I just want to start off by saying how rude this store’s associates are. I called for a quick 5 second question about an item and before I could complete my question I was cut off by the boy I was talking to because he “assumed” what my question was going to be. By the time he finished ranting about how dumb he thought I was. I asked if he would let me finish my question. He replied with a snarky attitude, “what did you need to know?” I asked my 2 second question he gave me a 3 second answer and that was the end of the conversation and I hung up once he finally gave me my answer. A 5 second conversation that took 5 minutes because of an entitled little boy working the phone. Thanks for nothing.

Well, never get their Tractor Supply Credit card. There are so many fees that are not told to you. Dealing with customer service is ridiculous. You will get transferred back and forth. Not worth it.

Poorly managed store. Have been back 3-4 times in the last 4 months to have a propane tank filled. Always claim the part they need to fill the propane tank is broke. I guess it's been broke for the last 5 months...

They have great customer service here, we even stopped in 10 min before they closed and never felt like an inconvenience! Everyone was super nice and helpful.

They don't always have everything I need, but it's great to have a TSC in town for those times when you know they have what you need and you don't have to make a trip further into Logan. The staff is always really friendly as helpful as well.

Refused to refund for product purchased that didn't work out despite it being unopened. I usually go here because it's closer to my house but the prices are higher anyway I'll end up going to cal ranch or IFA for what I need after this experience.

I usually don’t write reviews of stores but I thought it was necessary to draw attention to a specific employee, her name was Calli if I remember. I had some troubles with my items at the check out and she was so helpful and understanding and she really knew her way around the products and the company. She was incredibly kind and eager to make my experience positive. I hope her supervisor sees this and she gets the recognition she deserves. It seemed like this was not a one time thing and she really just wants to help the customer.

I LOVE THIS STORE!! I have never really been in those place but since I've recently purchased chickens I visit this place on a regular! Any question I have (which are a lo!) They have an answer for me and help me find the right stuff. They are kind, friendly, and always ready to jump into any project I'm working on to help me get everything I need. I do need to give recognition to Lance and Theresa. These 2 are Phenomenal at their job and I love going in there when they are working. We always have great conversations, laughs, and it’s always nice seeing them. So thank you both very much for all of your help and I’m sure a lot more to come 😄

I didn't go in but my husband did and he was really happy because he found just exactly what he wanted seems like we can go to a lot of stores and then always on the last one we go to his tractor supply and they always have what he needs so good job love your stores

Always treated very well here. Our dog loves it too! He also loves the food and it seems the 4Health food is pretty good dog food. Plan on spending some time there, a lot of cool stuff to look at!

This was my first time going in here(and definitely not the last) the employees there were all so very nice and always nearby to help with any questions I had . They have very good prices and very affordable. I spent over an hour there just looking at all the different things that they had. I had a very positive experience there for sure!

Every time I've been there as a customer, I've been treated with the up most kindness, and everyone has done what they could to help, and now, being a team member, I hope I can provide that to others! I don't mean to be biased, but, I've been in there multiple times before being hired, and I've only been there about a month now. That being said, there are quite the variety of things in store, more than I would expect.

Ordered a Bad boy mower from tractor supply ran it for 2 hours and it threw the drive belt. Went in to the store and they gave me a phone number which the lady kept saying that she couldn’t hear me and gave me a web sight which was a joke also it referred me to the bad boy web sight and went to find a dealer near you and it couldn’t did nothing it frustrating they want your money but no service after. That was after I went in twice to pick it up the first time they said it wasn’t put together so I said I would come back the next day and got there still wasn’t put together so I took it home and I put it together.

I love this place! The staff is always helpful. The manager is amazing, he helps me load up things when I need the extra help. We've purchased hog, goat and cat food from both IFA and tractor supply, my animals prefer the tractor supply brand of feed which is awesome since it runs slightly cheaper and the store is closer.

More affordable than many alternatives. This particular store has incredible customer service. They are helpful with returns and always willing to help locate products. They have even opened the store a few minutes early for me when I was in a rush, which was a welcome surprise. It's a corporate chain, so there are some inventory and pricing details that they can't control, but they bend over backward if they can.

ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!! Everyone that worked there was genuinely SO KIND. They treated me and my pup with such kindness. They gave my dog a treat at checkout and it made her night! Seriously will never go anywhere else for dog food/treats. LOVED IT ALL!!

We love Tractor Supply. They people are always friendly and the store is always clean and tidy. My kids love to just walk around and see new things. My kids really want to start having chicks, and they have a really nice chicken coop that we will come back and get with some chickens.

I ran in to the store for one package of seeds. 2 minutes before close which I realize is annoying, but I only needed carrot seeds. The gentleman said NOPE CLOSED. He was rude, and I technically still had 2 minutes to shop.

A little expensive on a few of their items. However they do have a lot of random stuff that you don't see in a whole lot of stores so it's not a bad place to go visit here in there. They do have a good selection of high quality dog food as well. I would recommend this place to my friends and family..

Wow I didn't know how much products these guys actually carried! Boots, lawn care equipment, all sorts of goodies. I recommend you visit them they need more of our local business!

I like to go and see what they have on clearance when I go here. I go here for outdoors and gardening as well as some automotive. They tend to have a little bit of everything. There selection is similar to calranch but not any guns other than bb and pellet. Though they do sale ammo. If you do go watch out for the chicken.
