The staff here are awesome and welcoming! Super clean and professional. My only thing is I wish they had any other kind of sorbet besides watermelon, I bring the kids and get bummed out they never change the flavor or have other kinds of sorbet. Other than that love this place.

This place has all the typical things you can expect from a Coldstone plus chocolates! The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is also here serving up caramel apples, chocolate strawberries, and lots of other confections. The servers and manager were were super friendly.

Cold Stone catered our 50th anniversary party and it was the hit of the night! The new owners Becky and Robin Christensen were great to work with, friendly, professional and fun! Our friends all commented on how good the ice cream was! Thank you Becky and Robin for the for YUMMY Dessert at our celebration!

The ice cream was great. The wait on the other hand was so long I sat there for 45 minutes. The service felt rushed. The cup my ice cream was in broke and fell in my lap seconds after it was handed it to me. And for those reasons it's not 5 star but three star.

We got in 20 minutes before closing time tonight and ordered three tubs of Ours with different ice cream. The three ladies were very nice and polite and patient, even though it was obvious they were trying to close.I ordered the cheesecake with strawberry syrup and grahmcracker crust bits, and it was Devine.Thanks so much!!!

Order took forever and by the time I finally got to pay, I asked for a peanut butter bucket (about the size of a Reese’s king size cup) and was charged $5.00 for it. I said nvm and she said it was too bad I had already paid for it. I hadn’t even been handed a receipt yet.

We can only go here once in awhile. Super expensive! But it's good quality as far as ice cream goes lol. Highly recommend the chocolate covered strawberries. Mmm mmm. Just wish they didn't cost an arm and a leg. Customer service is great. Young kids eager to please.

Stopped and got some ice cream on a road trip. They had just opened but the girl was nice and got us on our way. Would stop again if I was in town but I doubt it will happen. Cold Stone it the best though so you should do yourself a favor and stop in!

Went in to get two buckets of ice cream. Know one was out front so rang the bell. Waited and know one came. Rang again and then called out. Still no response so I left after 5 minutes. Lousy service.
