I usually give pretty good reviews and I will this time EXCEPT for the woman who was on duty at 0500 today 3-19-24, I spent $650 on diesel and def just to go inside and be treated like I was bothering this woman. I'm sorry I went inside and was a burden to you being that I was the only customer in the store. Learn how to treat people!!!

Called ahead of time for a PM spoke to service tech by the name of Darren or something like this, he said he can get us in, drove 150 miles over here to get here and was then told by another tech named Josh that they can’t take us in until 6am. Which I find very ridiculous since I called and my company called and was told the same thing to be here at 4pm to get PM done. They had my contact number, I get things happen but the least they could have done is call to say they couldn’t get us in not let us drive all the way over here and be surprised.

5 stars hands down for their service department! The crew in the service department are always friendly, helpful and so welcoming! Thank you to the crew at the TA Service Department who gave us a PM 15 mins after their cut off time and who had previously helped us with mechanical issues last year! We went to Loves first but the service crew at Loves were lazy and just sat there twiddling their fingers taking breaks giving us lies as to why they could not start servicing our vehicle for 3 hours. TA at Parowan were more than happy and we're outstanding!

Very nice employees, and the store was ok cleaned, but in there defense I did go in right after a Grayhound bus. They have a great view too.

The manager was very rude and extremely unprofessional. The issue was there was an item that was not available. And instead of the manager allowing the cashier Robert at the time to accommodate the customer it became a huge issue. Robert the cashier did make the adjustment for the customer before me. And being that I overheard what he explained to the lady in front of me. When it was my turn to order I advised Robert that I will take the same thing the lady just order. The item that was not in stock was the crispy melt taco shell. The manager then inserted herself into the conversation with no solution. If the cameras can be reviewed you can see the manager walking off with shaking her head stating idk what to do so I don’t care. I was very upset and truly didn’t want to spend my money at the place. Very unprofessional.

It is ridiculous how your employee that works there ( 9:30pm) a girl with black hair over her shoulders and blue eyes, tried to charge me for taking 3 forks and 3 plastic knives, after I already purchased a burger from her and spent a good amount of money changing a tire on my trailer!!!!! IT was A HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Those are free, I’m glad I didn’t grab napkins because she would’ve tried to charged me too. I so upset!!!!! I will call the manager tomorrow. YOU SHOULD HAVE A PRICE SING OR A SING THAT SAYS YOU CAN’T TAKE MORE THAN 1.

I usually use Ta and Petro, but never stopping at this one again.Showers didn't work, plenty of parking in the lot but they let drivers sit on the fuel islandGet inside and lady wouldn't help me without a mask.So no more coming here.

Walk in the doors and Kat is sitting in a chair while another lady is brushing her hair and putting it up for her. Then go to check out and apparently inconvenienced Kat. Had a sale on candy bars 3/5 big sign! My candy bars weren’t ringing up right but she couldn’t be bothered to do anything but say that’s just what it is and huff at me. You’d think you’d treat your locals and potential regulars a bit better. Very disappointing.

The Truck Service center is completly incompetent. I came in for an oil change. First this I asked was if they had the filters, they told me they did. 30 minutes in they tell me they don't have the filter. They already greased my trailer and changed fuel water separator so they charged me $100 for that. Then when its time to go, I go to my truck the hood is still open, oil dip stick is missing, oil cap is gone. I tell them can you get my truck ready so I can leave. The response I get is, "what you cant close the hood yourself?" I tell them I can close my hood but the oil cap and dip stick are missing and if they forgot to do that how do I know the truck is ready? Anyways, these jack offs wasted an hour of my time. They couldve told me they didnt have the filters right awau when I first asked them. It wouldve saved me an hour of my time and $100.

Kelsey, Lucas, and Jeremiah were so great to help me! My belt and Pulley broke on the freeway and even though they typically only work on semis they helped me get the parts and fix the problem. Thanks so much you guys are great!

This place is the definition of unreliable. Yes the place is clean and the showers are nice when they work. They Always have electric or internet problems. This means if you stay here as a truck driver you may or may not get a shower and food. If you are a traveler on Vacation and you're low on fuel the issues mean you may stop here and find out no fuel or food. Hopefully you have enough to make it to the next stop. I was pretty impressed. I needed a brake chamber replaced on my trailer. I was in an out in less than an hour. The service department is top notch. 👍 Everyone was very friendly and the shop was really clean an organized. This TA could teach the others a few things. Kudos to the staff and management.

My parents are driving back to Utah from Nevada, and they had a blowout. They’re driving a small little Honda, so they didn’t think you guys could help them out. They called me with such excitement, and let me know that your employees had excellent service, and helped them out with their donut until they could find tires to buy. Thank you guys!!

This place is great if you like to pay extra for food. The price of everything in this place is double the price or more! A cheesy bean and rice burrito costs $1 usually, but here it was $3.50!!! Highway robbery!

I called up about a breakdown I had, they guy in the shop was grumpy since he picked up the phone! Not very good customer service, when I was furnishing the place work, in which pays for that guys wages!!! They need to hire friendlier people, and let the grumpy ones go!!!

Had my truck serviced at the shop, fast service, got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time, knowledgeable mechanics. The cashier and mechanic were both very helpful dealing with road squad to get the authorizations and get me in and out fast, even though dealing with road squad has become a big hassle. I would recommend this shop, the main store, however, has very rude cashier's and the laundry facilities here suck and I won't be back for laundry.

I had to get a slow leak fixed on one of my truck’s drive tires this morning.Phil- one of their employees working on the shop floor- was persistent and found the very small nail pushed deep into the tread that would have never been visible without using the soap and water to find that tiny leak.He and the Service Writer (didn’t catch his name) were both very friendly and helpful.I gave this shop- and the entire location on general- high marks for hiring a great caliber of people!Keep up the great work everyone!

Cleanest restrooms I've seen at a truck stop in years! Good selection of the standard stuff needed for a pit stop. Very friendly cashier. (Smiled and made conversation👍)On-site Subway and Taco Bell, I didn't eat at either them, but they are there.

Plenty of parking which was great after being held up and rerouted due to the wildfire plus horses out back. Huge plus, horses are a beautiful distraction..3 yrs. Later. Perhaps you could hire someone to mow the weeds around the truck area. That'd be great

Ample parking, clean showers and bathrooms, however, the dining area was very dirty. We spent the night and it looked exactly the same at 4am as it did at 5pm and the restaurants weren't even open. Subway barely has any veggies to add to your sub and Taco Bell ran out of beans and their tacos were basically lettuce and tortilla. No restaurant breakfast options. Only premade microwave options. The clerks in the evening were polite and chatty. The overnight clerk was not very personable. Decent coffee but not many creamer choices.
