I went to DQ and ordered 2 blizzards through the drive through. After 10 minutes of waiting for the car in front of us, the lady gave me one blizzard and the proceeded to chat with some of her co workers instead of getting me the other blizzard I ordered 10 minutes prior. 25 minutes later the window opens for the person behind me. She neglected to give me my full order so instead of having 2 fresh blizzards, I got two melted sloppy messes from waiting as much time as it would take for me to sit down at a real restaurant. Would not recommend, you’re better off settling for a McFlurry or some cold stone since they can actually get a frozen treat out in under 35 minutes.

This Dairy Queen is amazing. The customer service is impeccable—fast, detailed, friendly. The tables and bathrooms are super clean. I even saw a staff member walking around and actively wiping things down. It was lovely to sit out on the patio, enjoying my Blizzard and the view. They were great about letting me fill up my bottle with water, too. Highly recommend stopping here!Features: Staff actively cleaning, outdoor dining available

Went thru the drive thru ordered 4 piece chicken meal and tried to order the frozen hot chocolate that's right there on the menu but neither person I spoke to had a clue what I was talking about. Finally since there was a huge line I gave up and said nevermind. I got home to find I only received about 2 and 1/2 strips of something resembling chicken and some of the worst fries I had ever encountered. This was my first time trying this location and can safely say my last.

Stephanie your manager has the worst customer service. I stood at the front counter as she ignored me the entire time I was there, she went on helping other people and would not even acknowledge I was there. She does this every time I come in. Well not no more, you guys will lose a regular dedicated customer along with my family and close friends. We stick together. The day you fire that worthless thing, we might consider coming back. You need to start drug testing your employees.

We are frequent visitors to DQ all over the country. We get the same things each visit noatter what state we are in....Oreo blizzard and chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard. By far this DQ has the BEST quality blizzards. The customer service is also top notch. We will be return customers for as long as we are in the area thru October. Great work!

Food is always great. We had a small issue trying to order a vanilla ice cream cone once. We were told they don't sell cones but we could order shakes or a blizzard without candy. Lol... I was surprised because hmmmmm, what item do you use to make those? haha. I talked to the manager and he explained the employee was new and made it right. Plus the employee apologized which I really appreciated. I just found that so hilarious that an ice cream place doesn't sell vanilla ice cream. Lol. Still recommend this place always. Good people.

We always love stopping at Dairy Queen on our way through Price and it's always wonderful. The staff is wonderful. Particularly the young lady named Ryann. She was so helpful and went above and beyond. Very impressed. Can't wait to drive though again!

We placed several orders. One they rung up completely wrong. They rung up a cheeseburger instead of a chicken sandwich, even after we tried to clarify the order. On another, they completely left the onion rings out of the A1 burger. Finally, though it's a significantly smaller issue, they used both bottom buns on one burger. They weren't even busy at the time.

Customer service SUCKS! Manager just made excuses. If the 15 year old can’t smile, say hi, or be so his job fire him. First job or not I expect customer service. My mentally disabled sister has more customer service than him. SUPER disappointed in the small town service. Do better.EDIT: Had to go back because they only gave me half of my order. Not even a sorry. Just an eye roll.
