DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! I would give zero stars if it allowed me. I took my dog there yesterday and when I got him back I noticed a really bad cut on his leg. When I sent Sharon pictures and asked what happened she tried to blame it on me and said it was an old wound and the scab came off in the bath....I think I would know if my dog had a huge gash in his leg. The groomer then proceeded to tell me that “it’s not as bad as it looks”. She tried putting super glue on it and some powder (probably in hopes I wouldn’t notice how bad it was). I took him to the vet today and not only did they tell me there was NO WAY it was an old wound but a new and fresh one... they also found another gash on his other leg in the same spot. Both needed sutures. To say I’m upset is an understatement. I asked her to pay for the vet and surprisingly she did, no questions asked. Still so sick about this. 100 percent would advise against going here!!

Two of my dogs got attacked while Sharon was watching them and I took them to the vet and the vet confirmed that it was a fresh wound. I confronted Sharon and she tried to put the blame onto another. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Our Dog loves to go to Sharon’s. We love how all the dogs are able to run around together. Our Percy was nervous around other dogs the first time we took her and now she is the friendliest puppy ever. She is great at socializing with other dogs now. We also love how friendly and caring the staff are. Whenever I’ve stopped in they are petting and playing with the dogs and the grooming is top notch. I feel so comfortable leaving my dog here and she comes home happy from a day of playing with friends and being pampered. It’s like leaving your fur baby at grandma’s house to be spoiled. Sharon will even text you pictures and updates while you are out of town she is the BEST!

We made a last minute trip to Lake Powell for the week and we had our dog stay here. Sharon was very accommodating, made everything smooth for us and she took great care of our pup. We will definitely be coming back!

Sharron always goes above and beyond! We love her! We have boarded our pups with her for years. She takes such great care of them. When we had to leave town unexpectedly and couldn't cancel our pups surgery appointment, she took, and picked him up for us. She was so wonderfully helpful, and communicated with us so well. We never worry leaving our dogs with Sharron because she treats them just like family.

This seems to be an older couple who owns the shop. The lady was very kind and seems to love animals but they didn't seem properly cared for. The lady said she just comes in-and-out on Saturdays, so there is no one supervising the dogs. They don't communicate among each other, the husband lectured me about how he doesn't do the weekends but the wife approved it? My dogs were seemingly not given water during their stay, I brought them home and they sprinted to the water and drank a ton! It's like a shed. It smelled dirty and like urine.I took my dogs to board here for one day. The other negative reviews are exactly as the place is.

Please do not take your pets here! 6 weeks ago, after reading positive reviews we took our dog here and had a passable experience in spite of the fact that the place smelled horrible. The full groom took 1.5 hours.Took my dog there today and had a horrible experience!! When we picked her up 5 hours and one phone call later where my inquiries were met with snarky responses, my dog exhibited major anxiety, needy-ness and separation issues. What on earth goes on there to make a dog behave like that? I'm so sad I took her there and would beg you dog lovers out there to stay far, far away!!

I came here as a walk-in after my appointment being neglected at Crystal’s Dog Spaw. They were super friendly and helpful and were able to squeeze my pup in for a last minute appointment. The other pups that were there seemed very well taken care of and I’m just so grateful to them that they were able to save my day with them being able to groom my pup!

We are so pleased with the quality of the dog grooming services. My two dogs enjoyed the socialization time. Sharon has a great concept to reduce the anxiety a dog may have in going to be groomed.

I had to leave town at the last moment and Sharon was so willing to help. Todd was taken care of and extremely happy. I didn't have the normal guilty feeling leaving my dog. He really seemed to love his vacation. I can't thank her and her staff enough.

We just took our puppy here and he was so anxious when we brought him in. They were so kind to him and loving. By the time I came back to pick him up he didn’t want to leave! They gave me some training tips as well which was great. This is a great local business!

