I was in here yesterday and needed just a new key fob battery. Turned out I needed more help with my car than the battery! Ferris was super helpful and friendly to go out of his way and help me with my car problem!! I was so grateful!! He deserves a raise ace hardware!

Not as well stocked as you would hope. They have a ton of bolts and nuts, but not all the basics for sprinklers. Likewise, they have a bunch of obscure electrical parts and adapters, but not the best lumber selection. But they probably only carry what regularly sells, and have limited space.Regular employees are always helpful, very knowledgeable, and civil. The summer kids.... are working on it.

There are always wonderful caring people there to help with solutions. This morning I needed a replacement plug and receptacle for an extension and a space heater. I walked in, was immediately directed to where they were in the store. With very little time spent in the store, I was driving away with what I needed. Thank you Ace!

Whatever this place used to be it no longer is. A bunch of young adults run this store. They don't know anything about their product, they constantly hover over you and don't know how to run the most basic of transactions. Realized she wasn't giving me the sale price of the Wasp Spray.

Went in to shop for one of the higher end Traeger Grills, and spoke with David and James. Both were very professional, answered all my questions, and even delivered the grill immediately to my home! Plus, there was a sale and I got a smoking deal on the grill. Can't say enough positive things about David and James! Thanks again, I would shop here in the future.

What I love about Allred's Ace Hardware is that they are super knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you find what you need. Even if its just a 50 cent washer...they can find any bolt, screw, nut, washer, o-ring, or nail you are looking for. When I need something very particular or difficult to find, I can always turn to Allred's for help. Great staff, the store always surprises me with their selection.

The minute I walked in Paul asked me if I needed help. I needed 3 rubber grommets to fit as legs for a crockpot. He worked on it until he found the right size and height. I come to Ace because of the service! They ALWAYS help me find what I need, and if it needs fixing, fix it for me. I appreciate friendly customer service, just like Paul gave to me!

The customer service was amazing! They were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I was in a bind and Kevin picked up the grill I needed and delivered it to my house free of charge! This was really my first time shopping at Ace and it will now be my go-to store. After a lackluster experience somewhere else, I turned to the PG Ace Hardware store and they delivered (in more ways than one)! They went above and beyond what was needed to remedy a very poor experience elsewhere (in particular, Sam - thank you, Sam!!!). I have family members who have shopped this particular Ace Hardware store for years and love it, and I can now say I won’t be going anywhere else. Learned my lesson and will be happy to support this store and their kind employees going forward!

My customer service experience at Allreds made my weekend.When they called to confirm when it would be ready for pickup the woman on the phone answered all my annoying questions kindly and happily. When I realized the grill would likely not fit in my small SUV, they offered to deliver it well outside of their delivery area…not as a way to just get rid of the annoying woman with screaming kids in the background, but because they wanted to go the extra mile. The owner and his son delivered and were so kind. You don’t get customer service experiences like this often anymore and it meant the world to me - Thank you!!

Like this Ace. The staff is usually friendly and quick to help out. They sell a wide variety of items (BBQ grill AND a mattress on the same day? Why not!) Plus they cut keys here for a much better price than a kiosk, and have cool gadgets & gifts every where. Love this location 💓

This is the most positive experience I've ever had at a hardware store. I was greeted promptly as I entered. I was asked later if I needed any help, and then the person knew off-hand that they didn't have the exact size of screw I needed but that they had something a little longer. The cashier was also very helpful and kind. I'll be going out of my way to come by here for hardware needs instead of where I normally go.

If you used to go to a hardware store with your parents or grandparents as a kid, this is a lot like that. Frankly it is awesome. Has a smell to it (positive) that I like to associate with a hardware store, that Home Depot and Lowes do not. Soooo many of the right parts and products in there it’s incredible. Staff are super knowledgeable. By the way - it’s a local family business.
