Surprisingly efficient. Maybe a bit slow for someone experienced with the rental process. Make it easier by telling people to park the return next to the key drop. And keep your sign on/visible for late night returners: I drove by it and I knew where it was.

Every time I go up there to get parts for my Branson tractor I’m waiting weeks for parts such as filters very simple parts I feel when I can go get parts for my challenger and my Massey the same day usually every time I call up there for service they never have anyone that’s willing to come down and help me they just tell me good luck pretty much I can never get them to answer the phone and when I do have to order stuff I swear they forget to order and most of the time which other places forget to order my stuff too so that’s not the worst thing I just feel that there is possibly not enough staff to push this business into being a customer service business it is nothing more than a parts peddler. There is no real customer service here and when I go out to buy things I buy customer service and take whatever tractor I can get I bought this tractor years ago and I will never buy another one this one dies I will not repair it it will just die due to the fact that I know I will not get any customer service in the act of helping repair my machine
