This is one super veterinary clinic , I called all over looking to book an appointment to get my dog spay with every clinic booked for two months . Emery was the only one to spend the time to look and squeeze me in within days, however I missed the appointment and feel terribly, I had car troubles on my way there. I give Emery clinic 5 stars and recommend them over anyone else , the effort and kindness they provided was great.

DO NOT KENNEL YOUR DOGS HERE. So unbelievably sad, I left my dogs here Thursday- Sunday. I felt confident that this place would take care of my two dogs, this did not happen. I came to get my dogs Sunday as I asked( they supposedly have a kennel tech here), not the case. Someone is supposed to be here from 6-630 feeding dogs, we got here at 545pm and waited til 610 to call. The emergency line picked up once and said they figure out what’s going on. They never called back at all, we called until 700pm no answer. And no emergency services obviously. Do not trust your dogs being here. So so sad. The picture is at 649 on Sunday evening.

The people here are amazing and kind. The only issue I have is that every time we've gone, it's been a very long wait and we usually aren't taken back until well after our scheduled appointment time.As for the care they give our pets, I've always been extremely satisfied with the service we receive. I would just take the wait time into consideration when scheduling your day when you have an appointment.

I took my puppy in to get fixed and they did a great job. Specifically Serena(I believe is her name) she went out of her way to call and give me updates that I wanted. It is always stressful dropping your fur baby off to the doctors, but having updates from her made it 10 times better. She went above and beyond as a vet tech and was really sweet. My dog had no problems and barely has a scar to show. Wonderful job, thanks again Serena and carbon animal health!

They were willing to wait over an hour after close to helps us with one of our dogs and let us know everything that had happened with her. The place was very clean and staff were very helpful with making sure our dog was taken care of.

I have been trying to decide how I should star this review. In the past year of living here and having this clinic work with my pups, it had been good. But yesterday changed my feelings drastically. I went out of state on vacation and my son and my mom had my fur babies. 14 year old dog went into organ failure. While pulled over on side of road trying to do what I can to help, I call the emery office, I explained what is going on. The lady transferred me to the price office telling me they are the ones with a tech that day. No answer on that end. My mom than proceeded to keep calling. When she finally gets an answer they push off my dying fur baby with an appointment for the following morning. At this point my son mentioned to my dog trainer what is going on. Thankfully she stepped in helped mom and my son get my dog to the clinic where they walk in and find the staff sitting down having lunch. When asked why they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone they shrug it off with "we are on lunch break"How long does lunch take because this had gone on for a couple of hours. Meanwhile my poor baby is suffering and they was going to proceed to let her keep suffering all day and night with an appointment the next morning.Up until this point I had been happy with the the service from this clinic. Few months back my 10 month pup had been sick and I had a tech that kept in contact with me all weekend. She was great and a big help. But after being treated this way yesterday, I won't be going back especially for emergency

I have been debating whether to write this review for quite some time. This is a mixed review in the fact that we were happy that they were willing to see our puppy that had been in an accident. We are in Price but took our puppy to Emery County to get looked at. That night after hours we willingly paid what was asked and were told that we needed to bring her back in for a follow up treatment 2 days later and would not be more than $100 or so. We ended up having to pay an additional $600 more. Furthermore what was done on the follow up we felt should have been done the night of. We are grateful for the willingness to see our puppy in an emergency situation (we willingly waited for over an hour while a horse was being taken care of). I just felt like $500 over what we were told was a little excessive, at least give an explanation to why it was so much.

The vets here are top notch and make you feel like your pets are actually cared for. My dog has raging allergies resulting in various problems along the years, and they have always taken my concerns seriously and tried to take a multifactorial approach to resolving his issues, or at least keeping them at bay. My dog is also very anxious and nervous while at the vet, but they are always very patient with him which I appreciate. Sometimes some of the clerical responsibilities could be better taken care of, but at least the vet/vet tech side of things is great.

I live in Salt Lake and took the drive down there all because of Lauran. While I do know her personally, I feel that she deserves all the praise. My GSD had puppies on 7.6.23. She was helping me through the process the entire time even when she was out of the office. She took my calls when she was able. One of the pups based on photos and videos sent to her, she gave a recommendation that he be put to sleep. He wasn't going to have the quality of life he deserved. She said if that is what we decided to do with him, she would help out and take care of that procedure for us. A few days later, my GSD passed away. Lauran called me and kind of talked me through some things and what could have happened. I was heartbroken to have lost my Bailey girl. Lauran was so compassionate and gentle with the things she said to me. Now I am left with 6 puppies to bottle feed. She told me what to do and what I needed. THEN she told me if I could get down there, she would show me how to tube feed the pups which would be a 30 second job as opposed to a 20 minute per pup job. I've been feeding every day multiple times a day via bottle and it's not a quick job. Lauran has helped make my life so much easier. She's also told me things to do to the pups that their mama would do. How warm to keep them. When to clean them and how. I am a million times beyond grateful for her. In 6 weeks, we will be back down with all the pups and our other GSD for his annual and shots. I will make the drive to her because of her big heart and willingness to help me during a difficult time. The pricing for shots and other procedures are far better than what I would pay up here in SLC. I hope that Laurans boss reads this because she deserves all kinds of recognition. I know i certainly owe her big. When I'm down there next, I'll be bringing something for her as a thank you. It truly means so much to me for what she has done. It's really the little things that matter because you never know what someone is going through and how much those little things mean. Thank you, Lauran!!! 💜💜

