I just had to write a review. every time I go inside or through the drive-through. I have such a good experience. I think that their stuff is quite amazing. They always are very kind, And informative along with patient. They explain insurance, and pricing very well and with tact. And if you need to talk to the Pharmacist about questions or anything they make that Easily available. And the pharmacist really does take the time for you to understand. I highly recommend choosing Walgreens as your pharmacy. I will say that you can sometimes be waiting a long time in their drive up but I am glad that they have the option.

If I could leave a zero I would they are absolutely ridiculous at this location it takes them days to fill a prescription and are rude when you refuse to come back after waiting a day for them already. Will be changing pharmacies they are a joke here.

The staff at this pharmacy are very kind. Yes they do sometimes take awhile to answer phones but the pharmacy gets very busy. I never had any issues in the drive through.

Currently on the phone for 16 minutes & 32 seconds with the pharmacy. Never spoke to ONE PERSON. Someone LITERALLY keeps putting me ON HOLD manually. I can hear them doing it. I can hear them breathing when they answer the phone & hit “hold.” I had a very simple question about getting my FIRST prescription filled there. Completely horrible of who ever is working at 3:48pm on July 18, 2023. Hey manger, notice this. Won’t go here. Good luck getting good service with their pharmacy staff.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Walgreens Pharmacy. We were second in line just prior to 9pm.. The car in front of us pulled away and as we approached the window at 9:01 the technician slammed the blinds shut! Saw us there… I had read the website wrong and thought they closed at 10:00... but she literally saw us and rudely ignored us! No.. oh I apologize we are closed… nothing… just a slam of the blinds and she and another guy stood there closing up the computer. Just super rude!

This place is horrible. If you like to sit in line for a long time or be on the phone for an hour then this is the place. Currently I’m waiting on hold and it has been 30 minutes of the automated voice saying “there’s two callers ahead of you”. This happens almost every time I call (I am required to call in one of my prescriptions). Then to top everything off, I hop in the drive through line to simply pick a prescription up, and it’s another half an hour with only one or two cars in front of me. PLEASE learn to answer calls faster. My call in prescription literally takes ten seconds.

This pharmacy in payson is AWFUL. They are rude and they pick up the phone and put you on hold without even answering it. I know they are short staffed but, when you shop in Walgreens not the pharmacy part they are very nice. The pharmacy manager there is so horrible and he filled a prescription that almost killed me. They never go out of their way to help you. It makes me so sad to have to do this but, I want other people to know how awful the pharmacy manager is. He makes you feel like you are just another number and treats you so inconsiderate. As soon as my refills are gone, i will be switching pharmacies!!! And so will my whole family. I also tried picking up my last few prescriptions with them and they said, ohh well we aren’t going to fill for you anymore! I talked to many doctors about it and my insurance and they said, that is just ridiculous and they can’t do that. They are just embarrassed, as my doctors office and insurance have both had to call them, and tell them what to do. They always say their is a insurance issue or make excuses! They don’t even deserve one star but you can’t not, just leave it. My doctors offices HATE calling the Payson one, as they hang up on them or wait on hold for so long. I think it’s incredibly rude and I normally don’t leave horrible reviews but people need to realize that it’s not worth the hours or that they have a drive thru, all my reasons for staying WAY to long! I thought it was just me or my family that had issues but i have heard other horror stories too. I think people stay cause they know the name but Walgreens drops the ball all the time. I have moved pharmacies and THEY are amazing and I never have any issues! They treat their customers with kindness and are always willing to help. I will still shop the store part, as I haven’t had any issues with them and they are always kind but for some reason that pharmacy portion, can’t get it together. They said they are short staffed but we had been with them for 2 years and nothing changed. I think they need to find a new head pharmacist and train their employees better!

A lady named Sierra was very rude to me !she put me on hold without letting me know she was going to do so!! She then transferred the call and it hung up when I called back she was very short and rude with her answers !!! All I’m trying to do is get my child’s prescription and they treat people like this!!! I have been a longtime customer here and other Walgreens for about 20 years now I am sad that I will not feel comfortable to come to my neighborhood pharmacy knowing that this woman will still be here!!!!

I have had to do multiple pick up orders to get supplies to help fight this horrible thing going around. Our pick up orders have always been done way sooner than expected. The Pharmacy as well as the front has done their best to go above and beyond in this unprecedented time. Thank You for showing up and being kind!!

