Terrible experience with this company.No customer service, no follow up. Tell you they will call you back or email you and never do.Most communication appears to be robotic and automated with no one behind their names.Some lady named Rey has emailed me 3 times appearing to be a real person, even sending a photo of herself sitting beside a dog giving the appearance she is a happy employee apparently.Yet never responds to emails or questions.Tried calling the company and you get an automated response they'll call you back and never do.They didn't have a problem taking my money but now offer no support.Heaven forbid you have to ever submit a claim and need to talk to someone.This company has every indication it is nothing more than a third party scam and I'm afraid I'll be canceling my policy ( if that's even possible with no customer service) and likely contacting the BBB, the FTC and the State Attorney Generals Office and reporting them.

I found this company through another groomer. He insurance is affordable and covers everything I need. And the sign up was very easy

Buying pet sitting insurance was a very easy process. I think it took less then 5 minutes to complete. Wish all insurance was this easy to purchase.

I left a 5 starts reviews about how easy was to contact their services BUT now I'm putting 1 star because I cannot leave 0 stars when the matter is their customer service. It's really disgusting! O opened a claim on December 13 2023 and no matter how many calls, no matter how many messages, I'm still not contacted by the claim adjuster and I don't even have a decent website where I can track that process, or simply upload my paperwork. It looks like a SCAM! You pay and you have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had to file a claim due to my wife getting injured that claim was denied due to employees and independent contractors not being covered, very interesting as my wife is a mutual owner of the business. I’d say seek insurance elsewhere based on other reviews I read they’ll do their best to not pay you when you need them 👍. Mind you the claims process took a ridiculous amount of time and the lack of communication was unexpected. It’s a real shame as they do provide great pricing for insurance however in this instance we’ve been paying for this policy for months we finally had to use it once and it proved useless.

The application website was easy to navigate. My only suggestion would be to add a note indicating that you get a discount on your premium if you pay the total annual amount up front, rather than paying monthly. I had to call and ask why the premium was higher than expected, and the reason was that paying monthly costs more.
