They still accepted my dog even after showing up late to my appointment. They know the difference between coats and showed me how short my babies hair would be before they cut her. I called for a check in and they were very reassuring and kind. They were very pleasant to work with. 10/10 recommend.

Miracle workers!!!!!!!I have a sweet little dog that has high anxiety. She's a nervous biter and had been turned away from every other groomer in the past. I've had to groom her from home for 6 years, and it has been so frustrating. I talked to the groomer at Swell Pet Supply Plus about my dog, and she was confident that she could groom her. I honestly didn't think she'd be able to, but I decided to give it a go. After dropping her off, I stayed close to my phone, waiting for the dreaded phone call to come and get her half shaven, when, to my surprise, I was told that my dog was done and ready to go home! I was shocked! Nobody...I mean, NOBODY, has been able to groom my dog besides me until now! I'm so grateful!!! They know and love animals at this place. I will never go anywhere else! Best groomers in Carbon County!!! 10 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐They are starting to acquire more animals. They currently have lizards, parakeets, and Guinea pigs. They have a lot of cute pet supplies, equipment, and treats.

I was so nervous bringing my protective of me Aussie in for grooming that I almost backed out. But after much discussion they reassured me that she deserved to be groomed and they would absolutely take the best care of her as well as be patient to her reactive behavior. I am nothing short of amazed because my girl is NOT a fan of strangers and they were so wonderful with her and seemed very unbothered by how vocal she is. She is so well groomed and much happier than when I was doing it myself. I am so thrilled with my girls coat, her Shed-Less treatment and just how happy she came out. Thank you!!!

I took my long haired German shepherd here and it was the best choice I made for both of us. No matter how much I brushed her she was still matted. They shampooed, trimmed and brushed her. She is now so soft and smooth. No more matting and the shedding is so much better. Highly recommend, you won't regret taking your fur babies here.

I have a 3 pound teacup yorkie who is scared of her own shadow. She is a biter and also a runner. I was never worried about her being in Melissa's care. She made me feel comfortable. She did an amazing job on my girl also. We will definitely be going back!

We took an Australian shepherd and asked for shortest cut possible. Well the legs were trimmed but not all over. Still very long and highly disappointed when it was 106.00 including bathing.They have an example of how short certain breeds can be cut but didn't follow that the last 2 times.

Our appointment was at 9 and got done around 2:30 and was charged way to much, I called to see why I was charged so much and was treated very badly and got hung up on we had one bad experience before was willing to give it a another try but will no longer be returning