I took my cat in for a dental cleaning today. Dropped him off at 8:30 and was told to pick him up at 4:30. I arrived at 4:30 and he had not had the procedure yet! They said their computers were down and they had some emergencies which I understand but why didn’t they call and tell me they were running behind and offer to reschedule?My poor 14 year old cat was in his carrier all day with no water or litter box and probably scared. They offered to reschedule with a discount but I said no. I was very upset and felt they were very unprofessional.

The staff here is very friendly. The vet was so patient with my dog who gets very nervous at the vet and is not a super big fan of men. The building is very small with very small exam rooms with someone who has a 115lbs dog it was very hard to maneuver him around. But will definitely be seeing them again.

They helped us to put our dog to sleep... the procedure was much more traumatic than was needed and he was given 3 shots. This made the process last longer, which was not my preference.They were very respectful and kind about the whole process and did not rush out when we were trying to compose ourselves. We appreciated the extra compassion at such a vulnerable time.

i honestly love this place i take my bunny here all the time for his teeth but he has a scissor jaw so his teeth don’t line up the way they’re supposed to and don’t trim so i have to go get it done every couple weeks if he runs out of what my alternatives are to help here and i’ve had two visits where i’ve overheard their staff just talking so badly about me and my ability to take care of my animal when they lacked to figure out why his teeth were growing so fast and i had to take him in so often i love this place but your staff needs a lesson on how to treat people taking their sick animals that need their care other than your staff not being able to have a filter til the patient leaves is kinda unprofessional

UPDATE: They reached out to mez apologized, and solved the problem. Happy with them again!Very disappointed with Carbon Animal Health. We've come here many times, gladly choosing them over the alternatives, but today I was met with a very rude receptionist. I was running a little late like everyone does from time to time, walked in 7 minutes late, and couldn't check in because she was talking to someone else for ten minutes. When she finally gets to me, she tells me I have to be there within 10 minutes of my set appointment time. I was. When I said I've been sitting here waiting for 15 minutes she scoffed, rolled her eyes and said no you haven't. Forced me to reschedule because she took too long to get to me, and then was rude to my wife when she called to reschedule.

Took our dog there twice once for an EMERGENCY VISIT just to bring him home and watch him not make it, definitely feel like we didn't get what we paid for and he didn't care to save him.I definitely wasn't given this thorough of a diagnosis when I was there Sunday! And I made it clear his injuries were severe but I'm not a vet. If I had the information you responded with sooner I would have tried to have someone save him., I really thought I was. And no one called us to check on him I called every time...

We have been taking our dogs to this vet for years to be boarded, so it's extremely disappointing that I have to write this review. We dropped our 2 bulldogs off Friday for boarding until Sunday. We got back early Saturday afternoon and tried to pick them up from 6-6:30 as indicated on their door as the pick up time. No kennel tech was there, so we assumed we just missed them. Tried again Sunday morning at 10, waited for over an hour with no tech. Tried calling the number on the door, no answer. The emergency line voice mailbox was full, so I sent a Facebook message and received no response, found the vet's personal Facebook pages and sent messages, no replies. Went back at 6 Sunday night, waited for over an hour no tech. Assumed Monday morning would be normal business hours since there was no sign on the door indicating the business was observing July 24th, waited for an hour and a half, no employees showed up. At this point I am extremely concerned that my dogs have not been fed or let out. I can hear dogs barking inside but there are no signs that employees have been there. Myself, as well as another gentleman who was there at the same time called dispatch. The officer explained that nothing could be done since there was no definite signs of mis-treatment. It is now Monday evening and I still do not have my pets, it has been over 24 hours since I had arranged to pick them up. I will not be taking my animals there again.

On July 2 we had to make the heart wrenching decision to free our little 13 year poodle from the pain and misery he was suddenly enduring. The doctor and staff at the Castle Dale location was beyond phenomenal. Our hearts were breaking. Just shattered.We had made the decision to have his tiny body cremated. We’ve received his cremains along with plaques of his tiny feet. The wooden box and the plate bearing Darby’s name are simply perfect.Thank you, again, for making this unbearable day a little bit easier.
