After I was told that a smiths coupon is not relative to ALL Smith's Grocery stores, the clerk who apparently is a manager had a big 'too-doo' because I wanted to ask customer service about it. I didn't know she was the manager... I definitely don't care as much as she does about making sure the whole store can hear that she's manager.....I just saw a good price for Oat MilkSo, beside consistently higher prices, now I've got a 2nd reason not to shop there.

Smiths is just the best. I have been so impressed with their variety of products. It’s seems like they’ve added an incredible amount of cleaner products to their inventory in just a few years. I love that they have a new Simple Truth line so eating some organic foods doesn’t have to be more expensive than regular foods! They have a lot of clean options for personal car and beauty products too. I’ve been really impressed with Smiths.

I'm a frequent shopper at this store, and the drive-up pick-up service has been a real highlight. The staff there is consistently friendly and does an excellent job selecting fresh produce and meats. However, the pharmacy experience has its ups and downs. While the pharmacist is consistently helpful, some employees can be less competent and occasionally rude, making it a bit frustrating.

A young blonde girl who behaves vulgarly and is very disrespectful towards customers. Showing your dissatisfaction. Such employees insult customers with their behavior. The rest of the employees are very respectful of customers, a very good store and always fresh products. But This girl really offended me, I think the manager will talk to her and explain that such behavior is not for Smith’s.

I love the store! It is clean and there is a great variety of food. The produce has a great variety and it is organized and fresh. Thed bakery is wonderful and everything that I have had is delicious and fresh. I really love the cinnamon rolls. The meat is also fresh and has a great variety.The picture is some of the wonderful cinnamon rolls...8 for $3.49...a great and delicious deal.

The store is fine, with good products, and prices bounce from really good to quote poor .I tested their Savings App. (Two stars) It is a nightmare! 'Almost like they want you to fail something to deny the extra savings.Example: Open the app, in he store it wants (in multiple ways) to go to the website (which looks the abt the same). But the store blocks reception, you go running to the front ... after much looking you find a wifi guest service. Great go find a super deal (has a digital scan ) try to scan the product- where is the scan.Do a search, find the item, yup on sale, shows the extra savings, but won't take give the better price.Finally ask service guy. Says only the APP links to your cart. The sales code dumps the app goes to website which requires ALL your info to be added-again, and then two or more other steps. No! Ask again, you go to app, find the sale item, scan the BAR code ON the item.And so on.... sure, after all the hoops and dancing around the pot holes (like to turn on the scanner you HAVE to go to HOME -on the app not the web - find tiny symbol in the top entry window...) it's Easy! Good luck

This is my favorite go to grocery store! I love my local Smith's! I feel like they are my extended family. Probably because I lived a block away as a young adult when they opened and I've shopped here since! The cashier are awesome and Tracey is my favorite! 😉I'm in this store several times a week even though it's no longer the closest. I recommend this store to anyone who will listen!&&

While I previously enjoyed this store I had the shock today of being harassed to get a smiths credit card with them while trying to get produce today.. literally was in the store for almost 30.sec. before I was approached.. watched all the other shoppers get the same thing. So now smiths is a department store but worse because at least they wait til check out.. maybe in a pinch I will be back but honestly trader Joe and winco have better prices and Sam's club or Costco gives you better gas prices which was there selling point..

There is always a great selection of items here. The only thing that lacks is the produce is very low in stock. Other than that, the employees are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and food quality is amazing.

We love Smiths for all our grocery shopping! They have the best fresh produce and bakery. They usually have great sales too. This location is very clean and they have very friendly and helpful employees. However, I only gave 4 stars because when using the pick up option there is always something that needs substitution (understandable) but they are not very good at finding a substitute. For one example: I ordered A&W rootbeer and instead of finding a different brand, they just said they were out of it and didn't sub it. Like, really? No root beer at all? Other than their pick up service, great store.

I literally drove past 3 different grocery stores to come here for garlic bread, walked the entire store and never found any. Waited at the bakery for an employee who never came, asked 2 other employee's to help get someone in the bakery, neither of which were even remotely interested in helping me. They reminded me of why I stopped shopping at this location years ago. Horrible customer service and even worse produce.

This is not reflective of Smiths in general rather just this store. This store often does not have items stocked that I would expect to find. Example grapes sometimes are just not there. But in any other store I will always find them. There are other items where its been the same case. The store is not as clean as other Smiths locations. I literally drive to a Smiths father away because I like Smiths just not this store. Its sad though becuase it gives a bad image to Smiths which is my go to store. I gave two stars only because other smiths locations are wonderful and Smiths in general is great.

This store never has anything in stock. I find myself having to travel to the Orem smiths for something as simple as bell peppers. Doing instacart at this place is impossible because I end up with half my grocery list due to things being out of stock.

I love this store for many reasons, today I want to leave a review about the deli department. My sister was getting married and we were going to do a luncheon for the family. She did some checking and found smiths was a good value. We ordered from a variety of choices. I was extremely happy with the quality of the food as well as the serving size. Smith's used to be good at bringing another checker up as soon as they started getting backed up since they put in the self checkout out they hardly ever do. When they mark stuff down for clearance on the shelves there is nothing there at most stores I would just think they had just sold them all. With Smith's there could be 30 things and all of them are completely gone personally I think they take them off the shelves so they don't have to sell them that cheap because this is a on going thing week after week after week. Special sales start Fri and run thru Sun I shop every Friday morning and amazingly they are already out by then every week. I have shopped at Smith's store's for over 40 years and noticed that I no longer get the packets of coupons in the mail while I see people using them all the time I guess loyalty counts for nothing these days

Tristan in the meat department at this Smith's location is the most helpful, friendly, and cheerful person! Thank you so much for helping me understand how to find beef short ribs that were thinly sliced (carne asada meat) and for personally cutting my roast into one inch pieces to make my recipe easier. You are exceptional! Love this store!
