Stopped here twice. It's similar to a "Fresh Market" but they have a SODA FOUNTAIN!! Nothing super crazy, similar to a gas station fountains, but you can fill it up inside, pay for it, and be on your way. Nice home town touch.

Best, most friendly, helpful pharmacy all around. Don’t get me wrong, the grocery store is amazing- I just have never had such a helpful pharmacy!If you’ve never been, their bakery is legit the absolute best- with some awesome, unique doughnuts. Gotta get there early for the best ones!

Excellent customer service. Clean store with great selection and good deals. They have a pharmacy, baby items, pet supplies, deli, and delicious bakery offerings. I especially love the quality and variety in their produce section. Convenient indoor tables by the South East entrance make it easy to eat purchased deli or bakery items on site. Carpet cleaner rentals are available for $35 a day at the customer service desk across from the checkout registers. This is the only store in town I've found that still sells Tim's brand potato chips and the Hawaiian kettle chips! (Try at your own risk. They're highly addictive!) 😋

4-stars for donuts & sushi! Payson Market’s donuts are part of our Fun Friday morning tradition for a good price and quality- my kids love their glazed and apple fritter / bear claw, and I enjoy their fresh bagels with cream cheese. I can get in and out in 5 minutes, especially before 11am (they combine everything in boxes from their display case after).We’ve also tried their sushi which hits the spot if you’re wanting something new- they even have a special roll called the Payson roll with mango in it!I marked a star off because I do notice that I’m the only patron wearing a face covering (employees are good!) since masks do not seem to be required, so it honestly feels risky shopping here as part of a high-risk family. The signage and employees are apologetic (sorry we have to) rather than informative (here‘s HOW we’re keeping you safe) towards those who complain about changes from COVID-19—like boxing the donuts instead of doing the self-serve shelves.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon, so some things were only limited in availability (bakery items, cold cuts from the counter). But the meat (beef roasts) I bought turned out to be excellent quality at a good price. Better than many in SLC valley!

I brought back a cake I had ordered for my daughter's birthday because the frosting was incorrect. It clearly stated on the order form that l wanted whipped frosting, and butter cream was applied instead. This ruined my daughter's birthday as my family doesn't like butter cream frosting.The bakery manager made the excuse that the decorating couldn't be done with whipped frosting, which isn't true. She then stated she would have her employees "watch out" for that. I feel like this is poor customer service, and if the employees can't decorate cakes with whipped frosting, then that option shouldn't be available. I also didn't appreciate that if my order couldn't be filled correctly, then they shouldn't have accepted my order. I ordered a cake from Walmart with whipped frosting, and it was beautifully decorated...with WHIPPED FROSTING.

The bakery team is awesome. Needed scones for a family party. Called and asked if they could make the dough. It came out perfect and the scones were awesome. Fair priced as well

Great place great customer service people are very friendly and helping with your needs and watching needing down the aisles very friendly people no matter what time of the day it is they're always there to help they help my grandma and myself my grandma's very old so sometimes when she goes with her provider they help her out there as well she knows a bunch of people there by first name basis so I'm pretty sure they know her the real friendly especially with the locals of your local hair but even if you're not you're still friendly with you just saying it's a great environment to come shop at feel peaceful prices are right aisles are always organized and where they need to be it's not too hard to find whatever you're looking for and if you cannot find what you're looking for just ask any of the workers there and they'll be happy to help you and take you right down to the aisle not just point you in the direction like physically take you down to the product that you are looking for place it in your hand as they've done many times for my grandmother and myself now that's customer service for you but overall everything organization friendliness prices I rate this place at 10:00 and I recommend people to come back so yes definitely come back and tell your friends and families and everybody else to come thank you😃

AMAZING store! We took a field trip here. It was neat and clean, especially the meat department. They make everything from scratch in the bakery, and you can tell when you taste it! We especially like how fresh and soft the donuts are. They practically melt in your mouth. The staff are exceptionally kind. We are going to go there to shop now, even though out is a few cities over from us. Try them out! You won't be disappointed!

Nice independent grocery store in Payson. Has great selection, especially for a small town. Good bakery, butcher, produce and is never too crowded. This is my favorite local grocery store. It even has an off-license liquor store across the parking lot for cooking wine.
