This is the cleanest Walmart I have ever been in. The produce I bought from there rivals any I have gotten from anywhere. I love how wide the aisles are. Keep it up.

I often use the Walmart Pick-up option because it is very useful and convenient. I was disappointed when an employee tried to substitute a gallon of milk with two half gallons... I thought to myself, "there is no way they are out of full gallons of milk!", so I denied the substitution and decided to go into the store. Lo and behold: TONS of gallons of milk! The employee specifically was trying to replace my gallon request with two expiring sooner half gallons which would have cost me MORE money!! That's ridiculous to lie to customers and to charge them more for products that are expiring sooner! Just follow the order! I'm assuming this employee was trained by Walmart to do this tactic. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Be warned if using pick-up.

Returns are always a pain from online, but staff is average and usually tries to help. I mean, they do deal with returns all day, so I get it. Grateful.

Although this Walmart is the closest one, it’s not my favorite. They usually are out of stock of essentials and employees are all over the place. Pallets and big boxes are in the middle of aisles and it definitely looks unorganized.

I was pretty unhappy. They had 2 registers open and the self service. And lots of customers needing to check out. I took a picture of the lines to show how bad it was. I waited in line forever. Finally my daughter went to customer service and they just dissed her. Ignored her when she said how bad it was. That was uncool. I will always go back, but it would be nice if they had better customer service.

Don't buy a Visa gift card there and you may not want to use their pharmacy.I needed a prescription refilled when I first moved here from out of state, so I selected the closest pharmacy (this Walmart). My doctor in my previous home state sent the prescription at the end of his work day, so I called the Walmart the next day to verify it was received. A pharmacist confirmed it was received, but said they would not fill it because they needed to speak to my doctor because he was from outside of Utah. The pharmacy called the doctor the next day, but then would not fill the prescription because I had not seen my doctor in person in over a year. My last virtual visit of a few days prior did not count to them. Instead of spending a third day running in circles, I paid out of pocket to see a local doctor and get the prescription filled. I went to the Payson Market pharmacy instead. They were super nice, and this will be my new pharmacy. It will not be the Walmart pharmacy.The next issue I had was when I purchased a "Vanilla" brand Visa gift card as a gift for a friend. I was with my friend when he tried to use it in a store and it was declined. I paid for my friend's items and I took the gift card. This card did not need to be activated and I verified there were funds available in the amount I had purchased. I attempted to use the card at Amazon, but it was also rejected. I had the receipt and I attempted to return the card at Walmart, but I was told they do not refund gift card purchases. I then got to spend 25 minutes on the phone with someone in a call center somewhere in an exotic and distant land. I was told to use the card at other locations until it eventually worked. I firmly repeated I wanted a refund vs the embarrassment of the card being rejected. The customer service representative finally yielded and said they would mail me a check in two to three weeks. We will see if that ever arrives. I may have burned $300.I discovered that this Walmart is decent for shopping for groceries and household items, but I will not be purchasing anything other than that at any Walmart based on my experiences. I only need to be burned a couple times before deciding there are better alternatives.

Pharamacy does not carry a common small syringe needed for weekly injections. They offered no help other than try another pharmacy. Seriously, if I have to get a basic item from another pharmacy, then I will move all of our medications to the place where I can get everything.

Walmart is Walmart. I love the grocery pickup, they are so friendly and fast when I arrive if you're using the app. Not the most logical at choosing substitutions but I learned to watch out for that. If only they had more things other than basic groceries in stock then I wouldn't have to use Amazon so much. For example air wick automatic air freshener spray refill. Seriously not one flavor to choose from in store. Oh well Amazon beat Walmart's online price so I had to go that route.

It has a lot to offer in this store. They could use more self check outs as it will get busier in the future. The bakery had quality desserts and you can also get decent sandwiches there. As like a lot of the super centers, it has free wifi. ●Wal-Mart pay is the fastest and best way to get in and out fast. I hope they get curb side soon.

The girl in the front always ask me for resipt even though I have four gallons of milk and get ring up a register person not self check out and her excuse it’s that I don’t have my four milk in a BAG !!!! And this is not the first time she does this to me I feel discriminating cause I’ve seen other costumers without bags in their cart shopping and they don’t get stopped and like I said this is not the first time this is not right next time this happens to me I will be calling the police and make a report this is not a way to treat a customer

Great Walmart other than limes are wayyyyy expensive and I couldn’t find cucumbers 🤣 I watched a guy walk out with a kart with some things and the girl tried to stop him and he ignored her… I’m pretty upset about it cause I pay for my stuff!!! This needs to stop!

This Walmart is far from where I currently live about 20 miles. Still as more options and varied of choose. Unlike other walmarts like item Walmart. I get harrassed. This Walmart they always so nice and willing to help. Great customer car with that.

Driving from Arizona to Washington. Stopped to pick up a few essentials that we forgot to bring. This is a pretty nice store, as Walmarts go. It was really clean and well stocked. The people were friendly.

The store is being revamped, so I am a little lost finding things, but it is looking good. Prices rising like everywhere else. Groceries about the same. I looked at a women's bag like one for the beach$40.00Ouch, that's just too much for walmart. They may be trying to be too fancy. Just my opinion.

It is always a simple option for all my needs. If I can't get it off Amazon, then I come here. I have had problems with the Spanish Fork location not having enough open lanes before due to short staffing, but I have always been able to check out quickly in Payson Walmart!!

Clean store and friendly employees. Deli has chicken, potato logs, and other hot offerings daily. Fresh baked breads, cakes, pies, cookies, and doughnuts are also available. There's often a couple hoagie sandwiches, wraps, and salad options you can grab in a hurry for a quick meal. Their take and bake pizzas are a good price for the amount of toppings you get. I've been pleased with the quality of the fresh produce. The garden center has a good selection of plants every spring. Only downside is how packed it always is. Lots of people shopping regardless of the hour I've gone. About 6 new self checkouts were put in recently. This location no longer has a Subway, but there's a Subway farther into town off the next freeway exit you can visit instead. Grocery pickup has been moved to the small lot on the East side of the bldg. It's really nice not having to battle other traffic when using the service. The longest I've had to wait for my order is 15 min at this location which is still faster than walking around the store to gather groceries myself.
