Save your money and shop somewhere else!Don’t even think about being a paying customer and then ask to use their restrooms; they’re just gonna lie straight to your face and say, “they’re out of order”. Which was a lie because they saw us eating at and coming in from Sherald’s Drive In and didn’t want to accommodate, even after my purchase.

I will not shop here anymore,and I spent bocoos of cash here every week around 80.00. I give people rides there at least 5/7 days ,but be careful who you go with there because they profile big time and if the manager dislikes them or you, you won't be allowed in there. The stores not half as good as Spanish forks anyway I spent 85 in Spanish forks store this weekend! Managers is horrible here. I've spoke to many people who will not go here either

Answered the phone and was very impolite asked very seriously if they had a product i was needing in stock and the lady answering told me i was being disrespectful then got mad at me and hung up

I always really enjoy my experience in dollar general!! the manger Ellen is the sweetest kindest person and very friendly…. every time I walk through the door!!! She is knowledgeable and always willing to help and it’s usually to make me smile or brighten my day!!! Casey is amazing and very friendly!!! Melvin was very friendly and professional and made sure I found a everything I needed!! For a store in a small town this is my favorite place because of the kindness of the staff!! I would definitely recommend this store!!!!!

Family was in the area for family reunion and decided to take kids to Sheralds Drive In for dinner. We had two vehicles and there was no parking at the drive in so we parked in the Dollar General close to the road. We went to go in and buy some stuff and was told by the manager that even if we buy someone if we were going to the drive in we would have to move our cars. There are approximately 30 spots in the parking lot. They were closing in less then an hour and had 4 cars parked up by the store. We moved our car but our daughter was breast feeding her new born and couldn't move right away. Another couple had also parked next to our daughter, near the street away from the store. We ordered our food and then observed the manager come out on her phone looking at the plates of our daughter and the other car. We told the other couple they should move their car as our daughter did as well.What harm was it doing to have a few cars in the parking lot that were not in any other customers way. And we would have gone in to get more things, but not from someone who was so rude. And what harm did it cause her, it was not creating any extra work for her or the other employees. Apparently she does not believe in helping her neighbors and promoting local business. We prayed for her that joy could come to her so that she could be kinder and spread joy to others.

The bathrooms are always broken, this is a health risk as employees can't use the bathroom or wash their hands....shut it down or fix the bathrooms, maybe time to get the health department involved!!!!!!

Dollar stores aren't known for the best customer service but this place leads the pack for a ZERO STAR review.Waited on by a woman named Casey after waiting at the register for awhile. I made a pleasant comment how she must be the only one working cause they have her running all over doing everything.I guess she got an attitude because when I made a simple request that got a negative answer she said I was blaming her. Not at all which I told her.I was trying to buy 3 gallons of drinking water when the limit is 2. I explained that I live in an RV and can't just turn a tap on for water. I had hoped an exception could be made. Casey's reply was they have to save it for people with breathing machines. WRONG! That would be distilled water not drinking water.A customer offered to buy one gallon and Casey said she WOULD NOT sell it to her!It's one thing for an employee to follow policy but to refuse to sell to another customer is NOT store policy I'm sure.The manager needs to explain where this person's authority begins and ends.

Should have just walked out with my purchases. The employee wouldn't come to the front and looked at me like I was an alien when I asked her for help. Prices are no better than Walmart any more, selection is worse, self check out doesn't work, employees suck.

Good selection of wares, from groceries, cleaning supplies, and other things needed around the house, to clothing, school supplies, and a lot of other thing all at decent prices. They have brand name things at good price, but the portion sizes are smaller hence the cheaper price. I like this store, very kind and helpful employees, and they still have a Redbox out from which I like as well

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of amazing items that you can get for a good price and also some of the items that Dollar General has you can't find anywhere else. Everytime I go there they always have what I need or even want. This is why I gave Dollar General 5 stars.

For a small store it has a lil bit of everything. Quick service in and out for most part. Not expensive. Some things are low quality but they do carry name brand products. Good sales weekly. The staff are friendly and helpful. If not wanting to go to supermarket this place is your go to. They sell some ethnic candy and food supplies also 😃

I politely asked the cashier to not spin the bag rack while I was still putting my $51 worth of items in my tote bags that I brought as I walk a half mile to get to the store. She was VERY RUDE as a lady was behind me with two items!!!! This lady was RUDE the last time I went to this location! I have no choice but to continue going to this store as I don't drive and it is the closest thing in walking distance. I have mobility issues as well so I bring my bags to load everything in as it is easier for me to carry home. I wish I knew this RUDE PERSON'S NAME!!!!

It is 9:05 on July 07 2019 . I decided to wait to see what time this store would open, I have been here for over an hour. I cleaned my van, washed the inside of my windows and armored alley all my plastics . I have counted 14 vehicles that have come and gone. Very bad business. I hope all is well for the person that was to open. I will take my business elsewhere today.

A lot of the stuff is cheaper quality but everything's a dollar you cannot go wrong and they have almost everything you need from shampoo to dishes as a matter of fact I buy my refillable reusable Tupperware from the Dollar General because it works well and they're only a dollar a piece. The ones I have I bought months ago and none of them are broke.

Prices are great and the selection is phenomenal. Most importantly, the store is clean and well organized. Okay, it's exactly a $1.00 for everything but it's a great place to shop when you're in a hurry.

I have been to many dollar store's. They are almost always dirty, cluttered, with bad employees. This place was clean. They were washing the windows ans moping the floor. Things were organized and the employees knew where everything was. Very nice for a dollar store.

The dollar tree in price utah is not half bad, they have decently nice staff that were always willing to help, place is always clean, and everytime I walk in everything is right where it's supposed to be, thank you to the stockers at this place I have not seen any product not there everything is always stocked up.

I have a bad back so sometimes it makes it difficult for me to walk. I prefer a smaller store then a Super Store. To pick up a few general groceries. The Prices are great to.

The coupons downloaded from the Dollar General app never work. Cashiers refuse to take the time to fix probems with the coupon downloading system or credit the customer for the downloaded coupon. Cashiers tend to treat patrons rudely and exhibit no desire to help resolve the issue.

You go in the store and there's never a cashier at the front!! You have to go hunt him down in the store or push their little button rather than having somebody there to greet you!