This review is specifically for the PHARMACY department within the Payson, UT Walgreens. After years of slow AND terrible customer service, inadequate training of new employees, poor administrative accountability, zero follow through, high turnover due to all of the good employees leaving, and having to deal with some kind of issue with nearly every prescription we've sent the Payson Walgreens over the past several years, our most recent experience was the last straw for us. This pharmacy is, hands down, the WORST in Utah County. Even before claims of COVID-19 "staffing issues", this pharmacy appeared to be poorly managed and still continues to function as smoothly as a broken razor blade across burlap. They either do not pick up their phones at all or leave you on hold for 20-plus minutes prompting you to drive many miles to walk in only to be greeted with their ineptitude in person. There is no accountability for mistakes they repeatedly make and zero interest on their part for taking any kind of pride in their jobs.Both of the Pharmacists and at least one of the Pharm Techs clearly display their dislike of their jobs and do not have any interest in excelling in anything work-related. I think they prefer dead-eye staring into chasms of nothingness than actually doing their jobs. And that would be fine! But if that's what they want, then they should get a job folding T-shirts instead of filling life-saving medications.Why did we continue to use their services 1) We're overly-patient IDIOTS who thought it would get better and 2) We've always let the poor performance and errors roll off our backs because it was close to our home and we eventually got our corrected prescriptions.No more; the Payson, UT Walgreens Pharmacy has reached unprofessional and unacceptable limits.We have, within the past hour, transferred ALL of our numerous and very expensive prescriptions to another pharmacy who, upon first call, has already outperformed Payson, UT Walgreens Pharmacy in customer service, knowledge, and respect for the patients they serve.

I have NEVER felt so rushed and disrespected in my life. We walked into the Payson, Utah location to fill my brother’s prescriptions. He has been in the hospital for a week after having a major surgery and this was was the half way mark on our way home. We got there at about 4 p.m. and we were rudely informed they close at 5 so be here so they can close on time. After we waited, they informed us the prescriptions wouldn’t be covered due to the prescribing doctor not being in network with the Insurance. We knew there was a miscommunication due to this doctor doing the procedure. Instead of trying to help us resolve this they started closing windows and rushing us out the door. The prescription that prevents blood clots was the most expensive and also the most important. The tech or cashier suggested taking aspirin instead. Mind you this was a MAJOR surgery, a little aspirin wasn’t going to do the trick. After they rushed us out the door we went to our local Smith’s Pharmacy. They worked with us and the doctor to iron out the miscommunication and had us out of the door in less than 20 minutes. I surely hope your associates made it on time to whatever was so important that they couldn’t spare 10 minutes for. I also hope they start making more educated suggestions to their patients because the advice given tonight could have had serious repercussions. As for us, we will no longer support Walgreens and we will tell all others to do the same.

I use the coupons they have and the lady didn’t want to accept it….then finally did. Then she wouldnt give me a receipt because it had a coupon on it. She got angry. I left cause I was annoyed and then she printed my receipt and kept it.Another older guy working there didn’t want to give me the coupon receipt either.Must be some desperate times….

This Walgreens is always under staffed and it usually takes a while for them to get your prescriptions. The staff is always friendly and nice and I feel like they do their best. Drive thru is usually pretty busy.

I call them 1 hour before closing time to see if they have an antibiotic on stock that the pharmacy I usually use didn’t have and they call my pharmacy and had my prescription ready within 10 min when they got the prescription. I’m really grateful because it was two days that my son was without the antibiotic.

Nobody ever picks up the phone in pharmacy. I am on hold waiting for 8 minutes, 12 minutes, 15 minutes... just to be hung up on. It's not just today.... every time I call. The employees are great in person but phone system is a joke & waste of customers' time.

I love shopping at Walgreens it's always pleasant everyone is so helpful and happy it's clean organized and if I can't find something there's always someone there to help.Especially patient with me when I was trying to learn how to print pictures from my phone. My husband and I went in to grab a few quick things and I was 6 months pregnant at the time. The female cashier, I did not catch her name, asked when I was due and I told her. She then replied, " You look too big to be just 6 months pregnant" then she added "Oh, I don't know why I say some things that I say." Horrible customer service!!!! I have Polyhydramnios with every pregnany that I have which means I have excess amniotic fluid that my body makes. So I tend to carry double the amount, if not more, of the normal amount of amniotic fluid. So I look farther than what I normally am. We have stopped shopping at this Walgreens. If you enjoy hurtful comments about your appearance then go ahead and shop here!

You have to always wait for a prescription. Never ready for more than two hours. Drive through is horrible. They need more help. The drive through person has to help people inside and outside which makes the wait longer than necessary.

I needed to go out of town so I called in my refill and was told it would be ready in 30 min 3 days later and after my insurance paid 3 days earlier I called my Dr and had all my meds moves to Payson Market i will never do busines with this stor again and reading that there great then why only 2.75 average
