For years and in multiple states I have been quoted 150-200$ for a basic grooming service for my very large breed dog, resulting in doing it myself. Not only did these folks do it for considerably less, they are absolute gems!! My dog is reactive and doesn’t do well with other dogs or blow dryers. Carli was SO patient and kind with my Moo and she was super in-tune and fully understood and listened to his body language, and I felt immediately comfortable knowing he was in her care. Moo looks and smells great!! I live in west valley but will HAPPILY make the 60-90 minute drive every time. THANK YOU!!!

After making our first appointment, we showed up and they had us mixed up with someone else and said that we had to reschedule because the groomer called in sick. We made another appointment. I texted to confirm the morning morning of. We went and they said the water was out in her part of town. I live a block away and my water was back on two hours prior. We rescheduled. We went a third time and were told it would be two hours. We left out baby and fifteen minutes later they called us to ho get him because he was screaming and they couldn't finish. She did not brush his teeth, bathe him or anything. We specifically said we didn't want him tok short. This is what we got after she had him for only 15 minutes. She didn't charge us and was polite but I am done with this place. Look at the pictures. He's patchy and not even complete. I understand matting issues but this was definitely not expected. Now I have to find someone else and wait even longer for our baby to look decent.

My two12 year old Shih Tzu's had never been professionally groomed. We've always done it ourselves and they rarely looked good. I was afraid they would be too naughty for a groomer because they are not good for me, I took a chance and called Ashlyn's. They were willing to try! I just picked my dogs up and am so pleased and amazed! They came out happy, clean and smelling great. I can't believe these talented and patient women were able to shave up their legs, tummys, backsides and all those other places I've always stuggled to get. I'm so grateful and will absolutly be returning! $65 per dog was well worth the cost versus the hours, stress and mess it takes us to do it on our own! The bow tie and flower band were such a sweet added bonus, they look so cute!

They’re so friendly and caring here, but you have to be very specific what you want and do a double check when you pick your pet up to make sure they didn’t miss any spots. Overall I’m happy with them and the prices are fair.

Took my dog here today for a mini groom. The customer service wasn’t the best. Didn’t ask me questions about my dog and didn’t give me a lot of information. Took a little longer than I expected which I didn’t mind. When I got home I was petting my dogs belly and noticed a giant cut on her stomach. They did not inform me about this or even tell me how her grooming appointment went. I no longer trust them with my dog.

Took my German Shepherd to be groomed. They washed his hair but said they couldn't dry or brush him or trim his nails. When I went to pick him up one of his nails was severely broken the nail pulled back from the quick. At first they didn't seem to know it happened, but when I pointed it out they said it must have happened when he fell off the table. I took him to the vet and it cost $160 to fix.No one has ever had problems grooming my 7 year old dog before.

They were awesome at first but the last appointment I had they didn't brush my dog and she was matted, plus the haircut was rushed and looked funky. So the next one I asked for the owner and she changed my appointment because she got sick and then I show up for my new appointment and no one was there at the store. I called and texted two numbers and no one has gotten back to me.

I booked an appointment and the day of it, they canceled. She rescheduled for the next day, which was fine. But when I went no one was there! The shop was closed. I texted and called. They never replied, never called me back after I left a message and they never got back to me to explain, apologize or to reschedule. Very unprofessional. They lost my business.

Personally, I felt it was a bit expensive, but her work is amazing & I have no idea how to do it so I can't compare where I can't compete. Love the atmosphere and she is so sweet and so kind - I loved it all around and can't wait to go back!

They booked my dog on the 4 and change it to the 5, then they change it for today the 9 at 6 pm and it was closed. They didn’t text me or anything to change the appointment or something berry Irresponsible