I have a special needs diabetic dog who has lost her vision, and I've been a little reticent to take and leave her at a groomers. I stopped in to speak to Sharon, and she reassured me and let me know that they have 2 other blind dogs that live there with them, so thay had no issue taking care of my little girl.

Do not take your animal here. Horrible disgusting place. You could smell the feces from outside the front door. My dogs stunk so bad from being there I had to bathe them as soon as I got home. They acted like they hadn't had water for the 3 days they were there. Horrible place. Wont let me do negative stsrs..do not take your animal here.

Two separate times and two separate dogs that I owned at separate times I took in and they didn't let their clippers cool down. I got a refund for both and they covered both vet bills and expenses.

I took my dog in today for a clean up groom asking that her feet be left long . One side is long all the way up her leg and the other side is a pom . Behind her head is more matted than when I took her in . The place was rancid smelt of piss and the floors were so sticky from it my shoes were popping off! When I called animal control they said it was out of there hands and to call the zoning officer. The zoning officer did absolutely nothing and said when she walked in people were starting to clean! This place is in unsanitary, unprofessional, and a horrible place to leave your babies. We will never be back!

I take my dog here for day care and he loves it!! He has pretty bad separation anxiety and It has really helped socialize him with other dogs and new people. The staff is also super friendly and welcoming 😊

Don't be fooled by the friendly greeting as you enter this Podunk establishment. . It's a distraction from the filth and chaos that occurs on a daily basis.... These people are too tired to be running a daycare.. . Just Think if there was another dog with bad behaviors that attacks your little feefee...are these seniors really going to be able to brake up a fight? !look around at the floor and cages.... Urine that hasn't been cleaned up in months... Because they're too tired to clean all the time which is what is needed in a boarding/daycare facility ...i would think twice before leaVing your dog here

My dog got ringworm from being groomed here. When I went to pick him up, he was in the back somewhere I couldn’t see. His shampoo and cleaning left him dirtier than when I dropped him off. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone here is so friendly and nice to talk to! Helpful with deciding what look to go with in case you aren’t sure! And my dogs look so cute when they leave here! Prices are pretty normal for this area.

Took my dog to her place on Thursday, picked him up Sunday, The poor little guy was starved and drank 3 bowls of water.that night. His underbelly was all crusty like he had been laying in heck knows what. Never again!

So, I’ve been taking my dog to a “big box store” pet groomer for quite some time. I just got sick and tired of the way that they treated him. I should’ve known by the way he acted, any time I went to drop him off at one of those bigger stores he would go nuts. They would do an average job there but Tank was always super nervous even pulling in the parking lot. I decided to go out on a limb and take him somewhere new. Boy, I couldn’t be happier with how the outcome was with Tank. He was a little nervous but nothing like at the bigger store a.k.a. PetSmart. He looks so good and I could just tell by the way he was acting that he was OK with the place. Which if he’s OK with the place, then I’m OK with it because he’s very verbal about things. I know, I know! You would think that a dog wouldn’t let you know but mine does. I’m very pleased with his experience today! Thank you so much for putting me at ease, and upon picking him up they sent me the cutest picture of him.

Great staff and service. Dogs always look great. They're trying to renovate slowly but the place still needs some work to look it's best. The location is a hole in the wall but the dogs don't care.

The owners love the dogs. The Atwood's are awesome. Whether or is daycare or overnight this is the place. Small and cozy and affordable!

WORST WORST WORST PLACE EVER! JACKIE WAS RUDE AND BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. I SCHEDULED AN APPT THE DAY BEFORE.. NO ISSUES. TAKE MY DOG IN AT 1230 AND JACKIE SAID BECAUSE THEY LET 2 DOGS IN UNSCHEDULED MY DOG WOULDN'T BE DONE TILL AFTER 6. I SAID THAT WASN'T FAIR.. SHE TOLD ME GO UP THE STREET.. OH WELL.. GOODBYE. WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE EVER! DON'T TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW I WAS TREATED TODAY:(
