken wrap with the local raspberry bbq sauce. Just overall amazing!! 💯🌟🌟

Surprisingly really good burgers. This place was quite a bit away from everything on a scenic drive into Bear Lake. We would definitely go again

Restaurant was clean, the food was made from all fresh ingredients. It was flavorful and hot when we received it. We had a group of 15 and there were numerous others who were also there and ordering food. Service was friendly, prompt and unstressed. I think this will be my new stop to/or from Bear Lake!

I give 3 stars because the food was good. I would take 1.5 stars away because it took 20 minutes to get my food, and the girl forgot my fries. Btw, the fries were delicious! The raspberry shake was great!
