I was going to buy a brand new set from Home Depot when I came across Thrive Appliance. I called beforehand to get some information and they were very helpful. Once I went down there to check out the washer/dryer combo, they were very informative and friendly. There was only a tiny dent on the front. Bottom line is go and check this place out first, you'll save a lot of money for high quality machines.

We went looking for a new refrigerator and they can get expensive. We had in mind something specific. Today they had a good selection of course it is all scratch and dent but all at very good prices and most are just cosmetic. Today was a good day we found one we hoped to find with only a few blemishes and for an even better price while the others store was relocating. But enough about the price. On to of high quality the service was down to earth and very knowledgeable. Everyone was helpful and friendly in the good way. They went to great length to make sure I was satisfied. Even more important my wife was satisfied. I say this because some other places only wanted to answer my questions. These guys made sure she was satisfied as well. I highly recommend checking out what they have. If your can wait they will notify you when they get something you are looking for.

The most random hole in the wall place! When I say hole in the wall, I do not mean that in a bad way. It is literally one of the best hidden gems ever! I was a little nervous to purchase a bump and demt refrigerator. The one we purchased was literally brand new! It had a tiny little Dent in the upper corner that is it. We have had it for close to a month and it has worked perfectly!

So far so good. Had a nice Samsung fridge that failed on us, so we needed to find something new. However, fridges are so expensive that we decided to go check out the scratch and dent selection at Thrive. We found a nice Fridgidaire fridge that retails for $2500 and it was priced at $900. We did some checking and there was a scuff on the front handle, and nothing else. notes on the fridge indicate it didn't fit in the spot it was supposed to for the original buyer, so it ended up at Thrive. Everything was still NEW. all the shelves were still wrapped in plastic, etc. So we got a nice new $2500 fridge for $900 and couldn't be happier. They do come with a 1-year warranty minus a $99 deductible if there is an issue with the fridge, so that's good as well.

I bought a compact washer and dryer from there. Very minimal dents and scratches for half the market price and it was honestly such a steal! The washer was in their downtown location and the dryer was at the Pleasant Grove one so someone was already going down there so they also picked up the dryer for free. Everyone we talked to was so nice and helpful. Overall such a great experience and will definitely recommend them to friends!

Thrive has knowledgeable staff who are very helpful. They have great deals on brand name appliances. Call ahead to see if they have what you are looking for because sometimes inventory is low. It is well worth your time to check them out.

We have been casually looking for a second fridge to put in the cold storage in the basement. We found Thrive appliances looking online. I was so impressed with their friendly customer service. Their wide range in selection of scratch and dent appliances as well as the prices were fantastic and for a second fridge that didn’t need to be seen, it was perfect…. They had multiple appliances that would’ve been fine to be seen as some of the scratches and dents were very minimal… I will DEFINITELY be going again the next time we need an appliance…

We love this place. Purchased a range/ oven a couple of years ago and saved a lot and it is a really nice range oven. Moving and needed a new fridge and found a very nice one and there was even an additional sale. The staff are helpful and kind and funny. Just a great place and a lot to choose from. This was the fridge we bought and saved Abt 40 percent off retail

Once we explained our desires for the machine we wanted, he asked us to leave our contact info and as we were doing so, he said he thought of something to show us. We looked and it fit exactly what we wanted. He gave us a price that worked for us and we went to sign the paperwork when he exclaimed that he had made a mistake, the price was actually lower according to the computer than what he said. So good for all.

We got all new kitchen appliances from Thrive and couldn’t be more pleased! No problems in a year, we had a couple issues early on and Thrive was super responsive and quick to resolve our concerns. You can’t even tell we got them from a scratch and dent place and so nice to find appliances on hand and not have any delays during a pandemic!

This place says it is a scratch-and-dent place, so I figured it is minor cosmetic issues. Turns out they sold me a dryer where the drum and the rear bulk head were both dented. We found out the drum issue within the 30-day warranty so they sent someone to fix it, but the second (brand new) drum wore out within 4 months because the bulk head in the back was also bent.But because I didn’t buy the extended warranty, I’m just out of a dryer and have to pay $400+ (more than half of the cost of the dryer) to fix it. Whatever “technicians” looked over this dryer obviously didn’t actually try the dryer or they would have heard the bent drum from the beginning. I noticed the dent in the rear part of the dryer, but I trusted that the technicians knew enough about what parts could be dented without causing problems to the actual performance of the dryer. But obviously they didn’t and now I have to pay for it.Do not waste your money here. If I would have bought the extended warranty, it would have only been $100 cheaper than a brand-new appliance in the first place. Save yourself the headache and go buy a brand new appliance from somewhere else.

I was recommended to come here by my sister and I can’t give this place enough praise. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with incredible energy. We had free roam to the warehouse to narrow down our search and was checked in on frequently to see if we had any questions. My toddler was running around crazy like toddler do, and they were so patient and sweet with him. He’s a very social butterfly and loved the attention. They gave us popcorn snacks to keep him distracted so we could make our decision. Not once did we feel pressured to buy. We loved that they had everything we needed for hoses right there. We bought our stacked washer and dryer and used their recommended delivery guy. We’ve had it now for almost 3 months. And of course they work perfectly! I was excited to discover Thrive Appliance. New appliances at a discounted price due to scratch and dent or open box. I found a beautiful new dishwasher. Clint was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely check them out again when I am in need of appliances in the future. One note that may be helpful, the gps takes you to the back of the store, so just drove around the building to the front in order to enter.

I've looked everywhere for a counter-depth fridge and found my perfect fridge At Thrive Appliance! Brand new, excellent condition. No external scratches or dents, only the internal drawer was cracked. Not a big deal and saved me hundreds of dollars. Great selection and service.
